Jabirufun is a Fraudulent Media Streaming Website

Jabirufun is a Fraudulent Media Streaming Website

The website "www.jabirufun.com" is a fraudulent one. The website which claims it is your best option to keep yourself entertained for hours because you will be able to find movies, music, and books to suit whatever mood you are in, is similar to the fraudulent websites: www.geeker.com and lilplay.com. Online users who have used their credit cards on the fraudulent website, run the risk of their cards being fraudulently charged for undetermined amounts, even when they have canceled their subscriptions. Therefore, do not even think about contacting their customer support or service.

I have tried the website and it keeps charging my credit card, even though I have canceled my subscription before the trial period ended. And, the website doesn't have some movies, books, and music it has advertised. I think this is another trick used to lure potential victims to the website.

Online users who have already subscribed to services on www.jabirufun.com are asked to contact their credit card company or bank for help to prevent the fraudulent website from fraudulently charging their credit cards, or refund their money if their cards were already charged.

I was sent a friend request on Facebook from a account that was set up to look identical to an account for a user who is a member of one of the Facebook groups I am a member of. They used the fake account and sent me a message saying that I had been chosen as the days winner of $5,000 USD.

I was to click a link they sent and register with the site screenshot my receipt for a 5 day trial membership for kelpmedia Streaming service and private message the screenshot to the fake account and wait 1 hour and the funds would be deposited into my account. I like an idiot went with it. I did as instructed. But I asked questions and not in a private message but on a post on the fake accounts page for the world to see. I asked why does the site say I can use PayPal but there's no option to enter my PayPal information? I was immediately told wait 10 minutes and the money would be deposited. I informed them I had done as instructed over 2 hours before letting them know I had done as instructed and they demanded to know why I didn't message them as soon as I was registered. As I was typing that my internet connection was crappy they told me again to hold on and then nothing. Within the next few minutes the conversation had been deleted from Facebook along with the fake account. I can't find any trace of that account anywhere except for the screenshots I took of everything including the post I was messaging them on and my "receipt" for my trial membership for a really crappy streaming site that needs to be shut down. They have only managed to charge my debit card $0.02 at this point. I have a US Government issued debit card and there was only $0.08 in the account at the time. So they couldn't get much of anything from my account yet. However I have cancelled my so called membership and I am working with my card company to stop any and all payments to kelpmedia. I will happily give all the information I have collected from this incident to any authority or lawyer who can and will bring these scammers to justice. Now I see by simply googling the phone number on the kelpmedia site, the very same phone number is being used by at least 3 probably more streaming sites as well.

This site displays pirated copies of popular books (mine!), and cannot be accessed without handing over credit card details. Buyer beware!

"I signed up for a week for free use. After 4 days you were charged $ 41.50 from my credit card. I find the procedure outrageous and want to get my money back as soon as possible. In addition, I ask that my registration be canceled and that no money be accidentally deducted. I enclose the confirmation you sent me.
