I ordered a “folding makeup mirror” from P&M on 7 April. After MULTIPLE emails to them, I received a tracking number, of which didn’t/doesn’t work. It only said number is invalid and there is no information for that number.

I have continuously sent emails, to be told they will get back with me. The latest was today, after yet another complaint from me, that they will forward my email to their product department.

I was also required to download and App, that was supposedly going to help with the tracking number. The app is real, but the process of tracking is bogus, just like this company! DO NOT, UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE, ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!

I will continue to report them and pass on the untrustworthiness of this SCAM OF A SO-CALLED COMPANY!

They sent me an email last week wanting a picture of the purchase I haven’t even received! My email response to them was not kind!

​First of all I would like to say that I have never waited so long for an order EVER!

Next while waiting for this watch to come I came across it on another site for $12.99.

I paid $49.00. On top of that when I received the watch finally I was not able to move or push the buttons to adjust the calender and whatever the other button is for.

I don't know what it is for because there were no directions. I don't think I have ever been so deceived in my life.

I tried to send this junk back for a refund but was stopped at every e-mail I sent by a chinese woman who answered them all with very short responses and most unintelligible.

For some reason they wanted a video of the issue I was having so I finally gave in and sent a video of me trying to push the chronograph and calender buttons and showing they do not press in. So I get a short response back saying its all for show.

The only thing that changes is the time and to change the calendar you have to spin the time around until you get the right date. There are 3 modes on the watch like stopwatch etc. and they are all for show. Why would you sell something like this.

I saw the ad for the watch on Facebook and the watch looked really nice but I would suggest to anyone not to be fooled by all that c**p that comes up. Most are knock offs from China and are nothing but garbage. BEWARE!

I also had the same problem. Two months ago ordered a hair styler. Still haven't received it, also given a bogus tracking number.

I have 26 emails with this company, nothing resolved. Do not buy anything from this company!

I agree with you! I saw what I ordered on Facebook also. Never have been able to track the number because it says invalid and no information is available. I have 12 emails back and forth.

My order was “shipped” long enough ago, it could have gone around the world and back! I have disputed it and I will continue to call them out for the bogus company they are! I happily sent them an email tonight telling them I would be reporting them until they hopefully got caught and would be found out for the fakes they are!

On my bank statement it shows them as being a Sports Store, and it only took two days for them to take my money out of my account.

I am livid at myself for being so trusting, but I guarantee you it won’t happen again. Good luck with your issue!

Pay the safest way
