Hello, I am Irma and I want to tell you, since last year, exactly on October 9 of last year 2017, I made a purchase with ustefed, a Batman cart, phone charger and until today's date, March 9 of 2018, I HAVE NOT RECEIVED ANYTHING. I would like to know what happens, I have sent several emails and I have not received a response from you.

Where I asked them to tell me what's wrong with my order, or if they please return me my day and what they did, apparently, was to block me from their page. I only ask you to return my money to me, please.

Yes. Family Fervor is a fraudulent e-commerce outfit. My friends and I have placed orders, paid but they've not delivered. Sadly, those behind this scams have not changed their names to a new organization and are still defrauding people. We've lost money with them. BEWARE!

Don't deal with this company. I've been waiting for my parcel for two months. They sent my items without my complete address & mobile number. So obviously they return my package to the origin without complete details of the recipient.

From the start they are responding to all my complaint but no reply at all.

Don't deal with this company. I've been waiting for my parcel for two months. They seem to provide a tracking number that's non existent.

Having not received any goods after paying paying 230 dollars and no response from the seller to my emails...is the Web hosting company legally obliged to consider actions against the company as it is clearly fraudulent?

    Thank you

    • November 28, 2017 at 5:03 AM by info

No, the web hosting company is not liable. Usually, they need a court order in order to take down the website.

      • November 28, 2017 at 12:51 PM by an anonymous user from: London, England, United Kingdom

Thank you... It appears that there must be a marker against this company with the credit card companies, as they knew which transaction I has an issue with without me even telling them the date or any other details.

They must be ripping so many people off for this to happen.

  • November 27, 2017 at 3:03 PM by an anonymous user from: London, England, United Kingdom

Total scammers... No goods after spending g nearly £200 on a projector.

Tracking number appears to be bogus as, nobody can say where it is. Company needs shutting down and owners put inside for fraud.

Yes, you can. Dispute it with your bank.

  • November 24, 2017 at 2:17 PM by an anonymous user from: Hayes, England, United Kingdom

Me and my sister have been scammed by this company; both bought projector for £78 and £13 to return but still no refund; steer clear of this company which is making thousands of pounds ripping nice people off. Paid through my bank so can't get money back through PayPal.

What can be done this company should not be allowed on the internet.

    • November 24, 2017 at 2:39 PM by info

Dispute it with your bank. Let them know that you paid for something but was scammed, and the scammers will not refund you.

  • November 22, 2017 at 2:52 PM by an anonymous user from: Edgware, England, United Kingdom

I received my projector with no images and no battery in remote control no box just wrapped in cellophane

Fortunately paid by PayPal who upheld my complaint awaiting refund subject to return delivery which also cost me £16 to track

    SCAM!

  • November 20, 2017 at 7:32 AM by an anonymous user from: London, England, United Kingdom

I'm too, waiting for my projector 😠

  • November 19, 2017 at 12:18 AM by an anonymous user from: Perth, Western Australia, Australia

I also ordered a projector and had many people look at it, only to be told it’s a box of rubbish. Even my son in law that is tech savvy, said it was a joke.

  • November 16, 2017 at 3:33 AM by an anonymous user from: Dublin, Leinster, Ireland

I also ordered and received the holographic projector kit. Like the other buyers, it is an inferior product to that which was advertised. The SD card did not come preloaded with the ordered images, and I too was sent a link to download the images. However, they will not download to the SD card. Regardless of this fact though, the SD card is not seen by the projector when inserted. In an effort to test the quality of the projector image, I inserted a USB stick into the projector with some movies installed. The quality of the image was disgraceful. The entire view able area is distorted with cylindrical rings.

When the product arrived, it was not even boxed. It arrived in Styrofoam encased in bubble wrap!

This company should not be allowed to trade!

  • November 15, 2017 at 2:11 AM by an anonymous user from: Reading, England, United Kingdom

HI there, I also bought the mini holographic projector kit. I was so disappointed when it arrived, it was such a cheap rubbish item and despite trying to get it to work we were unable to make that happen. No images would work and the basic image of laptop desktop projected on the wall was soooo blurry it was laughable.)

And I have the same problem, cheap and tacky, SD card will not work and the picture quality is beyond a joke, they seem to communicate well but just send a load of rubbish, they even sent me links to the digital downloads shopify site that don't even work, ok it only cost £75 here in the UK and it is not the end of the world to lose but if people know this site is a scam why do they let them keep trading and ripping people off like they do.

Now got to wait for Paypal to see if they will send me my money back.

  • November 14, 2017 at 8:37 PM by an anonymous user from: Adelaide, South Australia, Australia

HI, there I also bought the mini holographic projector kit. I was so disappointed when it arrived, it was such a cheap rubbish item and despite several of us trying to get it to work we were unable to make that happen. No images would work and the basic image of laptop desktop projected on the wall was soooo blurry it was laughable.

I immediately emailed Family Fervour who appeared to communicate very well initially and said they would refund my money and gave me the return address etc. In order to not have to send the item back to them, we agreed on 75% of the cost to be refunded which would be $75 US.

Since that agreement, I have been ignored when asking how long before my refund is given etc. I have sent a couple scathing emails.

Stay away from the site. Even replies from their emails are bot-made replies. Tracking numbers are fake too generated from a program. I have already contacted my bank.

Bad service! I ordered something, they shipped my order with no phone number, and my local post office couldn't contact me so they shipped it back to them and when I contacted family fevor for the mistake they said that they are not responsible for what happened and will not ship it again or send a refund. Thieves!
