    Received via email:

Thank you for the information provided concerning this malicious website.
Recently they have charged my credit card with almost 50 eur, although I have not given any permission to do so. The only thing I have ever done was when I was looking for a movie to watch, and on youtube I found it, and then from this website there was a link that brought me directly to this malicious pickaflick website. They displayed info that they have the movie and asked to pay for watching it. Therefore, I entered my credit card details (oops, sorry for that now, if I only knew...

I am very careful about providing my personal data, but wanted to watch the movie lawfully from the one who claims to have the right to show it!), but then the website started "experiencing problems" and the operation never succeeded, it just crashed and crashed several times...

I have not given any permissions for any monthly deductions or so. This happened about a month and a half ago, and today I noticed that my credit card had been charged unilaterally by this pickaflick.

I had to block the credit card, there was no other way to avoid the payments, as I did not want to visit the malicious website once again, where they ask to delete the account in order to stop charging payments. I hope that the relevant institutions are notified of this fraudulent website and it will be closed, because it is still working for some reason and the people are getting robbed...

Pick a flick is taking money from my credit card, and I don't know what it's for. If I subscribed by mistake, how can I cancel?

    • Sep 22, 2018 at 8:54 AM by info

You cannot trust them to cancel, open a dispute with your bank to have your money refunded and then cancel your credit card and get a new one to prevent them from charging you in the future.

    • May 29, 2018 at 9:17 PM by an anonymous user from Elizabeth, South Australia, Australia

That's so unfair; how that happened; tell your bank so they don't take it again or you might have to get a new card if it was thru Visa

    • May 29, 2018 at 9:15 PM by an anonymous user from Elizabeth, South Australia, Australia

I just was told I won a Coles monthly comp and can get a SAMSUNG tv they want my credit card details etc at hxxp://ril.uk/8enu/A72j .

Has anyone else had this and what happened.

      • May 30, 2018 at 7:39 AM by info

If you give them your credit card information they will continuously and fraudulently charge it without your consent.

    • May 28, 2018 at 8:04 AM by info

Dispute the charges with your bank and have them cancel the transaction and refund your money.

Remember, the website is being operated by scammers who will never refund your money and who will continue to charge your card, even when they claimed they have canceled your membership.

  • Apr 6, 2018 at 2:22 PM by an anonymous user from Mexico City, Mexico

A charge appeared on my credit card, which I do not recognize. Upon investigation, you gave me all the data of my credit card or my email. They inform me that the service, supposedly contracted, was being used by the I.P. 18923816272, that I.P. It has never been used and is available. What's up? You are committing fraud because I have the talk in my power and it is the only charge that I do not recognize, because I have never acquired your service. I have long been with Netflix and Roku, why would I need an additional service?

I totally agree with you. Once you have been on their website it is impossible to cancel your subscription. They charged me so much money, and when i try to contact them i received the same automatic reply : "we could not identify you"

  • Jan 25, 2018 at 10:44 PM by an anonymous user from Port of Spain, Trinidad and Tobago

Yes i agree. Heading first thing to my bank on monday. They should not charge again when a person cancels the account. Should be honest and let you know of the hidden fees.

  • Jan 25, 2018 at 3:50 PM by an anonymous user from St. Petersburg, Florida, United States

I fully agree with all the other comments I was also charged for this service which I don't even remember signing up for and they will not refund all my money as far as I am concerned they should have a law suit against them

    • Jan 26, 2018 at 1:28 PM by an anonymous user from Windhoek, Khomas, Namibia

I was also charged 158 BZL for nothing. I can't even remember signing up or giving them my credit info. So how did they get it? I might have browsed the site but never again. Can they be legally sued?

      • Jan 26, 2018 at 1:36 PM by info

It is hard to find those cyber criminals, specially when they are operating in some countries.

  • Jan 10, 2018 at 6:19 AM by an anonymous user from Pozuelo de Alarcón, Madrid, Spain

I completely agree with the content of this article. Moreover, I have personally suffered this type of recharges in my credit card without establishing (at least, consciously), any type of link with this web page. I have initiated the procedures through my bank manager to request the return of the charges received. I have also had to suspend the use of my credit card.

  • Jan 6, 2018 at 6:49 AM by an anonymous user from Kampala, Central Region, Uganda

Will you refund my money back when I cancel my credit card because I don't see what you transacted and take all my money.

      Cancel your credit card.

  • Oct 5, 2017 at 1:42 PM by an anonymous user from Providencia, Santiago Metropolitan, Chile

I canceled 3 times with PICKAFLICK.CO before the trial period, but I was charged $31,634. At first, I did not know what it was until I found out it was supposed to be for the following month. I went back to claim and the same thing happened this month, so I had to change my card. They are some fresh sinverguenzas, cigarettes that gives cancer.

They say they do not charge, but it is a lie. They should be put on youtube so that the whole world does not use their website. The bad thing is that you have to change the card that had it more than 3 years ago, it is a nuisance. I hope it does not happen to anybody else, thanks for the opportunity to give my opinion.
