They are a complete fraud. I made an order more than six months ago, and the order did not arrive I mail to them asking for the order status and they made a ticket and said will contact me.

I am still waiting.
After that, they cancel my customer account so I can not acces the option to cancel the order.
Their website must be banned.

I made an order # 38804 dated 16th march 2018, and waiting for shipment as advised by paganinI watches the order will be delivered within 39 business days.

Now today 26th of may 2018 after passing the time limit I did not received my order,

kindly cancel my order and return the amount that is $21.25 USD at your earliest

I ordered a watch from these idiots. I accidentally ordered 2 because I was having internet issues. So low and behold I have 2 identical orders. I asked them to cancel one but OH NO WE already SHIPPED it??? How? The orders were a a minute apart. They can't or won't cancel it. But they took my money fast enough. How did they send the watches by SNAIL MAIL? I ordered this watch March 27 2018.

It is now May 7. Still nothing. I live in Canada. The watches are coming from NeW Zealand apparently. Well it takes 35-60 days?? Why? Send by regular f....mail. I will call my bank and get my money back. They only charge you shipping?

They better not try to charge me for 2 watches. I will tell my bank to STOP these crooks from trying to charge my Visa. Unbelievable. No charge for a free watch. But I'm supposed to get 2!!?? idiots.

Sounds like my 21.50 shipping costs are lost. No watches received.

I ordered a watch two monthe ago.I inquired where the watch was after six weeks of waiting.I was told it entered the U.S. on the fourteenth of March.I still have not received the watch.

Yeah, I got scammed by them! I ordered 3 watches and a bracelet from them. I placed the order February 26 and today is March 26 and I still haven't received my order. Oh, and I paid $42.50 for express shipping. I didn't expect high-quality merchandise but I did expect to get something for my money!

Do not buy, they did not even give me my order, fraud!

I ordered a watch from PanginI and after 3 days they sent me an email,and an SMS telling me that the order has been canceled and I've been refunded but the mail hasn't hit my account.

Terrible policy- the watch was promised to arrive within 39 business days. I contacted the support asking for a refund, since it was way too late. Nothing- only stories about how they are not responsible. I order on other online sites and they all offer a refund in this case! Now, I finally receive the watch and it doesn’t work and has scratches on the front glass! Way to go with their marketing campaign!

I almost pay for the watch, it costs about $ 10. I have entered my address and email, but I didn't finish the transaction. Is it still dangerous that they have my personal info ? :( What should I do. I should have known, nothing is free :(

Beware. The watches may be free but check shipping price, tax and insurance for each article. Can cost about 3 X each watch and non-quality goods. Better giving the money to own country charity you support. Experience talking. X

Tell your bank that you have unknowingly used your credit card on a fraudulent website and you want to cancel the transactions and your money refunded.

I call my bank, and I wrote email to Paganini email (I got from email confirmation), I said to them, I never do a transaction, I just fill my profile, and after that, I got SMS from my credit card about the nominal transaction. It happened last Saturday, Dec 16th, 2017. I saw Paganini advertising from IG, I just curious about their prices, enter the data.

Suddenly, I call the center of credit card and said this is a fraudulent website online. Finally, they refund and canceled that.

I have sent so many emails to check the quality of the watch that I ordered is different and what I got is so light in weight and very cheap quality. And in Hyderabad (kotI ) we get it for 200 rs I guess even less if u want.
Cant we take any action we know it is a fraud website then why it is still running , cant we block those websites .

Hi, I fell for their scam. They offered something for artist for free and pay only for shipping. I paid with my PayPal and then they asked to use me credit information for future purchases.

Can they do something with my credit card? Should I cancel this card?

They have the worst customer service. They won't check your email until your order has been shipped, so they have an excuse to not return your money. Absolutely disgusted by their service and quality of watches.

If you use a credit card you can report it as fraud and the bank will open an investigation.

Contact your bank and have them cancel the transaction and refund your bank.

Contact your bank and have them cancel the transactions and refund your money. And, if you notice money being taken from your credit card without your consent, you may need to cancel the credit card.
