Therefore, we do not recommend purchasing from the Paganini Watches.
Unsatisfied online users who have shopped on the untrustworthy website are asked to contact their bank or financial institution to have their transactions canceled and money refunded.

They are a complete fraud. I made an order more than six months ago, and the order did not arrive I mail to them asking for the order status and they made a ticket and said will contact me.I am still waiting.After that, they cancel my customer account so I can not acces the option to cancel the order.Their website must be banned.

I ordered a watch from these idiots. I accidentally ordered 2 because I was having internet issues. So low and behold I have 2 identical orders. I asked them to cancel one but OH NO WE already SHIPPED it??? How? The orders were a a minute apart. They can't or won't cancel it. But they took my money fast enough. How did they send the watches by SNAIL MAIL? I ordered this watch March 27 2018.It is now May 7. Still nothing. I live in Canada. The watches are coming from NeW Zealand apparently. Well it takes 35-60 days?? Why? Send by regular f....mail. I will call my bank and get my money back. They only charge you shipping?They better not try to charge me for 2 watches. I will tell my bank to STOP these crooks from trying to charge my Visa. Unbelievable. No charge for a free watch. But I'm supposed to get 2!!?? idiots.
Sounds like my 21.50 shipping costs are lost. No watches received.Is there a way to "track" my order even though doubt anything will be truthful after reading previous reviews
I ordered a watch two monthe ago.I inquired where the watch was after six weeks of waiting.I was told it entered the U.S. on the fourteenth of March.I still have not received the watch.
Yeah, I got scammed by them! I ordered 3 watches and a bracelet from them. I placed the order February 26 and today is March 26 and I still haven't received my order. Oh, and I paid $42.50 for express shipping. I didn't expect high-quality merchandise but I did expect to get something for my money!
