The website or online store Tykes Fashion located at www.tykesfashion.com or www.tykesfashion.co is fraudulent. Online users are advised to stay away from the fraudulent website, and those who have shopped from it, run the risk of their personal, credit card and other payment processing information getting stolen by cyber-criminals and used fraudulently.     I have also fallen for this scam, order placed 11/23/2017 and no product to date. After complaining Via email I received a response saying “I’m looking into this mater and apologize”

    My question is why does Facebook allow companies like this advertise, and how do they get an account to do business accepting Amex?

    I am a person who has been taken by Tykes. placed an order on 12/10/17 and as of 3/23/18 have not received my product. Writing several email requesting updates of my order, only one was answered saying it would take 5 weeks to ship. Take the warning.

    I too ordered the tablet holder. After 10 days I contacted them and they told me it takes five weeks to be sent out. Do not purchase anything from them.

    I ordered the tablet holder ,money deducted from bank and here it is almost 12 weeks later still no product.

    I emailed them and got stock answer....x number of days from order date then x number of weeks for delivery...find this my complaint...DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE COMPANIES

    I was duped for the $33.49 for a product I never got (Tablet holder) but I've sent the information to AMEX for dispute resolution. Don't be fooled like I was and what really got me was the follow-up email. It's all a rip-off and I wish I would have known about this site before!

    I also ordered a Tablift Tablet Stand for the Bed from Tykes Fashion on 12-4-17 and have not received it as of today, 2-2-18. I emailed them three times and they sent me the same email back the first two times stating that it takes 3-5 weeks for delivery.

    I never received a reply from my third email telling them that I believed their company was a scam and that I was going to write a complaint against them this week. My credit card charge went through immediately on the day I ordered it. DO NOT order from this company. They are RIP -OFFS!

    I ordered the IPad lap holder on 12-11. I never received it and emailed them on 12-21 and received an email saying that it takes 3-5 weeks from order date to receive item $34.99 cost. Thought I would wait ample time, then found this site saying they are fraud! Will try and dispute payment!

      Same here. Ordered 12-14-17, $66.74. Emailed them on 12-24 and received the same reply, “3-5 weeks from order date”. Been trying for the last week to get another response....I’m figuring out that I’ve been duped. Wouldn’t know where or how to get my money back! Lesson learned!!

    I ordered an iPad stand prior to Christmas, and it never arrived. I got one follow up email from the company, and can't get any further information, follow up or refund from them. Any help in pursuing them would be appreciated. My order number was 9671.

    I found your site when browsing online as I was recently scammed by Tykes Fashion. Not only did the iPad stand never arrive then the bank noticed a dodgy transaction and someone was attempting to take money from my account. (I believe them) Thankfully the bank were so quick it was stopped.

    At the same time I believe I was scammed by Classy Ella. Similar to Tykes Fashion.... The items never turned up. Poor communication from company. Promised another. I requested a refund but they failed to return my emails.

    Please could you investigate Classy Ella.

    We also ordered an item from them in December. It was an IPad/Tablet stand for your bed, sofa or any uneven surface. We have not received this item as of January 28, 2018. This item cost me $35. I used Apple Pay to purchase my item. This really Pisces me off!!!

    I myself is just seeing this been waiting for a tee shirt which I was charged 28 dols ordered on 12/30/17 and haven't reviewed yet... Yes, i will not be ordering anything from no other site that I do no or have not already ordered things an actually received... So beware other sites don't waste your time appearing on my comp period this is my third an final time.... 3 strikes and I'm out... I just thank god it wasn't for a large amount of money... I will an certainly plan on putting the word out... Had been waiting to show this shirt to my granddaughters there names were going to be on them, and I thank god that even though they were offering other deals I didn't take any of them... So I now will report to my credit card company... I wish in the future red flags on a pop up will appear when its a fraudulent site...

    I as well made a gift purchase in December...have tried to contact them twice with no return attempts on there part, went to look for other options for contact and discovered the website has been removed, started looking further and came across this page only to find out that I to had been a victim of fraud as well...contacting my bank now...

    I had “purchased” something from Tykes Fashion and when it didn’t come I realized it was a scam. I had the fraudulent charges reversed. I also had my credit card shut down and reissued. I reported them to the FBI, Facebook and Shopify.

        Thanks to both of you for your posts. I, too, bought a Christmas gift from Tykes Fashion that never arrived. Just sent in the "dispute charge" notice to my credit card company. As soon as I receive the credit for the disputed charge, I will get the card re-issued.
