I'm still waiting for my smart watch I ordered for my husband birthday, which was June 20th.

I wish I had read this before I order a smartwatch from them. I will contact my back and get a refund as well

I ordered a blood pressure smartwatch from YoshugI Media (ICoolgadgets.com) in April, 2019 for $99 including the extended warranty. Have not received the watch as of yet. I am going to call my credit card company and request a refund as this is most definitely a scam.

I also ordered a smartwatch via Facebook at www.icoolgadgets.com. I received the watch after one month (debit from credit card within 3 days !) This watch does not work. Now that I am about to pay my money by mail almost daily (over a month) I hear nothing more from this scam company. Based in China! The money is lost. Facebook should not post this!

Face Book needs to shut them down period!

I ordered a smartwatch that worked for 8 weeks, now it's a total dud. I emailed Icoolgadgets and after several back and forth emails they agreed that I did not need to courier it back after the courier charge was way more than the watch.

I have waited ever since despite promises in writing that they were only waiting for tracking nothing has arrived and now they are back to generic messages telling me to courier the watch back to them. They are dishonest liars and everyone should be super aware of their appalling reputation. Facebook should also be charged for permitted their advertising to continue.

I purchased a 4K TV Box in November 20017. The package arrived from Hayden Idaho warehouse address on Nov 17, 2017 and was not as stated in the advertisement.

After a week of trying to make it work, I contacted the company and they sent instructions on how to make it work.

It did not, Contacted them again for instruction on how to return for Credit. They are located in Singapore and refuse to answer any contacts from me, Pay Pal, WA state Atty General office.

They have defrauded thousands and are still selling out of a Canadian address.

Their return policy says the return must be made in3 days with no other instructions. There must be some way to put these thieves out of business.

I purchased a FDH Automobile DVR Rear View Mirror from Ixoolgadgets that was missing two items. I contacted them several times to resolve this issue .

At this point they do not respond at all now after re sending my e-mail several times.

Their customer service is terrible PLEASE DO NOT deal with ICOOLGADGETS.

Unfortunately, this is a fraud company stealing from thousands of customers.

Their shipping facility in Hayden Idaho is a warehouse 10450 N Airport Dr, Hayden ID 83835. They refuse to contact anyone and have been stealing from customer for around 2 years that I know of.

They are based in Singapore and now have another address in Canada

I have an address to send a product that was missing parts but their customer service is terrible; they are in Indonesia .

if I tell you who is running that site, would I get some kind of reward?

I also go ripped off by Icoolgadgets.com. I ordered a smart wrist watch to check my activities and blood pressure. I received the item but it was defective and over a couple of months we went back and forth with emails finally they were going to send me a new item as soon as they got the return item.

So I returned the item paid about $14 to return it and told them that I wanted a refund because I didn’t want to take a chance with another defective unit.

Went back and forth with more emails, since nothing was happening I reached out to Pay Pal, open up a case but nothing happen.

Pay Pal said to contact the seller which of course I have done. PayPal close the case with no help. Icoolgadgets said that because I called Pay Pal and the y close the case, they did not have to refund my money.


I told Icoolgadgets that they were scammers; they kept my money and kept the defective item. These guys are in Indonesia so good luck if anyone is trying to get your money back.

How did you get away with sending it back for $14.00 shipping? I bought tv boxes from
Icoolgadgets and in order to get my refund (maybe) it was going yo cost me $150.68 by DHL.to Indonesia.
That's how they get you to not ship them back even though I received them from Idaho.

I found this out through PayPal dispute. They wanted me to send my tv boxes back to Indonesia- cost through DHL $150.38.

Needless to say I am not sending them back.

NEED EVERYONE WITH A PAYPAL ACCOUNT THAT GOT RIPPED OFF BY THEM NEED TO FILE A DISPUTE THEN AFTER THEY TELL YOU TO SHIP IT BACK, FILE A CHARGE BACK TO YOUR CREDIT CARD.

THIS WAY PAYPAL WILL KNOW HOW MANY DISPUTES THERE ARE AGAINST ICOOL GADGETS. THIS IS THE ONLY WAY TO STOP REVENUE AWAY FROM HIM.

This is definitely untrustworthy on line seller. I order on the 21 March 2018 and until today I have yet to receive my order.

What I'm disappointed is how can Pay Pal be the intermediary for this kind of on line seller

That is good in principle but useless in reality because they ignore Paypal.

I want to know how I can get nearly my $400 and some dollar refund back from them cause I purchased 4 TV Boxes in Feb and never received them and get a hold of them either... I just want my $438back...

I was a lucky one who received a full refund.

I purchased their media box which is supposed to give you access to free streamed movies and Netflix. This $88 USD media box does not work, it is a scam.

I returned the box to the seller two months ago and luckily for me I received an acknowledgement email from I Cool Gadgets that they had in fact received it at their Jogjakarta - Indonesian base.

I was able to provide this email to Paypal (and even that was a fight as I was requested to return it. with the tracking deatils, even though I had returned it. WTF?) Anyhow, finally received the refund.

I was very lucky compared to many other purchases who were scammed and no product received.

I purchased the T95 and on 24 Mar 18 and have not heard back from them since I wish I had come here first I would not have ordered it

Nice, try not even down loaded you have to go onto some other site to have them try to help you down load all of your TV and Movies and everything else you load one movie down and it's full you can't load anything else and it wont even program up so you can go the movie or TV stuff that you loaded down plug the other boxes in and nothing shows up on your TV.

What a peace of cr*p they say one time pay no other charges will apply you go to Netflix and its a $20 a month fee for the movies say in the saying on Facebook one time purchase for the box no other fee's included and for get calling or emailing tech support no one answers you back or willing to call you they say leave a phone number and we will call you no way nothing has happened what a JOKE stay away from this company and TV Box.

Ordered three boxes for tv and they didn’t come timely. I paid in advance and have sent them numerous emails. I can’t get a response. I want to send them back but I want my money credited back to my charge card. This is not a reputable company, it now stopped advertising on the internet. Are they out of business and am I out the money?

If you have used your credit card to make payment, dispute the charges with your bank.

I ordered a box in February and have emailed several times. Received email from (CEO), LOL with tracking info and all it shows is it is at warehouse. I filed complaint with PayPal today so will see what my options are. 90 dollars is 90 dollars and I'm not happy with nor would I suggest anyone order from this company

I ordered a box from Icoolgadgets.com So over a month later nothing has arrived. Went to PayPal and they after pay pal contacted them send me a tracking number. But still nothing. I had sent them three emails about not getting my order and nothing till pay pal contacted them. Worst company I have ever dealt with.

I ordered a tv box from icoolgadgets. They said I will get it btw 9 - 15 business days.

They also said I will get the tracking code. Neither came. I sent them so many unanswered mails. Finally my bank reversed the charge after 6 weeks.

They sent me an empty box and convinced my bank they closed the deal. My bank paid them again for an empty box.

Icoolgadgets are at best cheats. Fraudsters. No one should do business with them ~ Khrystien.

Stay away from this site. I am thinking they are based in China because once I contacted them, after several attempts, I receive an email in broken English that took me an hour to interpret.

They do not have good support, it takes them 2 weeks to answer emails. I will not order from this site again, it took me over a month to get the product and when I received the box it was packaged poorly and the product did not do as advertised.

I filed a complaint with Paypal but they determined that the product was as described, how do they know they didn't receive what I received. I just gave up and took a loss on the 100 dollars I spent. Buyer beware on this one, you purchase at your own risk.

I ordered from Icoolgadgets on November 23, 2017. After several emails back and forth, contacting PayPal, and disputing the charge on my credit card I received it March 23, 2018. They are a rip off.

Do not order from them. It was supposed to take 9-21 days. I guess their days are different from the United States days. PayPal sided with icoolgadgets. I WILL NEVER ORDER ANYTHING FROM THEM AGAIN.

The same thing happened to me. I just received it today and I ordered it in December.

I disputed it and got my money back.

Ordered Dec 27 and it first arrived now. I never completed first order. They sent an email saying I would get discount so I ordered and they took my address and applied it to first order and now are sending me a second one. Went to pay pal and they say I have to send it to Indonesia even though they have a warehouse in the US.

I would have to spend $70 to $80 dollars to return package. Paypal sided with the seller. No refund!!

the same happened to me, they took £56.00 from my credit card and after I contact them several times i got the same answer, be patient, we will mail your item ASAP. and now it's almost three months and I received nothing.

Do not open the package, send back as returned cargo and hopefully you can get money back by asking your credit card company to stop payment

All I can say is don't get sucked in. Icoolgadgets took the $97.97 from my credit card immediately. Two weeks and I contacted them by e-mail. Their response was "be patient, its in the mail". I hope they choke on my $97.00 Ron, Washington.

They also got me for the same amount,I never received a tracking number nor did they respond to my emails.

I should have did my homework before ordering. What a rip off!! Their time is coming!

I ordered the icoolgadgets.com TV box about three months ago, and after contacting them about 2 months in after purchase, I received an email telling me the entire manufacturing crew in China, was on vacation for 3 weeks due to Chinese new year!

I ordered the tv box 10 days ago. I received a grammatically incorrect e-mail that stated my order was accepted and "preceeded" and that after 7-14 "office days" I would receive a tracking number "later". Now I see numerous bad reviews about icoolgadgets.

Big SCAM. Beware.

Sadly, it looks very much as though I have been taken by this outfit. Some 2 months after placing the order for their so-called TV Box, I am still to receive it. Of course, the credit card was billed immediately...so buyer beware. Facebook should take some responsibility in this, as their ads kept popping up constantly whenever I logged in. Hopefully, this comment and the many others, will save potential buyers from making the same mistake!

I too just ordered the TV BOX from the fb site n now they won't give me my tracking number ... our credit card company shud be able to retrieve our money but I know they can't ... I'm disabled n on a disability low income n I just paid $108.00 for this ... I'm angry.
