Facebook users, be on the lookout for a fake Facebook post with the title "OMG!! WATCH VIDEO." The fake post is being sent from compromised Facebook accounts to the owners' Facebook friends. Therefore, Facebook users who have received the fake post are asked to delete it and let the sender know that their Facebook accounts have been compromised and they need to change their password.

Facebook users should never click on the link in the fake post because it goes to a fake Facebook website that asks visitors to sign-in.

If the visitors to the fake website attempt to sign into it, their username and password will be sent to the cybercriminals behind the scam. The cybercriminals will then use the stolen credentials to gain access to their potential victims Facebook accounts, hijack and use them fraudulently.
