Hope that someone on the UK already raised a complaint with the proper authorities.

Gafalor is also an untrustworthy online store. Don't respond to emails. Saw the ad on Facebook. Definitely going to report them. FU*#ING CROOKS!
They are out right crooks from China. They don't answer their God d**n emails and won't set things right. YOU F***IN CROOKS!
I ordered a brown bio scalp hairpiece with glue. I received a hold and gold and red wig that had straps all around it... Looked like a wig you would buy in a costume store. Cheap a** synthetic wig not a bio scalp with natural hairline... and mo glue clearly what I did not order.I have emailed these sc*m bags for a week now with no reply. They are f***king con artist thieves and they are f***king with the wrong Italian! Trust you me!
I ordered a glass phone cover for my iPhone.It arrived just recently but when I opened the package I found that the front glass cover was cracked.I have contacted Adibrou on four occasions, enclosing photos of the damaged item, asking for a replacement or my money back.So far all my emails have been ignored.It seems to me that good customer relations or after sales service do not exist at Adibrou.Future customers beware!
I ordered a German Bio Scalp in grey from Adilaka, with a 7-10 day delivery...I’m still waiting! They sent me an email with a China Post tracking number, which you can follow up and it has a record that the package has been delivered. This is s lie. I’ve cintscted Adilka directly and awaiting a response.
I ordered the same product and a sh*tty chinese wig turned up instead of the German Bio Scalp. This company Adilaka is a scam..If you pay via paypal you will lose like I did. These guys know the system.
I had ordered two German Bioscalp hairpieces in grey. When I opened the package, not only did I NOT get the glue that was to be included; they sent me two FULL HEAD WIGS. I have notified them three times with no response. the final cost was 119.00 I will be notifying my credit card company next, to see if I can get results.
Despite offered to use PayPal on their website I have gotten an error message twice. They have e-mailed me that my order was shipped. The link for the provided tracking number routes to Chinese Post website to a blank initiate screen.I have retyped the tracking manually and do not see it as in transit, only as the "labeled was created". Kinda worry now for my information (address, name, and credit card number)
