    My boyfriend ordered from this company for Valentine’s Day and the results are absolutely AWFUL. The picture is horrendous!

    I could not believe it was supposed to be our pic. Then there’s no telephone number to contact anyone and they would not give us our money back. SCAMMERS

    I finally got my order delivered today 2/5/2019. I made my order on 12/10/2018. I was very frustrated from the long wait, but I was ecstatic to see my package by my front door when I got home.

    I was thinking that I could give this to my girlfriend as a Valentine’s Day gift since I couldn’t give it to her for the past Christmas, which was my original plan. I must say that I am highly disappointed with my order. I can barely see the picture that was put on the moon, and the quote I had put on the back is relatively smaller. Comparing my moon to the one that is displayed on the webpage that I placed my order is not even a fair comparison. I figured that it would look super since it took nearly 2 months for me to get my order, but I must say that it looks like someone did a halfa** job.

    Honestly, saying someone did a halfa** job on this sounds more like a compliment. Really it looks like they didn’t take any time at all to make this. I’m a very disappointed, dissatisfied customer. I highly recommend any future customers just save your money and find something else because the money I spent for this item most surely wasn’t worth it.

    This company has most definitely ticked me off. I placed my order for one of the moon lamps on 12/10/2018. It is now 1/14/2019, and I have still not received my order.

    I have yet to even receive my tracking number for this item. I have tried numerous times to communicate with someone to see where my order is, but the FB messenger is a stupid automated answering system.

    They give me like 3-4 different emails to try to contact someone to get information about my order, and each one continues to give the same answer as the other or they just don’t answer at all. I even asked for a refund on the FB messenger, but the response said that I could not be refunded for my purchase at this time.

    I ordered this item for my girlfriend as a Christmas present, and felt super lousy that I couldn’t give it to her on Christmas Day. Maybe I’ll get lucky and have it delivered soon, but I have a word of advice for future shoppers. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS SITE!

      Placed My Order 12/10/2018 and as well was a little worried after the long wait and reading some bad reviews. I sent a several emails and messages and nothing.

      Finally received a tracking number 01/12/2019 and my package left HONG KONG 01/14/2019 and is currently in Los Angeles 01/16/2019. Will update later once package is delivered.

      My husband ordered one of those moon lamps from them, too, on 12/15/18 and we are getting the runaround just like you. PayPal has not been helpful, now going through a dispute with our credit card. This company is a joke and most definitely a SCAM!

    I've had the opposite experience as most I guess. I ordered and all though never recieved an email saying my order was shipped and never did it show being shipped on the website my custom moon arrived!

    And it looks awesome ! The detail is pretty amazing and my wife lives it. I did send an email asking about my order and was told they were very busy and trying to push orders out.

    I can understand since I ordered dec 2 hoping to receive by xmas. Recieved Jan 10. Not bad I think. Thank you ! Unlike most I'm happy.

    I ordered on December 6th and also the exact same thing everyone else is saying. Correct the BBB will not do anything outside the US however the FTC very well might. I know contacts who deal with them I have reached out to and am waiting a response.

    It may take a while due to the government shut down but I do not feel they will be very accepting to the american public being scammed out of millions.

    At this time anyone who reads this please save any and all proof on your purchase and attempts to contact this company.

    I've been waiting for my purchase for over a month. I have interred information the way I'm supposed to to check the status. The status is the same for over a month now...processing. it says free shipping it charge me for shipping. It's a delivery in 10 days that was a lie.     Ordered item on 8/12/2018 and nothing! No tracking number, no feedback. Tried emailing and all I get is the same response every time stating that they are busy and to please be patient. They will not send s tracking number and say that order has been completed. I have not received anything.

    Same thing happened to me, ordered on Dec 7. Generic reply when asking for tracking info, got some Facebook message link with no reply as well as three different email address to reply to. It's definately a scam. Has anyone disputed this with their bank or PayPal. Makes me so upset.

    I truly am sad that I ordered this well in advance and believed that I had a sentimental gift for my wife for Christmas.

    Unfortunately it has become very clear that in the two and a half weeks that I've had my order placed, there will not be a sentimental gift made by this company for my wife.

    I will now have to be a last minute shopper. I will be fighting my $160 charge with my bank on Wednesday, December 26th, 2018. I will amend my review if for some reason things change.

    I'm starting to feel as if this is a scam website.

    I placed an order December 3rd, and according to their website it said that the order could take two weeks until it is shipped.

    I looked today December 17th and it says that the item still isn't shipped and it has an automated message when I put in my order number.

    I found the website on Facebook advertising a Moon light with picture engraving.

    I'm starting to feel as if this website isn't legit.

    I sent an email for some kind of reassurance and I got an automated response requesting that I speak to a particular person on facebook's messenger by clicking a link.

    I was scammed in the past about a dog and lost $400.

    I don't want this to be the same thing.

    I hope someone knows for sure.
