The COASTOO.COM website does not exist anymore.

Try opening a dispute with your bank to have your money refunded. I hope it is not too late since it has been 4 months.

They do not send the product. And I've been waiting for 3 months to get my money back. They make absurd excuses. Not buying.

Waste of time and money. Items never arrive,tracking is not updated, website doesn't allow you to submit inquiries. C**p sh***t scam company.

After waiting 2 months for a jacket I never received it, then I asked for a refund and it's been going around for a month now. Not buying!
