    On January 24, 2019, I bought from this company 2 articles that arrived today April 4, 2019. I just thought that I had fallen into a scam trap. It comes from China. The merchandise does not deserve the price paid.

    Their email is not available, and it is impossible to locate them. After this scare, I do not recommend them. I had to communicate 2 times with my credit card for the concern. Lesson learned.

    I have had the same issue with them. Same emails...no other contact info. The tracking number they FINALLY sent me doesn't work. It says that the number isn't valid. This is a terrible online store. It has been over a month with no progress.

    I also ordered on March 4th and still have not received anything. I have e-mailed numerous times and they keep sending me a cookie cut e-mail saying the same thing except they change the peoples names.

    Last week I had someone write me and send me a tracking number which was not mine because it was dated from Jan of 2019 and my order was placed in March of 2019.

    I have requested for a full refund, but I doubt I will get it. Waiting to see the excuse they going to give me now.This is what they sent me:

    "Our apologies for any inconvenience this may have caused you. We are doing all we can to have our parcels delivered as soon as possible, we understand waiting for an item to arrive is frustrating but rest assured that yours will be delivered as soon as possible.

    We understand your frustration and I am sorry for the delay. We cannot guarantee an exact delivery time since it has a lot of factors that will delay the delivery, it just so happened that we encounter an unavoidable issue on the way."

    I ordered my items on January 20, 2019 and haven't received anything yet til now. It's already April. I emailed 2x coz the tracking number they gave me was not credible and couldn't even track! They replied back and gave me another link of tracking but still it wasn't much of help.

    They even charged my credit card the fact that I haven't received any email about shipping confirmation yet! I demanded to refund my money back but they didn't answer me about that.

    I would NOT recommend buying from this site. The $41.00 isn't worth my time emailing them and they don't have any phone number to call.

    I ordered the suitcase strap on 28th January. Finally arrived 30th march.

    Contacted company prior to this with only standard emails back.

    Started dispute with Paypal then it arrived.

    Really not worth the money I paid. Stay clear of this company unless your ordering a year in advance!

      Same here - only I'm still waiting. I have opened a dispute with PayPal- but the company has assured me my item will arrive by April 14 - I ordered it Jan 22. Six e-mails and no replies, it wasn't till I got PayPal involved that anything happened and then only when I demanded my money back!

      Only they won't give me my money back. They say the item has been sent!

    Do not buy from this company. Ordered from them 2/2/19 it's now the end of March and still have nothing. Tracking has been invalid.

    I've sent 13 emails and not one person has been helpful. They have all the excuses in the book as to why I haven't received it. Just do not order from them.

    I was provided tracking info that is only in Chinese. Not happy about this business not being on the bbb's website.

      Their advertising is very clever isn’t it? It looks so professional. I waited for ages and when the product arrived it was inferior to the one advertised and missing some items that were advertised as included - so basically I didn’t receive the product I ordered.

      I had replies from ‘Amy’ and from ‘Azalea’ - very polite and apologising and saying it will be referred to their Manager to look into. It’s just a way of fobbing us off. I’m still awaiting a reply from their Manager - it’s been a couple of weeks now.

      I’d like to take it further but I think they rely on us individuals not bothering to take it further because the amount of money (in my case £35) isn’t worth the time and effort to get back.

      I sympathise with you though.

    Just read all of the comments. Now I am worried about my order. I ordered on Mar. 9 and received the notice of tracking # is available but can not log in the the site.

    I don't have the patience like some of you have.

    If I don't see any more information on my order I will dispute it with Pay Pal.

    Granted it has only been 2 1/2 weeks I will probably wait for another 2 weeks. Then that is it.

    I also notice there is no comment from Medifit Store to any of these complaints.

      All I can say is good luck... PayPal has not been much help...

      Medifit ignored the 1st & 2nd reach-outs from PayPal... But when it came down to the actual dispute for money back all of a sudden the item I ordered that sat in a China shipping center since Feb 1 was sent on its way.

      On March 27 it left China and on April 1 it was in Chicago heading to me in Wisconsin supposedly.

      We'll see if it actually makes it!

      When I made contact with Medifit through Facebook (the only way I got a response from them) they gave me a song and dance and a different tracking # to use)

      Update on this. I picked this up at my post office box In the US and It is actually BETTER than I had hoped for! Especially after reading all of the negative reviews. I am more than happy with this purchase however it did take a while to come which is expected when coming from China.

    Not sure it's a scam, but definitely not reliable.

    They write stupid replies when you ask them about the package. Just fed up and I have escalated the matter with PayPal to recover my money.

    I have been waiting for my package over a month and they give generic answers and also the tracking they sent goes to a page that’s shows all the tracking updates were done on the same day.

    So how did it move all these different facilities in one day? They are a scam don’t spend you’re money with them. I will also be reporting to BBB. I have emails and all to prove it.

      I got my black one... Not worth the money by the way... you can get them on Amazon. I found out later and they are nicer and come in 2 days! The pink one I ordered I'm still waiting for - it has been 75 days with PayPal getting involved!

    I fell for it in Facebook too earlier this month, and just realized the website has been disabled. Pretty sure it’s a scam. However, since receiving my “tracking number,” it would never work on the 17track website, but today it finally updated and it looks like something is actually on the way.

    Whether or not it’s what I actually ordered is the real question. Guess I will find out.

      Sorry to be negative but many of us can tell you that new tracking info means little. We’ve all received numerous tracking #’s with no results.

      Each time I receive a new tracking # after contacting the company, it claims my item is still in China. Going on 3 months now. But,bye $$ and lesson learned. Cancel your credit card if you used one.

      I would like an update if you can when you receive your item. My husband also made a purchase from them this month from a facebook post.

      Received a tracking a number that never worked and i even contacted the customer service to about the issues they got back to me a few days later stating that tracking doesn't work till it's in the country of destination.

      But now the site seems disabled like you said. Really hope this site isn't a scam i would feel pretty bad for my hubs.

    Now the website doesn't want to work! Yeah, can you say SCAM!

    I ordered on Jan 22 and the tracking shows the items are still sitting in a sorting facility in China 2 months later... Sorry no mail is that slow!

      One of the 2 items I ordered showed up out of the blue. I still have a dispute filed with PAYPAL for the missing item but Medifit is telling PAYPAL the item is shipped and PAYPAL won't do anything even though I don't have the item... VERY frustrated!

    Don’t order from them, it takes months for products to come; ordered in November 2018 and still waiting and it’s now the end of March.

    every time you track it it gives different dates and times of delivery. I called credit card company to have a refund of this and they said they are a very bad company to retrieve a refund from there products are out of the United States, so it is impossible for you to get the money refunded.

    I ordered my product on January 24th.

    Today is March 19th....FIFTY-FOUR DAYS LATER, and still no product.

    MedifitSCAM only responds to my emails with cut, copy and paste responses they more than likely send to all their scammed customers.

    Thank goodness I paid via PayPal, so my credit card can't be compromised.

    I don't know if I'm more angry that I haven't received the product, or that they dismiss my many, MANY emails for a refund by stating that their policy is to only offer refunds if the product is defective.

    Tracking shows that the package is still in the originating shipping facility in China.

    And yes, they gave me the same response as they did others, that my package was delayed because the Chinese don't work for a week to celebrate their Chinese New Year.

    Their email reply to me yesterday stated this:

    "we hope that this does not dissuade you from making future purchases."

    Well, at least they gave me a good laugh.

    This is definitely a scam company. I ordered a set of sewing machine feet following a Facebook advert.

    Their advertising is false and extremely misleading . Although I did eventually receive a set (which had been shipped from China and not US as stated in their advert) it was an inferior product and not that which was shown in their Facebook advert and on their website.

    The set I received was also missing some items which were included in the advert. One of the missing items was an adapter foot which means that I can only use the feet on my Brother sewing machine and not my vintage Singer sewing machine.

    I could have bought the inferior product - with a next day delivery for less than a third of the price I paid to MediFit.

    I have received a couple of emails back following my complaint. The last one asked for photos of what I’d received. I emailed the photos but haven’t yet received their reply. I doubt I’ll get my money back.

    Medifit does not deliver your product after taking your money. They should be shut down. I ordered something in January and still have not received the item. I have emailed several times an always get the same reply.

    Don't be fooled by Medifit store, online shop as seen on Facebook. It says shipped from US, but actually goods were shipped from China.

    The tracking number arrived very late after emails were sent for follow-up. Goods arrived more than a month after order date. The company assured its a door to door service, while I picked up the goods at the post office with postal fee charged. If I didn't go to the post offI e, I wouldn't have gotten the packages.

    I ordered from them 23 January (money was taken that day), got an email saying order being processed. 31Jan got email with Tracking number.

    Tried since then but when using tracking number it tells me there is nothing in the system with that number.

    When I contacted them yesterday they replied that the delay was due to the Lunar New Year !! They gave me the same tracking number and say to leave it a few days for them to get the system back in working order.

    Not impressed a reputable company would allow for th3 annual event if the Lunar New Year.

    Fear I have been scammed. I would advise against this Company ☹️

    I ordered a toenail fungus product. It took over a month to get it and when it finally came, there were no instructions or anything. I emailed the company numerous times and when they finally sent instructions, they were incomplete. It didn't even explain how to get the darn thing to work. For real! And they were written out by the "customer service rep" Weird.

    This product was supposed to turn your "healing" toenail white. IT HAS TURNED MY TOENAIL ORANGE!

I placed my order 1/25 and have been getting the same bogus replies as others...Chinese New Year, etc. On 2/28 after numerous emails demanding to cancel my order and give my money back, and filing a PayPal claim the tracking changed to show "CHINA - Processed through Facility" I have no idea what that means.

    I received the product but it is garbage. Seat cushion was supposed to help with back pain, instead it made it worse and I stopped using it.

    Cannot be returned. And yes, most customer service is just automated messages and when you get a reply from a real person is will not resolve your complaint.

    This company sucks. It's been over 3 weeks since receiving my product (bug killer). I paid $20 plus shipping. I wouldn't pay $2 for this junk.

    As soon as I got it, I tried it out and nothing. It was operational, but didn't collect any mosquitoes at all. I notified Medifit with emails and messages. They will not respond.

    I thought medifitstore was a scam as it did take a while to come. I think people just forget that they do ship from warehouses in different places, I've ordered twice now and first came from US very quickly and the second from China in a few weeks.

    Good quality too and couldn't find anywhere cheaper.

    I placed an order 8 days ago, sent the email today for status. If I do not receive a response within 24 hours that is not generated then I will simply cancel my card and file a chargeback for fraud.

    I always use a credit card that is minimal so if they try to use it later they won't be able to.

    I see mixed reviews. So far on this thread its not good and on others it has been positive. Either way, I am not taking a chance.

    Military Gypsies is another company that is a scam too. They don't ship and if they do it's about a month or so later and they send it to the wrong address and/or block your emails, etc.

    I bought a $25 purchase for the xxx out stamp for medical and documents.

    Thankfully, it's not a lot but it's

    the principal of it.

    I wish everyone the best of luch on getting their money back. File a chargeback with your card and indicate it's not what was advertised and they are refusing to make it right.

    You have a chance at getting your money back. Keep sending emails and get that evidence built up to submit to your cc company or bank.

    I deal with chargeback weekly at our company so believe me, you can win based on misleading and/or failure to produce the items.

    Lessons learned. First and last ordering from these advertisements.

    Ordered a pair of their HDVision glasses and there is NO difference in the ability to see more clearly. I've tried contacting the company a few times to return them for a refund and no response.
