    Product was not as advertised, the color was not as ordered and the fabric and sizing is not accurate. They stall on providing a return address after stating the return address on pkg is not accurate but don’t provide an alternative. They try to get you to keep the product at a 5% discount stating they do not do refunds. I believe this company keeps changing its name in order to scam people with sub standard merchandise. I am still waiting for refund for returned product

    The same here. I got trash, sent it back and started a conversation with them per e-mail. I got hundred promises - teh money is on the way, be patient, it will take some days - and after 7 months they finished to answer my emails.

    I have had an on-going dispute with this company, going back seven months and counting. I ordered a product with tracking and it was delayed, I accept that, but they insisted it had been delivered, even though the tracking info did not show any record of it arriving in the country, New Zealand. I claimed my money back through paypal. Next thing, Arshirly are accusing me of fraud and threatening to throw the full force of the law at me. I explained why I did what I did and suddenly a parcel arrived, with different tracking information to the first one. I had told them I would reimburse them with the amount I claimed from Paypal, if the goods arrived and they were what I had ordered.

    Sadly, it was not what I had ordered, related, but different. I arranged to return it to them on the proviso that they reimbursed me with the postage. This was a considerable sum of money as they wanted it tracked. It duly arrived back to them in December. Can I get through to them? Very difficult. They do answer their emails, which is one thing I can say for them, but they don't seem to understand.

    One of their representatives assured me in February, that the money had been paid into my account and would arrive in 5-10 working days, but it has been about 24 working days and nothing has arrived. They keep on confusing it with the PayPal amount. I realise the language barrier might be at play here, but if they scrolled back through our considerable correspondence, they might get the gist. I don't think I can make it any clearer. I have attached proof of the proceedings to my emails but even that isn't enough. So frustrating!

    I ordered a Dragon that sits on your shoulder. Within 3 weeks, I asked for a tracking number. They said it wasn't shipped and it would be another week or so, which I waited, and waited, and waited, and they never gave me a tracking number, I opened up a dispute with Pay/Pal, and received my refund that way. Then after the dispute, they had the NERVE to ask me if I could close it, which when you do that, then the negative mark gets removed, and I didn't. BEWARE of these Over-seas companies, they are thriving to get your money. Covid set them back and now they will do anything to get your money...

    Ordered a beautiful birdhouse according to picture and 59 days later received a piece of cardboard that I can’t even piece together. This company is nothing but a scam. Do not order anything from them! I learned the hard way . The piece of cardboard is now in my trash. I am upset beyond words!

    Unbelievable scam artists! 3D printed c**p. I ordered what I was led to believe, a beautiful bird house. Pictures looked great, reviews were obviously fictitious and what I received was 10 printed slabs of plastic covered cardboard in a smashed up box. Plastic copper painted roof is deformed. It’s raining today so I am starting a bird house restoration project with some wood, glue and paint to make the best out of a bad situation. Birdies need homes too! If the Chinese trolls send you fabricated lemons, make lemonade and enjoy the day!

    I ordered a drone with a camera, half-professional, middle expensive...They sent me a toy drone WITHOUT a camera!     I contacted the company and was told it was a very good upscale purse just missing the Dooney and Burke tag.

    I will have an attorney look into this.

    I ordered a purse. Took 3 weeks to arrive in a plastic bag. Was subpar, cheaply made and had no logo. I emailed them and was told I could get a!0% discount and the wherehouse must have made a mistake. No mistake they know what they are doing, if I knew the merchandise came from China I never would have used them. Lesson learned, never again, I will throw away the purse, hate to give it away and make another person upset.

      Update to my original complaint. I was offered a 10% discount and then a 15% discount. I continued to complain and now has received an email that my money will be refunded in 5-7 days. Will see if that happens.

    I ordered these beautiful hands holding girl baby with names and “God’s Greatest Gift” on 4/17. Been trying to track it after they gave me the tracking number. It was in China up until last week. Low and behold it showed up today. OMG my granddaughter could have done a better. It’s all plastic and I am pretty sure it was supposed to be porcelain or something similar. It is painted white on certain spots and the names are on cheap chains that stick out don’t even lay right. They are definitely NOT worth the money I paid for them. Will be calling bank tomorrow and disputing charges. Buyer beware.

    I am really disappointed with what I received. This in no way resembles what they promise in their promotional photos and promotional videos. What is not in accordance: 1) I ordered 3 batteries and only received 1. In the promotion, they speak of modular batteries. the battery supplied is a standard lithium battery. The battery capacity is 2000mAh according to the specifications on their website. In reality, it comes with a 1800mAh battery. 2) The specifications on the website speak of a professional waterproof drone. I don't think it's a good idea to throw that drone with all its openings into the water like you do in the promo video. The camera wiring isn't even sealed. 3) The drones in the promo film clearly have more qualitative and more powerful engines on board. 4) When ordering the drone, a solid storage box is promised. Upon delivery, the drone comes in a cardboard box, and that's it. 5) The auto return function does nothing. 6) On the website they talk about 9 axis. The drone and camera that are delivered have only 4 axis (it is written on the box). The camera also has an axis, but it has to be set manually, contrary to what the promotion on the website shows. My decision: This is a toy instead of a professional drone. Plus, I can find this same drone on Aliexpress at less than half the price. Are you gangsters and cheaters? So far I have always had a positive experience with Chinese sellers. I planned to order several of these devices to use in my engineering classes as a teacher, at least if they were of good quality. However, they certainly do not meet my expectations.

    Terrible experience! Absolutely not as described! I ordered a mother’s ring and what they sent me wasn’t right with the stones nor the size. This is after waiting a month for it to arrive! I contacted them with pictures as well as my problem and their reply was but another one we will discount 10% Absofreakingloutly not! Wish this had a place to add photos

    Ordered a drone from them paid £60, took 12 days to get out of China, and it eventually arrived on Day 14. Minus the case(wrapped in bubble wrap) Minus the Camera and minus any of the 2 rechargeable batteries I ordered one came with it One was extra, Tried to cancel and get a refund before it left china just to be ignored, still trying to cancel so far I'm still being ignored, they have offered me a 10% refund to keep the pieces of plastic that constitute what's left of drone, today they offered 20% back and I still keep the pieces of plastic. It was not even the one I ordered had a 1080p camera was supposed to be waterproof with a hard case to carry it all and remote control which fits around mobile phones to see where you are and take pics using the camera on the drone. Has anyone got their refunds if so how?

    Very bad service, I orderd 5 necklace it should be free shipping but I paid 18 euro extra to get my order express, it should be received from 2 to 4 working days .     I have order a samll statue of me and my wife and they ha ve charged me 110$ since 17th of March and so far I got nothing.

    I have sent more than 15 email and the anawer comes with the same reply and it seems that no one read my emails and it is auto reply, they gave tracking number od my shipment but nothing changed and therI excuse is Covid 19, last email I sent they answered with 10$ compensation to be patience, but beleive me guys it is a lie and it is fake website, I asked them to make new one and send it but nothing.

    Finally I have contacted my bank and they refund my money temporary in less than one day and it seems that they have received many complain about the company.

    Anyhow dont beleive any unknow company on social media advertising ( they showed up on Instagram as advs ) and I trusted ..

    But from now and further I wouldnt buy any products online from unknow website.

    Hi, I finally found some place that seems to be related to a product I ordered but never got. I ordered a ring from arshirly... as I assume. First when I ordered the signet ring they charged me for 2, I finally got them to refund the money for the one ring but then I never did ever receive the actual ring I ordered. I ordered ordered the sterling silver flat signet ring with the name Jesus on it.

    But I have never received it but they kept my money...I have been dealing with cancer and it slipped my mind, not realizing I never got the actual ring I paid for. I also see this company has to do with the self defense siren alarm I inquired about and they've gotten into my account and took out money that they shouldn't I'm fighting them on this... stay away from this company...

    Their merchandise is not what is pictured in the ads and the sizing is way off. I ordered a medium (usually buy small. Even the medium was too small. I returned it right away but have not received a refund after more than 6 weeks since I returned it.

    I ordered a ring for my three children two years ago and still have not received it after going back and forth for a year over the ring and being told it would be remade or had been sent I have finally given up cause the card I used was stolen and a outstanding balance on it.

    I can't get another card nor will the fix the issue so I can't go to bank for them to dispute it, they are a scam and defraud people out of money and they need to be held accountable for what they have done!

After several emails and texted messages with responses of "holiday delays" "wait times" and promise of delivery, now being Feb 13th 2019 and yet no product I am not a happy camper.
