    I saw their ad on instagram and ordered a pillow, my account was quickly debited, and when you go to the site to review your order know shipping or delivery information shows up.

    I sent an email asking for an update as this was for an xmas present and after two days got no reply.

    Unfortunately I looked up reviews on this company after I places my order or I would not have ordered.

    Placed order Dec. 9th. No shipping information provided, but money was taken from my PayPal account. They state no money will be debited until product ships. I contacted them on Thursday Dec. 19th to inquire about my order they promised I'd receive it before Christmas. It's 9:35 pm Christmas Eve and I haven't received my order.

    Similar experience with my wife’s order of Christmas Gift Toys on 12/7/18.

    Money removed from her VISA account, but no notification of shipment, no product.

    Have filed dispute with PayPal as well.

    Have done some research on this company and found thay are notorious for taking peoples money, but not delivering what was ordered.

    Better Business Bureau “F” rating.

    Take it from an ex-Police Detective, who worked on a Financial Crimes Task Force, this is “Theft by Swindle” in it’s purest form...

    I ordered UFO Helicopters on December 9, 2018. Sill have not received anything from them. I have sent inquiries to them and get no reply. I am going to turn them over to PayPal. This is the only place I have had trouble ordering from!

    I made a mistake of duplicating an order. I returned one package and is been since June and still don't have my money back.....

    No telephone to contact them only by email and they keep asking same stupid questions.

    This is a Scam and I fell for it.

    I filed a claim against them via my bank and Mastercard. I managed to get my money back. I encourage everyone to do the same: file a claim with the financial institution in charge of your payment method.

    I ordered an Anti Theft book bag in mid-August and have yet to receive anything. We are now in October and I still book bag-less. I have sent several emails to get NO RESPONSE. I was hoping this wasn't too good to be true but it seems as though they stole $49.99 from a struggling person. SO SAD! My money is gone.

Really disturbing that companies like this are allowed to advertise on Instagram without being fully researched. I'm now out the money and really disgusted with Instagram.

      I just left the post office and spoke to someone at fedex and both said nothing was shipped out. Postal says that’s not even their tracking number.

      I ordered a laptop bag early July and still nothing even after emailing a Nicole and said it was already delivered and blamed it on my courier service that lost it even though there was no record of it even being shipped out.

      I’m so freakin p**sed off. This was supposed to be a birthday present for my son. And now I’m out over $50. I hope those f**kers get what’s coming to them.

    Shopolis is a fraud. Ordered a backpack in early July, didn't receive within 14 days as promised, sent an email, and got a variety of responses (on it's way, it's lost, resending, etc.). It never showed so I disputed the charge with my credit card company. Avoid this place.

    The same basic issue as everyone - ordered paid and nothing ever came.

    The reply from our email to their customer service laid the blame on the post office ( it was supposed to have been shipped by fed ex or at least that s the tracking number they sent)

    Or it was our fault by not being home when it was delivered!

    The store is a very poorly run business at best but it shows all the signs of being a scam or an example of online theft!

    I ordered hair wax July 7 but can't track it. Sent an email. They replied that the carrier is responsible for the tracking number.

    Just sent another email the other day that I want what I ordered or my money back no response. I'm out of $60.. I'm so mad and disappointed. I hope they get shut down soon.

    Never will I buy from them again and will let others know as well.

    Angry because I bought the USB charging, Anti-theft backpack almost a month ago and was planning to gift it to my boyfriend this week for his birthday.

    Well, his birthday passed and still no package. I wish I had looked up reviews on this scam company before I purchased anything, but I was so excited I decided to just trust them. I'm out $40 now probably permanently since they apparently don't even refund your money, even with a refund form within 14 days. Tried emailing maybe seven times, no response.

    I ordered hair color gel back on June 24. I contacted the company several times asking where my items were. They said they moved to a new facility and have been running behind.

    They said they’d give me 15 percent off my next order and would email to let me know when it shipped. As of August 6, I still hadn’t received an email so I emailed them asking for a refund.

    On August 7, I got an email that my item had shipped. I would NOT order from this company.

    Same story! I ordered an Anti-Theft backpack back in June. Never received it.

    Contacted Shopolis and was given the same bull story - The post office must have it. My post office couldn't even verify the tracking number.

    I called the phone number and got some dude answering the phone with a hello like it was his house!!

    He did have all my information - address, e-mail & phone number! Said he had to check with his "support staff". Never heard a damn thing back!

    Contacted American Express to refund my payment! Sure hope they close this site down! Too bad - it looked like a great backpack!

    I'm in the same boat as everyone else..IT'S A SCAM they never delivered my products then claim to check with the post office when we have an office at mt condo for deliveries! I kept getting these bizarre emails after my order saying my order needs a response. The USPS tracking number is fake too PLUS coincidentally.

    I immediately got a fraudulent charge from some website for "electronics" in CHINA which coincidentally is where the tracking information comes from!

    Shipping as of 07/07/18.

    Still no product received 07/25/18, checked tracking - USPS never received package.

    Sent email requesting info. Got automated reply stating support looking into it.

    Never got another response since then.

    I am wondering if this is a reputable company! I ordered some product (Mofajang Hair Wax) from them on May 28 and it still has not arrived June 22. I live in the US and here is the current scenario:

    Ordered on May 28 with an email from PayPal stating order was placed.

    Received first email from them June 12 stating "My product is on the way."

    Received another email from them June 18 that "My product is on the way to its destination." with a tracking number listing the courier as the US Postal Service. Four days later it states it is at the Seoul International PO in South Korea.

    I am grateful I used PayPal. BEWARE!

    Shopolis are thieves who stole my money and never delivered the hair wax I ordered.

    It’s been months since I ordered it, I’ve sent countless emails asking for my money back, they keep saying that they’re gonna refund me but I haven’t received anything yet and they don’t even respond to my emails following up.

    Save your money and brain cells and don’t buy anything from these thieves.

    This is a horrible company. They sent me a defective product and told me I had to pay to ship it back so I did. Now they will not return my emails and I have no way to contact anyone.

    So I'm out $27 with no product. They have the worst return policy the worst customer service and I will never buy anything from them again !!! I will give them the lowest rating also. They are crooks!

    I recieved a faulty item, to which they refused to refund and tried to give me 20% off my next purchase, which is never going to happen.

    Definitely a dodgy company, been scouring the internet to try and report this company to someone but can’t seem to find anything.

    I left a 1 star review on the item, which isn’t displayed. Seems the only reviews they display are 4/5 star reviews. Definitely an online pirate company.

    This site is a scam. I ordered two items off it. Never received them, the tracking number always said "label created, not in system" even a month later.

    To top it off, someone tried to use my debit card just a day after in another state. This is the only site I had used recently. Not only are they a scam in trying to charge you for fake items, they will steal your financial information and force you to cancel your card and go through a headache.
