"I recently purchased a pair of so-called "100% ORIGINAL TIMBERLAND" boots from www.tamar-nrm.org.au. When the boots arrived I quickly discovered they were NOT timberlands. They are even fake ones. They are yellow plastic boots and are not worth the money I paid! I went to look for a customer service contact; (which proved to be an extremely hard thing to find as the website refers to contacting them for refunds but does not offer a link).

I did end up contacting someone (using variations of the website name with common webpage service references taged at end (/XXXXXX). They first offered me a 30% refund and I could keep boots. When I declined they came back with 40% and then 50%.

I have declined this and advised them i want it ALL back as they were false in their advertisement and in their refund policy. I am yet to hear back from them but wanted to let others know about this website so they don't get ripped off like i have."
