I always try to find the same product on reputable sites like Amazon or eBay; these inflatables are anywhere from 700.00 to 2000.00 dollars that is how I knew it was a scam, then obviously look up the website they are under.

I just did and found this blog. I did not try to purchase one but it was very tempting for the price. I have been scammed in the past and this is why I wanted to post this do a little research first. Hopefully, these b*stards will be shut down!!

The charge will be higher because it's coming from a foreign company and is based on exchange rates wherever they're located.

A similar situation happened to me when I purchased a Fingerling set from a fraudulent site at Christmas time.

I did receive a shipment, but it was a knockoff and not at all what I ordered.

I took a print screen of the order page to show what it was supposed to look like and then what I actually received.

After sending a ton of documentation to the credit card company, I was finally able to get the charge dismissed on the grounds that the product was not as described and the company was not responding to my return/refund request. Good luck to you all!

I wish I would have read this before I made the purchase. I called the bank 20 minutes later after I realized there was no confirmation and no way to contact them. The bank said the charge came from China and it was $50 more than what they asked for but they could not stop the transaction. Uuuggg lesson learned

This just happened to me. My gut said too good to be true. Never ordered on a suspicious site before. And to top it, when first card came up that they didn't honor the bank I put in another that went through.

So I immediately called both cards and changed my accounts. And as others said, the charge went right through for a few dollars more than the order said it was.

I made the grave mistake of ordering from this site. www.livfx.com. They are definitely a scam!! I am so upset. I have contacted visa right away to dispute the charge because I have not received any tracking number or confirmation of my order.

I received 2 different emails... one was spam and one to my email .. but both are bogus. PLEASE do not order from this site for inflatable water slides. On my credit card, the charge is listed not only a different name ( twinkle online- described as a bookstore) but the amount is different.

I paid $246 and the charge on my card is $277! I want all these sleezy people and fake companies to be banned from advertising from Facebook and any other site on the internet!

I fell for this too this morning! Charge came through as Bowelec Tech for $119 and some change. There FAQ page is so messed up and how I figured out I had just been duped. I called my bank as soon as they opened to shut down my card.

I just attempted to purchase from this website a little while ago (before knowing, of course). Right after I hit "submit payment" a message popped up saying: Very Sorry. Your issuing bank or credit card company said 'Do not honor'.

Please try to contact with your issuing bank or use a different card and try again. Then it hit me and I immediately froze my card.

I then received a "fraud alert" text from my credit union. They had received a different company name and dollar amount request. It came across as BOWELEC TECH for $119.68. The amount that the "purchase" was for was $107. So yes, definitely stay away from livfx.com

I chatted with my bank. It comes through as a different amount as it is coming through China. Due to the international purchase, banks flag it as Fraud so people are aware! They did say they didn't see anything fishy with this website, but order did the same thing and told me my card was not honored as well and I won't be trying again. Hoping I will be safe! :-/
