FAKE!

I've waste by 45 AUD on a fake Chinese product, I don't even know if it works.
Took over a month just to dispatch with various reasons of delays.
No chance of getting a refund.

DO NOT BUY!

This shopping site is a lie, don't be fooled! He always has a lot of reasons to tell you that there is a problem with your order, then delays the time, and finally say that you have to refund your money, but in fact, you can't get the money back! It changed its name from zodeys to xodey and recently changed to qokoz! Please come and boycott it!

Xodey.com is in fact a scam website. They take your cash and forget to ship your purchase.
You don't recieve feedback regarding complaints, blah blah yada yada fishpaste.
Just use reputable websites.
I'm going to start spamming the xodey b**stards if my order isn't available for shipping by next week

until know I did not recieved my refund money.

Zodey's is a total scam...been months and still haven't received my camera backpack. Lots of emails back from them, lost my money on the credit card payment. Please do not buy from Zodeys!

I placed an order, which I never received until I contacted them. They sent me a Chinese knock off instead. When I complained, they told me to send them a photo of what I had received. I did, but they still have not resolved the issue months later.

I brought a item from zoey's . It was the wrong one. I returned it, and have not seen a refund. I consider this site a scam. I lost 25.. dollars. Lesson learned.

I have bought in march 31st and now in May the 5th after 34 day´s I have received a message, track your order , but when you try to track, thhe page is innexistant... Don´t buy, is a scam

I actually got my order very quickly, however bags were damaged and still waiting on refund. They are saying they have put refund into my account. Which is completely not true. Won't buy from them again. Lesson learnt.

I ordered a jacket from Zodeys back in January but they sent it to the completely wrong address on the other side of the country and in a state I don't even live in. When I contacted Zodeys intitially they said that the parcel was delivered to my address but I kept telling them that my order wasn't sent to the correct address. Zodeys then apologised and resent the order to my correct address without too much hassle. It was only after I placed my order did I read other reviews and I consider myself lucky that I received my order at all.

Would I order from them again? Probably not, but I'm happy that I finally got my purchase after a mix up.

How did you contact them? I’m trying to contact them but I can’t find any numbers that I can call or emails

I have ordered a watch in the end of January and until now (April) I have not received anything. I sent many messages to Zodeys but I have the same answer that the order has been delivered. The track number which, they sent me, the post office company's system does no recognized it.
I recommend you all DO NOT BY ANYTHING AT ZODEYS WEB SITE.

I to ordered sun glasses from this company. Can't believe it's all a BIG SCAM. I ordered in March never have received anything. Tracking keeps giving me the same info.

One set of glasses say it's in Wisconsin one is in Chicago. Don't know where the other one is. Says in transit. Good luck if you order from this company.

The shoes I bought were so cheap and reeked so bad I had to throw them away... tried to return and was provided an international return address that cost as much as the shoes. Never again.

I ordered shoes that said it would be 7 to 15 days for delivery... That was 21 days ago... Do yourself a favor and steer clear of these people... I could have stitched a pair by now... Ripoff.

Open a dispute with your bank to have your money refunded before it is too late.

I live in Oz and got a fake tracking link for the USA. Emailed them and they keep on making excuses. Asked to cancel the order... sure... never got the money back.

Buyer beware. This has not been a good experience. My daughter wanted a Lazy Oaf sweater that was out of stock. Found on ebay but saw that it came from China so I realized it was not authentic. Saw one on this website, described as the real thing.

Took a lot longer to receive it and when I finally got it, yes; it was a fake!!!
Emailed them, states free returns, however, the buyer needs to pay for shipping. The return is in Canada. I attempted to return it. When I told UPS the return address was a business, they stated it came up as residential (which bumped up the price of shipping.

I declined then to proceed as it was almost the cost of the sweater.
Please do not buy from them unless you want a FAKE from China. I really thought it was a legit website, but I was taken again.

Please save your money and do not do business with them.

Don't you dare spend ur money on this d**n fraud website. I just wanted a lil peep hoodie and these fools kept saying oh ur package got lost and they will personally fix this for you, did they ever? No. I asked if I could have a refund and they said just wait for the shipping to update; it's been 2 months. Full scam.

I ordered a pair of shoes from them. Paid the 46 dollars for ups and still can not get an answer. The number they told me to call belongs to some random guy who has no idea about this place. What a joke this is!

Happened to me as well. Very unhappy with my experience with Zodeys. Close to 3 months now and no product.

After waiting almost two months for a shipment. I received my package and it wasn’t what I ordered. I sent the pic they told me I got exactly what I ordered.

I ordered FiLA disruptors2 they sent me some weird knock off from china. Do not trust this website and tell everyone you know NOT to order from Zodeys !

You all realize they’re an Amazon mirror company. They sell for other sites. The bottom of their page asks if you have something to sell, you can sell through them.

I ordered and I’m waiting too for an order. I have ordered several things that came from Chinese sites. Some very disappointing and cheap. Others through WISH that were BETTER than expected. We shall see.

I am sooooo angry! I ordered from Zodeys in January! I can't even get an response, but they took my money out of my account!

Every time you call 855.861.8436 you get a recording that no one is available to take your call. I have left my name, email address & phone number to be contacted and still nothing!!

I'am also very upset with Zodey's. I purchased two mens bead bracelets on Jan 12th and have only received one. That one was too small.

I have been calling and emailing and to this day I have not received any reply.

I want my bracelet or a refund! Don't order from Zodey's.

Extremely poor customer service so, save yourself from unnecessary stress and getting ripped off.

I purchased 2 pair of leather pants in December 2018 and have yet to receive them. I contacted their support department by email and they responded with ‘we are sorry’ we will investigate.’

I tried calling but keep getting a recording advising that no agents are available.

I’ve asked for my money back, but no response. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY WITH THIS COMPANY!
