Hello, in September 2018, I placed an order, order number 3585897. This order is still shown as being at customs. I communicated several times with their customer service and those who were still asking me to wait. I also have a refund, but no answer. Can you help me. Thank you

We also fell in this blow, at the time I was consulting the site's idiosyncrasy and nothing appeared, soon after the purchase the site went into maintenance and never came back, unfortunately I lost the money.

I too fell for the Vova add on Facebook. Too good to be real. I ordered from Vova but received a confirmation from Kiteonlines.com whose site has been down since the day I ordered the appliance.

Same has happened to me, it did go as far as it being in custom tax declaration since November 2nd, but site is down and no answer to emails.

They aren't even being delivered. Been 4 months now. My bank and credit card are going to work getting my money back.

I too was taken in by Kiteonlines with my mixer. I have contacted my bank to begin an investigation. I ordered mine on September 4th, so it should be here

    • December 28, 2018 at 10:05 PM by an anonymous user from: Iola, Kansas, United States

I ordered mine Sept 4 and never received.

  • October 9, 2018 at 8:04 AM by an anonymous user from: Cincinnati, Ohio, United States

I made this mistake and now need advice on how to correct it. It is not listed as Kiteonline on my credit card. How would it be listed?

    • January 4, 2019 at 8:59 PM by an anonymous user from: Iola, Kansas, United States

Mine was something that started with a V can't remember exactly Vivo or something on that line. Only way I knew it was them because it was the only thing that amount and that day coming from China

  • October 2, 2018 at 12:03 PM by an anonymous user from: Sunnyvale, California, United States

I, too, fell for the scam. I have been looking at these lovely mixers for a long time waiting for them to go on sale, looking at used, etc.

I jumped at the offer when I saw it on facebook, thinking it was legit. Second mistake.

Just got off phone with my credit card company as a dispute has been filed and hopefully I have learned my lesson.

I think I'm going to go buy a big, bright, beautiful Kitchenaid mixer from Target and every single time I look at it, I will be reminded of my stupid mistake and what it almost cost me!

Oh my God! I have experienced everything previously noted here! The Website being down for maintenance, the "thank you for contacting us", My order has cleared customs, my order has been loaded in a container for shipping.

I could kick myself as I had started the order several times and said, this is not right. I, unfortunately ordered anyway.

I have contacted my bank to dispute the charge which went thru quite quickly. I received an email from these scammers stating that they could only process MasterCard orders, yet that was what I used!

Please cancel you cards and request a new one. I understand they use your info for other fraudulent charges. Does anyone know how we can have them investigated and shut down?

    • December 28, 2018 at 10:08 PM by an anonymous user from: Iola, Kansas, United States

Wow I'm going through same thing, and told same thing, now emails won't even deliver. Hopefully I can get my money back through credit card.

Was an ad on Facebook. Thought for sure that they would screen who advertises on their site. I know I've been duped and will talk to my bank tomorrow.

  • September 19, 2018 at 5:55 PM by an anonymous user from: Spencer, Wisconsin, United States

I'm an IT professional and was also duped by their professional looking ad and was sucked in by the low price in mid-August. What's the old saying "If it sounds too good to be true, it probably is."

I feel foolish too. I became concerned when I could not log back in to check the status and the name on the debit card draw was different. I've done what the other have by trying to email them and get the poorly written email reply. Going to the bank tomorrow to file my complaint.

  • September 17, 2018 at 10:13 PM by an anonymous user from: Morristown, Tennessee, United States

I was also foolish! Tried to contact Kiteonlines via website, but website has been down for several days for "maintenance"!Sent an email, but it was returned as "undeliverable".

Contacted the bank that I have the credit card through and the bank is going to investigate. Then,I received a "generic" type of email from Kiteonlines thanking me for my order followed by another email that said they were sorry but could only accept MasterCard.

  • September 17, 2018 at 10:55 AM by an anonymous user from: North Bay, Ontario, Canada

Well I am joining the club of the foolish people who should know better. Fortunately we bought a pay as you go card and the amount they could take was only the price asked for. So at least we did that right.

I feel very sorry for those out there who could not afford to buy this, but do you ever really know, maybe it was old stock they where trying to rid themselves of. I do hope that the people get caught and are punished to the fullest extent of the law.

People, regardless of their station in life, can not afford to loose any money.

Maybe the people operating this fraudulent company should try working a legitimate job instead of living off the money of others.

Where is their pride or self-respect, except in the sewer with all the other criminals out there.

I believe in Karma and will be happy when is comes around to them. Hateful creatures that they are.

  • September 12, 2018 at 6:24 PM by an anonymous user from: Shreveport, Louisiana, United States

I too was also foolish! I got the same auto-reply when I wrote to them Now see the site saying up for repairs.

They will not get back in touch with me. I feel like a big dummy. I did go have my cc closed and now waiting on my bank to investigate to get my money back. Beware this is a scam!

    • September 14, 2018 at 7:41 AM by an anonymous user from: Kissimmee, Florida, United States

I did it to. Dont feel bad... shows you are a trustworthy person like me; hoping there are people just like us out there!

  • September 12, 2018 at 5:04 PM by an anonymous user from: Toronto, Ontario, Canada

    UPDATE***

I just sent the company an email from my personal email instead of the website.

    I received an "auto-reply"

"Thank you for contacting us. It’s my pleasure to contact with you. May I know what’s reason that you want to did that for us? If you want to get your order details, please visit the page “my order’ to check the recently order status. Any other question please contact me. Have a nice day."

Funny how the "auto-reply" states "May I know what’s reason that you want to did that for us?" shows that many people are emailing them. I'm so upset with myself for falling for this!

    • January 4, 2019 at 9:07 PM by an anonymous user from: Iola, Kansas, United States

I did the same thing and got same message.

I have talked to my bank and it's iffy if I get my money back because it's been 4 months.

P*sses me off..guess hard lesson learned it could have been worse.

My sister ordered solor torches that we're supposed to be tall like yard ones ordered 4 payed over $100. And she did get her order but they sent her the little ones you can buy at Walmart for $1.00.

Told my husband if I do get anything it probably be a toy mixer.

  • September 12, 2018 at 4:41 PM by an anonymous user from: Toronto, Ontario, Canada

I too was foolish! Called the credit card company to file fraud they suggested I contact the company to cancel and refund me. When I said the company has no phone number just email they insisted I contact them first. I asked the bank to put a stop on the card for all future transaction.

Just emailed the company telling them to refund me because I know they are scammers and there is an investigation against them. We'll see what happens.

I did get an email with an order# & "tracking". When I looked up the tracking it says it's at customs

    • December 28, 2018 at 10:12 PM by an anonymous user from: Iola, Kansas, United States

Same here, but mines been at customs since November 2nd, coming up 4 months since I made the stupid order.

  • September 9, 2018 at 9:40 PM by an anonymous user from: Kennewick, Washington, United States

I just opened a dispute regarding this company. I felt something was not right when I did not receive an email confirmation. My bad if it seems to good to be true is usually is not.

    • January 4, 2019 at 9:09 PM by an anonymous user from: Iola, Kansas, United States

I did get an email from confirmation from them for order. I was checking on shipping status when I realized site was down and no answer to emails.

  • September 8, 2018 at 6:40 PM by an anonymous user from: Atlanta, Georgia, United States

I too was going to buy a KitchenAid mixer for $56! But at last moment I was puzzled about the price that was sooo low! I never clicked the submit button so I hope they do not have my Credit Card info. Now a day you have to be suspicious of everybody, so sad.

  • September 8, 2018 at 10:13 AM by an anonymous user from: Dearborn, Michigan, United States

They got me! I filed it with my bank and they are removing the charges and investigating it.

Had to cancel my card too. I should have known better. If it seems too good to be true, it probably is. Good words to live by! Do not buy from them!

  • September 7, 2018 at 12:14 PM by an anonymous user from: Calgary, Alberta, Canada

Thank goodness tried to purchase twice and errored both times, payment failed... but my cards are good... guess the banks hit wise?

  • September 7, 2018 at 5:31 AM by an anonymous user from: Brisbane, Queensland, Australia

  • September 6, 2018 at 6:23 PM by an anonymous user from: Terre Haute, Indiana, United States

  • September 6, 2018 at 3:37 PM by an anonymous user from: Iron Mountain, Michigan, United States

I was stupid, I'm old enough to know if it's to good to be true...walk away...I am notifying my bank.
