I ordered two picture necklaces and haven’t received anything yet!!!! Been d**n near a year!!

I ordered necklace in February and March try to contact them by email and it say be back shortly I need my money or my necklace I really mad because they both were birthday gifts

I ordered my necklace March 3. It is now August 3. They will not respond to my emails. Scam

Gemstone gods is one of the worst jewelry stores ever it’s been 12 weeks since I placed my order and when I reach out I get the same BS story that it is in the final stages of production I have been told this for the last month. I haven’t gotten any order updates because they have yet to finish my order or sent it out it’s absolutely ridiculous I will never order from them again. Very unprofessional and disappointing.

Placed an order back in January after 2 months started contacting them about my order they hit me with"waiting on materials" blah blah. I told them since it hasn't been produced I wanted a refund they said it needed to be approved 🙄. After 2 months of back and forth I became petty!!! Anyways keep getting at them and don't be nice with them either. I got my money refunded back earlier this month!!! I also put a claim in with PayPal and my credit card company. I don't play with my money...

Im currently going thru this now. Placed an order 1/17/23 sent emails inquiring about my order. They kept saying it take 5-8 weeks plus 6 days to ship. Well its now june and I should've had my merch mid march at the latest. Do you know their threatening to take me to court and tryna force my to call off the dispute with my bank?!! They send out a b.s. usps tracking number AND THERES NO TRACKING NUMBER FOR ME TO INQUIRE BOUT IT!

I BEG you NOT TO BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS PLACE. It is a scam and fraud I assure you!! I ordered an item on February 28th and still have yet to receive it. Two and a half months later I contact them and they tell me it was in the finishing stages. Then weeks later I contact them again and they tell me they don't have the material to make it so they offered me a female type item that would take another 5-8 weeks to make to buy themselves more time. I have 4 different emails of me asking for a refund and then they just stopped responding but continue to send me emails about "exclusive offers". AGAIN, DO NOT TRUST OR PURCHASE FROM THIS SO CALLED COMPANY!!

Keep emailing them. I got a refund from them took like 3 months but best believe I got my $$ back.

The SAME EXACT thing is happening to me right now!! I ordered April 25th, it is July 5th and I have not received a refund, they said that they may not even approve a refund, though it's not my fault. Please don't shop here, you will lose your money!

I should have read these reviews before placing an order with them. I too am going to through the hassle of trying to get a refund. It appears as though it is a 50/50 chance if you will actually receive anything. They emailed me saying they didn't have the gold I requested and if I could pick something else. I said no and requested a refund. They sent me a coupon and asked me to rethink picking something else. After me sending two more emails requesting refund, I received an email saying its been mailed. EXCEPT, USPS never received the package. So yes... a SCAM!

I have also ordered an item over 3 months ago and when I email them I get the exact same email response back everytime plus with a promo code for my next purchase. I am not that stupid to order anything from them again. They have nonphone number to even call them. Such a scam of a company complete joke.

Wow, I’m literally going thru the same thing. It wasn’t a custom chain. Aid it would be delivered in 12 to 15 business days. That was two months ago. Paid $250.

This is a scam and you will not receive any items from them. It’s been 3 months now and I still haven’t received anything and my bank also reimbursed my money. Sad!!!

I ordered 4 items from these people never got them. USPS kept saying they hadn’t delivered the items to them yet so there was wasn’t anything they could do to help. It’s been over 2 months with back and fourth none sense I contacted my bank, they are doing there investigation but refunded me my $ back for what I spent on these jokes. GemStoneGods has since canceled my order so my bank must of gotten them somehow. Please read the reviews on anyone before making online purchases. Like myself and a million others saying the same thing about GemStoneGods they’re fake, a fraud and will definitely take your money with out hesitation.

I order 2 name chains nov. 2021 & its now January 20th and I got nothing. I kept emailing them and they kept saying its in process that they are going to ship out hundreds of packages that week and that was 2 wks ago. I still aint get my orders. Im mad as h**l! I ordered 3 picture pendants and they sent those out within 3 to 4 weeks. But I also ordered a regular chain and never got that either. So im super p****d. I told them stop sending me promo codes and send me my d**n orders then they stopped emailing me back.

I am in the same situation. I ordered 11/21/21 q gift for my sisters 50th bday and still nothing. They keep emailing me the same bullcrap n have the nerve to offer me a promo code. Like I really would give them anymore of my money. I will never order from them again PERIOD !

I have experienced the same as others. Placed the order they got my money and have yet to receive any shipping information. This was not custom was only a panda pendant and chain. I am seriously about to call my bank and report them as fraudulent.. I have called them, no answer email and it basically tells you to stop emailing them however they have no problem sending unlimited text about a deal.. # Losing my Patience!!!

I didn't get to finish my last review because the site started acting up... But order at your own risk because ordering with this company is a draw of luck. Some orders they ship some they don't.

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY!!! They do not have a contact number or address and the email address listed .. they hardly ever respond. They refuse to give me a tracking number for my order. I can’t get any straight answers as to where my order it. Will never shop with them again… EVER!! I truly believe it’s a scam.

Made a a order August 12 here it is a week away from November. They keep giving me a run around saying my order is in final stages. They have been saying that for three weeks now. You ask to speak to someone hirer they act as if they are the managers. I still have no tracking number, my piece I ordered couldn’t have been more simple. At this point I’ll have to file a complaint with PayPal on them to get money back.

Made an order march 10th 2021 it's now may 19th 2021 nothing as of yet also had a order march 31st and as of today May 19th nothing as of yet if not here by the end of month guess I will be contacting the BBB as well as my lawyer cause this is ridiculous

I got the FBI on them and when I talked to an agent he said that they got plenty complaints on them and they I can file charges I want the owner to do time for playing with my money!!!
