Gemstone gods is one of the worst jewelry stores ever it’s been 12 weeks since I placed my order and when I reach out I get the same BS story that it is in the final stages of production I have been told this for the last month. I haven’t gotten any order updates because they have yet to finish my order or sent it out it’s absolutely ridiculous I will never order from them again. Very unprofessional and disappointing.

Placed an order back in January after 2 months started contacting them about my order they hit me with"waiting on materials" blah blah. I told them since it hasn't been produced I wanted a refund they said it needed to be approved 🙄. After 2 months of back and forth I became petty!!! Anyways keep getting at them and don't be nice with them either. I got my money refunded back earlier this month!!! I also put a claim in with PayPal and my credit card company. I don't play with my money...
