With your mailing and phone number, they will contact you and attempt to scam you, but just ignore them. For your credit card information, cancel your card and get a new one.

I purchased & paid for an American flying jacket on the 24 Nov 2018 from cosmic@shopmail.store using Mcsafepay in the US they gave me a ref number for the product, but after a couple of weeks with no notification or delivered goods, I contacted them, they told me the item was about to be despatched.

However no goods arrived! Contacted them again, got told to be patient it was about to be despatched, still no goods!

Yesterday, 13/01/2019, I had had enough of this, so have requested my money back, however I think this web site is fraudulent as I am not able to get any reply!

So now I am not sure what my next plan of action is? Mcsafepay USA I'm sure are a bona fide payment company. Do you think I should speak to my bank first to this regard?

    • February 11, 2019 at 12:33 PM by info

Yes, open a dispute with your bank to have your money refunded.

Yes, your bank should refund your money. Open a dispute with them.

Note: some banks give their customers up to 1 to 3 months to open a dispute. After that time, they will not be able to help you. Therefore, contact your bank immediately.
