Dixon Leather at dixon-leather.com is the epitome of bad business. I placed an order a month and a half ago and I got notification just today that it's just shipping today. In fact, it's coming from China, and now from the Nashville, TN, so now I can rest assured I'm getting some cheap quality goods jacked up in price by this sleazy company. I tried to contact Dixon Leather when the items I ordered should have been shipped, and also when I should have received them, and both times I was told the items were shipping very soon which they did not ship for another month.
I eventually decided to cancel my order but this company decided to deny my cancellation request, although they didn't ship for an entire month later. I had to open a dispute with my bank over the transaction and no doubt the items shipped a week later purely because of this.
I'm sure had I not started a claim with my bank, they would have outright stole my money. This is a Chinese based company that is not based in Tennessee like their website claims, and that will not meet any of their estimated shipping and handling times.
If you want to take a chance of losing your money by purchasing from a company that has been dishonest in every way conceivable, then, by all means, be my guest. They did not substantiate even one of their claims and I will be sure to avoid them like the plague. Hopefully, they get shut down for performing this type of business, providing purely false information and fake support, all at the customers' expense.

Do not order from this company! Total junk. The belt I ordered was advertised as 100% leather and what I got was two strips of plastic glued together and the buckle fell apart after two weeks. The company asked me to send photos and then agreed to send me a replacement, but it never came! Nothing but crickets when I try and contact them.
I definitely would not do any business with this company! They are very slow, hard to contact, you can't cancel your order and the shipments come from China. I am pondering the use of my State's Attorney General for help with my complaint.
Actually, these are nice jackets, Not sure if good leather but I love the 2 jackets I have. Really for the price you cant beat it. These jackets are not the thick style like the real biker jackets, but they are comfortable and have that broken in look..Takes forever to receive coming from china but worth the wait..
Fake leather and they are not closing. Before I found all the reviews, I ordered two jackets. Absolutely horrible quality and looks really bad in person, nothing like the pictures. For the closing portion, they have been saying closing for over a year now, so this is just a marketing gimmick.

I have emailed them 10 times about creating a return and they have not responded to a single email. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!
Do not purchase from that company, plastic instead of leather. Definitely a product from China. We all should enter complaints with the BBB.
What a complete SCAM and false advertising, DO NOT SHOP HERE! they state real leather jackets at a great price, but in reality they are 100%PU and comes with a nasty smell, when contacted they do not even apologise, they came back with the statement "hundreds of people enjoy our product"! they did refund me but did not cover the postage back to them, again they stated "we posted for free so no refund for you" pack of lying mongrels, do not know how they are allowed to trade under false pretences...
I had the same thing take place with my order. Not leather just c**p! took a month to get my order and arrived one piece at a time each piece worse than the one before it. Total scam.
Do not order from this company. It is a total rip off. I intend to report them to Facebook as such. This is where they do their advertising
