Antabuy at www.antabuy.com, is an untrustworthy online store. Online users are advised to stay away from the untrustworthy website because those who shop from it run the risk of receiving counterfeit goods or nothing at all. Unsatisfied online users who have shopped on the untrustworthy website are asked to contact their bank or financial institution to have their transactions canceled and money refunded.

November 18,2019 ordered a Hooverboard got a dollar store pair of sunglasses. Resent order on December 11,2019 tracked it until January 11,2020, then it was supposedly lost in the mail. I have repeatedly try to contact them without reply. Biggest ripoff around. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THEM!

Site is total scam ordered 12v motorcycle got a fake GuccI wallet .did respond to my complaint supposedly resent the motorcycle ,tracking is horrible says it took forever leave China and then got in my town a week ago still have not received ,no response to email asking for refund

I've been shopping for some electric bikes I came across Antabuy.com. Of course, the extremely low prices made me skeptical at first. I corresponded through email I asked some questions and received decent customer service in response. Once I had submitted the order I never heard back from them again. I've emailed several times asking for confirmation and tracking. And nothing, no response. They took my money for 2X bikes and I never heard from them again.

So I purchased a dirtbike off the site, naive I guess. Great price, the money was drawn from my account but I don't have the ability to call their number in Hong Kong. So I searched the number and low and behold, 6 other websites have the same contact number, what should I do?
