Surprisingly the product arrived but is faulty and can’t be used as intended on the advertisement.
They will not provide me with a full refund
I will never ever use this site ever again from Z Instagram or FB.
However be warned I think they just change their name and email address through the Chinese company 163. com and continue to operate fraudently

Deceptive advertizing, untrustworthy, glad it was only $20 and not more. SCAMS!!

This company is terrible!!! DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!! I knew something was up when every email said, in very poor English, “Do not contact PayPal as it will be detrimental to both of us.” 🤦🏻‍♀️ They advertised, & my Order Summery stated, a stained glass panel & I was sent a piece of plastic with a decal poorly stuck on it & 1/3 the size. I contacted them asking for a full refund & shipping label, knowing it would have to go to China. I stated in the first email that I didn’t want it because it looked like something from the Dollar Store. They offered 10%, 25% & 30% off, despite me telling them I wouldn’t keep it for free. I contacted PayPal after giving them 4 chances to make it right. PayPal gave me a full refund, immediately.

I had a very similar experience. I ordered a Spring birds variety stained glass window hanging. It arrived broken in 4 pieces and was completely unusable. It was not stained glass at all but a piece of plastic with a flimsy decal on the back. I had exactly the same response from them offering discounts and not to contact PayPal. I’ve told them I’m now going through PayPal.

Be aware. I just spent $50 on a cheap wooden star backdrop for a nativity set. The description was a metal star backdrop for willow tree nativity set. It was to arrive in a gift box with an authentic willow tree tag. What did I receive? A piece of wood that has cutouts of stars and I have to put together. They replied back it's a diy kit and a child could put it together so can be a gift. Totally feel cheated.

Contact PayPal. I got a full refund.

I finally got my super mystery box and Wow. $44 USD for a pair of rechargeable ear buds. If this is the super box I would hate to see what a lesser value box would be.

I finally got my order today from baduct.com. it was supposed to be willowtree figurines and a metal tree. The figurines looked like kid toys and about a quarter the size they were supposed to be and the tree was rubber like material. It took since December 2020 to get this crappy stuff. Don't order from this website. Wasted $95 plus.

I have been waiting for my nativity set fir 3 weeks. I am now researching on line and I find this site. I will be notifying my bank in the morning. I am so tired of scams!!

Do not order from these people and contact your credit card company to dispute the charge.

I ordered from Getcrafts on dec 20 th 2020 a nativity set. You said it was shipped on the 29th of Dec 2020. It's now Jan 12th 2021 and I have not received my order. If I don't receive my order by Jan 31st 2021I will have my credit card get my money back. Facebook needs to know that if by that date that you are scam company and they should remove any post connected with your company.

I ordered a nativity set on December 4th and have not received it. I received an email on December 18th that it had been shipped. I sent an email but they didn’t respond.

I put in an order for heated gloves for my husband, when I gave my credit card number they asked for PayPal, I didn't have an account so I tried to cancel everything and couldn't. I got an email from baduct about items left in the cart - I still can't cancel. What will happen?
