First of all, your site should be more direct in letting customers know where you outsource your products from and how long it will be before they should expect them. I ordered this package October 8th expecting a few weeks not a few months, this was supposed to be a birthday gift back in October! Anyhow I received my package last night (12/11), opened it up in excitement because this was supposed to be for my girlfriend and she really wanted a Jack Scentsy warmer only to be very disappointed.Before I even got the package open, it says "Night Light" so that is EXACTLY what it is. It is NOT a Jack Scentsy warmer at all, its made of plastic not ceramic, takes batteries instead of plugs in and was also broken when I received it! I watched 2 separate unboxing videos of real Jack Scentsy warmer being opened. Mine is even missing Zero on the back!!! I feel as if I have been mislead by your website, NOBODY would pay $41. 90 for a night light. I have a night light at home I pad $3 for that works just fine. Unfortunately, I overpaid for this one. I feel that this is bad business misleading customers. I will be waiting for a reply on what your company is willing to do to fix this problem.
