I order and article from them about 4 month and I haven't receive anything, they told me I was going to receive a email and it didn't happen. so I lost my money

I bought an item - this scollnextmake store and received a wrong item. They’ve assumed the mistake but wanted more money to send me the right one. I asked for a refund on my credit card. Don’t trust this company.
