Is Miracle228 an Untrustworthy Online Store?

My order took 3 mos to arrive. Quality not what appears online. They sent to wrong address and one pair was 3 sizes too small. There was no receipt or way to contact them.

I have been scammed by this company. It took over 2 months to get some of the items. The items received were of poor quality. Still waiting on them to refund my account for items not received. I will contact bank authorities. Do not buy from this company.

I ordered from this company on September 11, 2019.
They took my money immediately and sent me an email on September 18, 2019 stating that my order was ready to ship.
To this day October 24, 2019 I have not heard another word from them, nor received my order.
Facebook you need to remove these people from your pages advertising these boots because they are a fraudulent company.
I should have never trusted this coming on FB.

I ordered a pair of boots for a trip I was going on. I ordered the boots on (/19/19 with the understanding that a delivery in the United States would take 3-10 days. To this date I have not received the boots. I had no idea that the boots were coming from China in the first place.
Since my order of these boots in a day or two the price went down to 17.99 from $28.00 . I see other companies advertising the same boots or is it the same miracle228 under different names? I have not been able to get a phone number or address for this illusive company but I will CONTACT face book Instagram and tweeter about the deceptive practices. These boots were paid for in full but ups cannot locate them $30.78

I ordered 3 pairs of shoes on 09/15/19 from Miracle228. On 09/22/19 I emailed them advising that I had not received an email that my purchase had shipped. I did get a response back within 24 hrs giving me a tracking #. On 09/30/19 I sent another email letting them know that the tracking # was only telling me shipped on 09/16/19 from China YunExpress but no other information and asked when I should be receiving my order.
Again I received a response within 24 hrs stating that shipping could take up to 35 days. On 10/13/19 I again emailed letting them know that I still have not received. Unable to trace tracking # and that if I don't receive by 10/20/19 I will be contacting my financial company to dispute my purchase. They did respond to me within 24 hrs. This morning at 2:52 a.m I sent them an email letting them know that I would like a refund for order not received and I did get a response back from them at 9:42 a.m 10/22/19 stating: "Dear Customer, we will refund you in 2 working days. Please check your account. If still not received please contact us freely. Your understanding would be highly appreciated. Best Regards." Since ordering these shoes I have seen a lot of different advertisements from different names selling the same shoes. And many negative comments about not receiving and/or if they did receive pictures shared of the shoes and yes they are plastic and awful. I'm hoping that Miracle228 will be true to their word and refund me. This has been a learning experience.
Do NOT order from Ads on Facebook especially when you are drinking!
