Unsatisfied online users who have shopped on the untrustworthy website are asked to contact their bank or financial institution to have their transactions canceled and money refunded.

This is definitely a scam email ordering site. Tried many times to have the items I ordered to be delivered. From no response to telling me it was delivered. Told that tracking details would be given that never materialized. Looked like a US site however when paying China comes up. Why Facebook allows these sites is beyond me.

I have the same issue and I’m like you. I thought it was from a US site and after the transaction, its response was from China SMH and never did receive my merchandise and it’s been over a month now straight-up scam

1 323-391-6363 phone number is linked to many false stores running on Facebook. If you email or send a message you get no response. The phone number will never have anyone answer. I received my product but it was the wrong product and am unable to get it made right

I have been trying to return a piece of junk that I bought from this company/store through PayPal.The web address they give to request a refund is not a valid address.So I tried to go through PayPal to return this junk and PAYPAL denied my request! I thought that was the reason to use paypal so we don't get takin with these junk online stores but paypal sided with them so Im stuck with a piece of junk I want to return.Kevin Chrisman

As far I know Paypal, when I make a payment through Paypal, then the shop I notified that the payment is done correctly, so they can send the goods, but my card number and code resides at Paypal. This way all the Companys do not get my payment data.
But they dont help returning the 'junk'.
