The product is garbage and there is no way to send them back.
You will get continuous email responses from their customer service department, but they have no intention of refunding your money.
They'll offer you a $5 gift certificate.
I reported them to the FTC.

My worst online experience purchase. A tricky site, scam. Trough some pop-us they managed to add an item to my shopping cart, without the possibility to remove it. They call it "Quick purchase process", once you clicked, it will be added to the cart and you can't remove it.
I tried to cancel the unwanted item some minutes after the purchase without success. After some emails with evasive answers, I tried to cancel the whole order without favourable result. They have my money and nothing is delivered. Their replies are always out of context.
