Just had an experience with this My Perfect Saving , it said I had a package waiting for delivery and that there was a balance of 1.95 to be paid but when I went through the process it charged 9.95 and immediately after that went through a charge of 119.95 went through from Infinite Discount which I never authorized or even had any or gave any info to so make sure you check your bank .

OMG!! What a company. Total scam. I told them to credit me and cancel. A very hard to understand man came back and said he would give me 1/2 back and cancel my membership(that I didn't sign up for). I told him no way, I wanted a full refund and I was going to Wal-Mart credit dept and calling the police. He came back with a full refund in 15 days. I told him I would call the police if it was not on my acct. Immediately. Wow....confirmation email was sent right away. I am still calling Wal-Mart to make sure.

Open a dispute with your bank to have the money taken out refunded. Then, cancel the card they are taking the money from and get a new card with a new number.

"HI, I was looking at my bank account today and I had a charge from your company, two of them I have no idea who you are and I need to know what this is otherwise I’m going to send a fraud alert on my bank again because I keep getting these charges from you. I have no idea who you are. I never dealt with your prices are too high for me so you need to take care of this for important to Better Business Bureau, Lawyer and I’m going to put a fraud against you so you better get back to me at 630-715-**** because I ordered some along time ago back in March but it was only five something. I never got it and I don’t know where the company was from but I never received it but there’s a charge two of them"

This is what I tried emailing them but It wouldn’t let me email them. I tried calling him three times and it said they’re not open but they’re 24 hour service. I will call NBC news and report them or ABC News because I know them they are not getting away with this. This prayer thing has been coming up every month and every month I have to get a new debit card I can’t deal with this anymore. I don’t even know who they are. I never ordered from them so I do see things on Facebook that’s probably where it came from; it’s stupid and he fell for it while they can happen so we got to figure out how I get my money back or they’re going to be in major big trouble

They're running ads on Google offering limited quantity discounted items, that they drop-ship from Alibaba. They're making margin on the "discounted" price, and using it as a bait and switch to charge you for the "discount membership." I contacted them to cancel and receive a refund, and their canned response is below. Disgraceful.

I bought an item for $1.99. On the payment page that was the total. When I checked my card account US$58 had been added.
I immediately contacted my bank and cancelled the card. Bank refunded my total purchase in 10 days.

Received via email:
"Good day,

Have sent you the thread of my dealings with these people,

I purchased an item from them from an advert , stating that all I had to pay was $1.99 For transport, but they invoiced me an additional $58.00 , when I queried this, the toy said it was for Subscription, to enable me to get the free item.

No where had they indicated this, when approached they agreed to refund me, and they did do this on 17 August, but to my horror on 1 October, they once again debited my account

Subsequently they are ignoring me,"
