Rollychic Online Store - is it a Scam?

I ordered boots from them. I was charged the day of the order but did not receive them for 3 months. When I received the boots and they were nothing like advertised. They were cheap plastic and smelled like chemicals. I contacted them for a refund and they offered me a few dollars compared to what they charged. I did a dispute with my card and returned the boots to where they were mailed to me from and now they are saying they never received the return so they will not credit me back.
Stay away - what a SCAM.

I ordered and paid for a pair of boots in October 2019. I still haven't received them. I have requested a refund of my money.

I too was ripped off by Rollychic online store. I purchases a pair of boots that ended up being nothing like was advertised. They were plastic and had a very bad chemical smell. I used Paypal to purchase. I filed a complaint with paypal after Rollychic said the only way they would return my money is if I returned the boots. It would cost 4x what I even paid for the boots to return to China. I asked if they would send me a return label. They said no. Paypal reviewed everything and told me I could return the items and Rollychic will refund my money. I am not going to waste anymore time on this. I closed my complaint with Paypal with the reason that it would be to costly to return the item. This company is a scam. Do not order anything from them. Lesson learned....research these companies before ordering from them. I now know I was not the only one who got ripped off.

Like others on here, I wish I had read more reviews. I ordered in Oct 2019 and got them in Jan 2020.. what I got was a pair of boots that a $1.00 store wouldn’t sell... they are plastic and cheap..when I contacted them for a refund I get an email back saying to send pictures so I send them then they reply to send pictures it’s the same thing over and over... I’m so p*ssed

Boots arrived in bad shape, dented with torn lining. Impossible to get a return authorization. Emails come back in broken English. Quality of product is poor, very plastic looking. No refund, after seeing pictures they claim it is in good shape.

Boots are a total rip off. I could get better shoes at Walmart or the dollar store. They are pleather not leather, plastic rubber soles, not solid and not insulated like advertised. I hope I can get my money back.

I'm giving 1 star because that is the lowest I can give. If there were negative stars, I would give that. It took about 2 months for the boots to arrive. One part of my order did not come. The boots seem like they are made of plastic, lined with cardboard. They are CHEAP CHEAP CHEAP looking and flimsy. I'll be lucky if they last a month. Something worth $2-5, not the $37 I paid. So disappointed. Such a rip off.

SCAM SCAM! DO NOT BUY! I thought they were the cutest boots ever. Waited 2 months for them, only to receive a cheap plastic boot. Wrong color, not at all like picture, no detail, creased on the toes, absolutely NOTHING like what I thought I was ordering. I wrote 4 emails demanding a refund and they started by offering me $3 dollars back, then $5. What a ridiculous insult! They refused to make this right. Whatever you do, don't chance it. You'll be sorry and out $35!

I ordered two pairs of boots in October and they charged my card and I have received nothing but excuses when I send emails asking for my items. what a scam! Very disappointing, I wonder if I am going to be able to get my money back?

I just open a disputed with PayPal so let’s see if that works. I don’t use PayPal very often but now I’m glad I did.

Open a dispute with your bank to have your money refunded.

Total scam! After ordering from Rollychic, I read bad reviews about this site. I emailed them and they assured me that the poor reviews were from malicious competitors. 6 wks later I received my order. They are horrible! They're nothing like the picture or descriptions. They are cheap knock offs and I'm p****d. I paid Rollychic good money for boots too embarrassing to wear. At least the items on Wish are as cheap as the product. They also know it's too much trouble to send back, so they win! Way to go China!

I just joined the ranks of stupid consumers. Just received my cheap, crappy boots. Finally got here after being shipped via slow boat from china. Wished it would've just sunk. Too embarrassed to even give to goodwill. Save your money!

I ordered two pairs of boots from Rollychic on 10/20/19. After waiting, I sent them an inquiry requesting that my money be refunded on 11/28/19. That's when I was sent a tracking number saying the order was en route. On 12/10/19, after still NOT receiving the boots, once again I'm sending an email requesting a refund. DON'T order from this site. It is a scam. I feel that IF the merchandise does arrive, it will be inferior.

Total scam! We received 4 pair of garbage shoes, like what you would use for a costume, dime store, or put on a doll. How do these people sleep at night. Will be telling the world!

I also ordered in October, on the 16th and have not received anything. It finally said it's fulfilled which means orocessed, and I reached out to them and they said it's being shipped about 2 weeks ago, and still nothing!!!

Remove this site give Them back what they have give " Pain and Suffering...$$$ don't grow on trees

I order boots and leggings and have not received anything either and I keep getting them same responses by email. I continue to email them every other day just too let them know that I know that they have Scammed me. Be advise No Christmas for me...treated myself and Scammed myself

I ordered these boots in October still have not received anything, they keep telling me that they're shipped but the label the shipping label still says they're still in China. I will put this all over Facebook if I don't hear something soon. I think they're scammer too.

I ordered 2 pairs of the boot shoe from honestystar and heard nothing for about a month, they sent me a two pair of paper made shoes that looked like the shoes but had hard soles with paper made upper body, I am so disappointed.

Guess I'll call my bank, 6wks for me I knew they were supposedly coming from China, knew it'd take a while but when I get bogus emails with useless tracking# I'm pretty sure I've been had. And the phone# on my statement IS PayPal.

Rollychic is stealing from people. Ordered BOOTS WEEKS ago. Nothing. Got a "tracking number." Bogus. The U. S. should block any trade with them. Of course, when you order, it says nothing about China. What a crock.

I can't imagine what kinds of people advertise products with no intention of shipping them. It's theft. These people are stealing from people. Do they think they're going to get away with it? I ordered something from them over 2 months ago, and if they bother responding at all, they say that my order is being processed. Does it really take 2 1/2 months to process a pair of boots? I'm not letting this go.

Word of social media is pretty stong. I will slander this site till someone shuts them down

Ordered 2 pair of boots a month an half ago. Have not gotten boots yet or heard anything from them. Have written to them 3 times with no response. I had a feeling I probably was not going to get my boots,after reading the reviews I'm sure of it now. They should be shut down.

Do not order from rollychic. Wish I had read the reviews sooner. Fake reviews on their website. Took my money a month ago and still have not shipped. They say they are “restocking” and refuse to cancel the order and refund my money.

Whoever is replying to emails are on first grade level. My boots have not shipped and they won’t refund me. I have emailed them 6 times to cancel order! They write back so we can ship them to you really fast. That’s what we will do. After first email they said it would be after New Year. Three months after order and they have my money! Bad, bad, bad business!

Yep! A definite SCAM! Ordered 3 pair of boots over 8 weeks ago. PayPal is now working on getting me a refund. What a shame that this c**p continues to happen. Shut em down!!

I've ordered 1 pair a month ago still no boots I also email them no response this company is a scam

I ordered 2 pair of boots a week ago and have been checking to see if they are on there way, it won't even let me onsite to e-mail for questions to them. I used paypal thank god. I guess I'm gonna have to contact paypal and cancel this payment. I will never again order online for anything. I have never has issues before with ordering things, but I have learned my lesson now. NEVER ORDER FROM ROLLLYCHIC ANYBODY. BAD SITE. STAY SAFE PEOPLE

After 3 weeks of waiting for confirmation of shipment, I reached out via email. The response was polite, but utterly unhelpful. One week later I wrote again and received a similar polite and unhelpful response. No information was given regarding the shipping date. I wrote again the next day with the ultimatum that I wanted to see the boots shipped by the end of the week or I'd cancel my order and leave bad (but honest!) reviews everywhere. This got me on the "expedited" shipping list. One week later, I still have nothing to show for it. So I've cancelled my order and am strongly urging you to wait and find your cute boots elsewhere. This company is sketchy, at best. A scam, far more likely.

I've been trying to cancel my order for 2 weeks now but they just ignore me! I've been waiting a month for my order now they say it will arrive in 16-30 days. I contacted my credit card company and they are gonna reimburse me.

Ordered boots from folly chic and used PayPal... the money went to a totally different place and the have no record of my order. be aware of this site.

I have spent alot on 2 orders and have asked several times for my order or my money back. I've gotten neither,I cannot afford to just lose this money.

If you used PayPal, it shouldn't be an issue. ALWAYS use PayPal when online shopping. Even with vendors you know. Good luck to you.

I ordered a $50 pair of boots at the beginning of October. They happily charged my account, sent a confirmation number and nothing else. I've sent multiple emails (the only way to contact them) asking for my order. I've still heard nothing back!
