I was charged the day of the order but did not receive them for 3 months. When I received the boots and they were nothing like advertised. They were cheap plastic and smelled like chemicals. I contacted them for a refund and they offered me a few dollars compared to what they charged. I purchases a pair of boots that ended up being nothing like was advertised. They were plastic and had a very bad chemical smell. I used Paypal to purchase. I filed a complaint with paypal after Rollychic said the only way they would return my money is if I returned the boots. It would cost 4x what I even paid for the boots to return to China. I asked if they would send me a return label. They said no. Paypal reviewed everything and told me I could return the items and Rollychic will refund my money. I am not going to waste anymore time on this. I closed my complaint with Paypal with the reason that it would be to costly to return the item. This company is a scam. Do not order anything from them. Lesson learned....research these companies before ordering from them. Impossible to get a return authorization. Emails come back in broken English. Quality of product is poor, very plastic looking. I could get better shoes at Walmart or the dollar store. They are pleather not leather, plastic rubber soles, not solid and not insulated like advertised. I hope I can get my money back.
