What happened to my order!?
I also ordered a handpan and paid via PayPal.I wrote several emails, they told me to wait because there are so many orders for Christmas.After 2 months of waiting and several emails still written nothing, I lost hope.I will report the fact.From Switzerland
On which sales website did your purchase come from?
All,I filed a dispute with Paypal on this and they have reviewed it and reversed the charge on the handpan that I ordered off of an ad on Facebook from needpath.com. As a general warning to everyone. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING OFF OF FACEBOOK. Chances are its 99.9% BS. Always check for references and see if they have a direct website.*** A ***Sites used by this fraudulent company: outsub.com, shop.outsub.com, combatbuy.com, shop.combatbuy.com, needpath.com, eur.seekboy.com is the most recent iteration.All domains are registered through Name Silo LLC, and are 'privacy protected' through privacyguardian.org.good luck***Cheers
For information, did you recieve any information about a shipping object?How does OutSub respond to the Paypal dispute (did they even understand anything..?)

Shipment status : Shipped (new!)Tracking Number : LXxxxxxxNL (new!)but the tracking number is not avaible yet on 17TrackSo, I'm waiting ... well, everything is possible! WAIT WAIT WAIT! The end of the story : this is incredible!Yesterday I recieved it!The package was in very poor condition. But the hand pan was there. But :- Not the 8 1 blue that I had order, but a 5 1 yellow- Not shiny, but all covered with a sticky layer- Really NOT A MUSICAL INSTRUMENT, but a metallic object, sounds like a saucepan (a cooking saucepan!)- with 5 1 note, no chance of even learning to play, and the sound is awful- there is even a metal chip on the surface where the pressing has formed a circle- it is smaller than a musical handpan: 52cm diameter (but this was well written)-the only thing that can be used is the cover ... if you had a real hand pan of this size.- Even in the worst scenarios, I never imagined receiving such an object. it is not the model ordered, and there is absolutely nothing to do with it (apart from putting it in the window, after cleaning!)I will be happy to learn how this story ended for you ... I hope that nobody will have spent 200 euros for such a scam!JP
