I ordered HVAC filters that were half the price I normally pay. My credit card was charged but I never received the items. This company is a scam.
Buyers be aware. I ordered a lawn edge and never received it that has been since october 7, 2019 and not a le to reach anyone in customer service to this day.
Stay away from this website. Scam vendor!!
I ordered an item unfortunately without reading reviews first. Cancelled my card next day. Bank returning money. Beware scam! No customer service and no response from emails either. Someobe needs to stop this company now!
As others stated I should have read this site before ordering... file a dispute with your bank.
Letionel is a scam website.I ordered a Dwalt DCBL720P1 20V power blower.Never received it.Tried to contact them by phone.Phone goes straight to a message that says VM hasn't been set up.I then sent an email, it was returned undeliverable.I also replied to the email confirming my order and never received a reply.I filed a dispute with my CC and received an immediate permanent credit. Which makes me think they now know any charges coming through with that name is a scam and they don't have to do any research on it.People if you used a CC, file a dispute!
I was also recently scammed by this website. The payment was processed to an individual instead of the company, the email I sent to both their customer service and to the address listed on the email I received confirming my order.Do not trust this company, I should have known better because the price was so low. Buyer beware and do your research before you buy.
I also ordered from this website and no one will reply back. I just hope I can get my money back; will be contacting my bank in the morning. Should have used PayPal. But I don't remember them offering that as an option now I know why
Definitely a Scam, I ordered a product marked 15 dollars less than other stores. I got the email that my order has been placed. I did some research the site is fairly new. I got suspicious I emailed troungphongtran-gmail.com to cancel (that email I was provided with when I placed the order). I got no response, I called the phone number listed on the website it said voicemail box is full. The payment was processed by some Yvonne GI LLC. I called my bank and my bank refunded my money. If you look closely the site has a lot of typos as well. I would not trust the website at all.
I should have visited onlinethreatalerts before I ordered from Letionel. I only received a confirmation after placing the order and have not heard from them since. I too, called their hotline number, emailed them, to no avail. I contacted my CC company and initiated a dispute. BEWARE!
I believe this site to be bogus for the following reasons:Their prices ask half of everyone else’s and are too good to be true. No one answers their phone calls and a message box has not been set up. They advertise PayPay as a payment method but that option is not available at checkout. There’s no provision for entering buyer email address during checkout, so how would they be able to communicate with you?Bottom line is, I’d advise to stay away from this site.
