Qaterel at www.qaterel.com, is an untrustworthy online store. Online users are advised to stay away from the untrustworthy website because those who shop from it run the risk of receiving counterfeit goods or nothing at all. Unsatisfied online users who have shopped on the untrustworthy website and who are unable to get a refund, are asked to contact their bank or financial institution to have their transactions canceled and money refunded.

This company is completely fraudulent, so do not do business with them. They get paid immediately but you never receive your order. I called my bank to inform them, providing them with info to prove they're fraudulent (disconnected phone, etc.) after reading this article from you guys and people's comments and my bank refunded my money to my account. My bank also provided me with the actual name of the man who got the payment, which I greatly appreciated. AGAIN, DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS FAKE COMPANY! IT IS TOTALLY FRAUDULENT. I BANK WITH CHASE BANK AND BASED UPON A PAST EXPERIENCE, THEY WILL LIKELY PRESS CHARGES AGAINST THIS JOKER.

Placed order, got confirmation email, payment processed next day by Harry Finkle. A month later have heard nothing after 2 email to them. Their phone number is disconnected.
