The WORST online experience I've had. Cothing is cheap and mis marked. Items marked "Cotton" are not. Sizes are wrong. The site makes no reference to the fact that returns involve International Shpping and Custom Fees. This is, by far, the worst site I've ever done business with.

  • September 7, 2020 at 5:12 PM by an anonymous user from: Albuquerque, New Mexico, United States

Garments look good in photos but are very cheap and the fit is poor. Delivery takes forever. I ended up spending $60 for nothing because I had to return 3 items and pay for shipping both ways. Web site makes it look like a UK company. Items come from China. Do not waste your money!

  • September 3, 2020 at 9:14 PM by an anonymous user from: Everett, Washington, United States

BUYER BEWARE! We may be looking at a scam here based on “misses” size overstock in China. This seemed like a dream order, plus sizes and for relatively cheap! I ordered plus size, it said so on the order and plastic wrap, but the sizes on the “China made” shorts all said “misses” and it took many weeks just to get those!

  • August 26, 2020 at 1:01 PM by an anonymous user from: Ocean Springs, Mississippi, United States

Do not buy from this conpany. The clothes are small in size. they are not even close to correct size, You will not get your money back. If you want to return the purchase you have to send to China at your own expense. DO NOT BUY FROM ANNIE CLOTH or any other conpany they do business as.

  • August 26, 2020 at 9:37 AM by an anonymous user from: Spring Branch, Texas, United States

I would never order anything from this company again! It took 2 months to get a pair of what I saw on the website as green linen shorts in size large, but when they finally came months later, the shorts were teal and not a large! I contacted the company to return them and they said if I would keep them I would receive a 25% discount. I still haven’t received a discount 2 months later. They claimed they didn’t have my cc information, but they had the information to charge my account! I’m now calling my card company to report this scam/fraud of a company! I urge you not to buy from them!

Scammers, paid over $50 for three tops never arrived and they do not refund. Save your money.

  • August 23, 2020 at 1:54 PM by an anonymous user from: Cupertino, California, United States

Don’t buy from this clothing company.

Most of time, the merchandise received doesn’t match the photo on the cátelos.

They always label the fabric COTTON, most of the time, it is NOT:

The worst, is the return policy. You have to ship it to China to get the refund. Ridiculous!

  • August 20, 2020 at 6:11 AM by an anonymous user from: Garden Valley, Idaho, United States

Im usually pretty smart about buying online but boy did I get scammed. I thought I was buying from a company in the US not China. 30 days later my clothes arrived and the smell coming from the package was horrible, Now I am dealing with getting a refund for the items still being processed and what to do with the smelly, nasty clothing they sent. I am embarrased to even give them to my local donation facility.

There has to be some way too stop this company.

  • August 11, 2020 at 8:53 PM by an anonymous user from: Spanish Fort, Alabama, United States

my wife bought a dress base upon pictures supplied online. When the dresses arrived it was way too big and did not fit anywhere like the online picture. There return policy is impossible and could wind up costing more than the dress. We will never order anything again from Annie Cloth. The company offered a fifteen percent cash refund and we keep the dress. It would cost more than we paid for the dress plus the 15 refund to go to have it altered to fit. What a terrible clothing online store.

  • August 8, 2020 at 11:27 PM by an anonymous user from: La Mirada, California, United States

They taken money from my Bank and never shipped my items to me.

I have emailed them several times only for my account to say that there is a payment issue.

  • August 5, 2020 at 1:08 PM by an anonymous user from: Hyattsville, Maryland, United States

I agree! I have been trying to get return credit for item way too small? All I get is a notice that a rep will contact me within 48 hours. Of course this never happens. Made four attempts and the return policy says 15 days so there you have it! Lost twenty five dollars and learned a lesson!

  • August 4, 2020 at 11:55 PM by an anonymous user from: United States

Ditto what the previous customer just submitted. Annie Cloth is an absolute scam! The items are nothing like represented size-wise or style-wise, they are garbage. The package return address is San Francisco and I'm being told I'll have to ship to China for a refund OR they GENEROUSLY offer a 15% cash refund! Right, I spent $126, so they'll give me back $18.90. DO NOT buy from this SHAM of a company.

  • August 4, 2020 at 7:38 AM by an anonymous user from: Hillsborough, North Carolina, United States

This company is from China. They are deceiving, the website doesn't mention China anywhere and when you look them up as a company the location is South San Francisco, CA, so you are lead to believe it is a company out of San Francisco, CA. Yet it took over 2 months to get the clothes, and they were from China. Nothing fit and when I inquired on how to return they suggested a 15% cash refund to have the clothes altered. First, the order was over $100 and 15% is nothing and would cover the cost of altering 1 item. They said I would have to pay for all the custom fees, but yet the website doesn't talk about that except for normal shipping fees. BIG SCAM and I am fighting the credit company for a total refund. Even with their suggested "altering" the clothes still won't fit. I'm normally an XL, but none of these fit at all, some I couldn't even pull over my head and when you check the website and the description doesn't match the clothes you received. Bad Experience from Annie Cloth.

  • August 3, 2020 at 1:43 PM by an anonymous user from: Westminster, California, United States

I ordered 3 items the beginning of May over 3 Months and have never received items. They keep saying they will ship or they have shipped. They give me a fake shipping number

Beware, don't buy, scam co. Should be stopped

  • August 2, 2020 at 11:27 AM by an anonymous user from: Oxnard, California, United States

Do not buy from this company!

Clothes advertised are beautiful but the clothes you receive are nothing like the ones in the pictures. You will receive cheap shoddy clothes that you will never even consider wearing.

Do not buy from this company!

  • July 22, 2020 at 1:20 PM by an anonymous user from: Green Village, New Jersey, United States

The thing is, are the clothes displayed on Annie Cloth, Berrylook, etc. actually sold anywhere legitimately? Where do the models get the clothes they are wearing in all the photos? How come the clothes on these scam sites are so nice, and you can't find anything equally appealing anywhere else?

I have always been wondering about this.

    Thank you,

    Roberta

    • September 10, 2020 at 4:03 PM by an anonymous user from: Biloxi, Mississippi, United States

I would like to know where to find the clothes in the pictures too because I would buy them. Unfortunately, I ended up with c**p from this scam company.

    • August 28, 2020 at 12:18 PM by an anonymous user from: Bay City, Michigan, United States

They are using pictures from other catalogs and websites. For example, I've seen items from Robert Redford's relatively expensive Sundancecatalog.com on these scam sites, with prices that are below rockbottom & not believable. Big clue that those sights are scams.

  • July 20, 2020 at 3:51 PM by an anonymous user from: United States

I can't email them, is there a number to call

  • July 20, 2020 at 12:53 PM by an anonymous user from: Sherman Oaks, California, United States

I have made my mistake twice, I payed with PayPal thinking it was the best, but the problem was not that they did not send me merchandise the problem was they sent me trash...both orders were trash nothing not even close to what I order and in their on line catalog nothing is trash everything is beautiful that is the way they hook up clients...

There is another Annie cloth that is sold by Amazon, that confused me, but I know now they have the same name but are two different business.

  • July 17, 2020 at 11:25 AM by an anonymous user from: Cleves, Ohio, United States

I placed an order May 27, 2020 have not received anything from them and have sent them 5 emails all I received was a form letter. They are the worst. I will be much more careful ordering from other online sites, I have learned my lesson.

  • July 14, 2020 at 10:13 PM by an anonymous user from: Schaumburg, Illinois, United States

D**n! I placed an order two days ago. I then saw this website and read all the scam messages. I emailed the company to cancel the order and all I got was a computer message, "Thank you for your order, to cancel send a list of information on each item and why, where, when, who, what, etc... after canceling three days in a row, I finally got a email that said,"Your order cannot be canceled because it has already been shipped"! but the tracking number goes to a chinese website and there is no record of the package yet.

Scammed again...so sick of these companies getting away with this! Why with all these complaints, are they not being taken down? I just dont understand how you can outright rip people off! DONT ORDER FROM ANNIE CLOTH!

    • July 17, 2020 at 12:51 AM by an anonymous user from: Burbank, California, United States

I ordered from this site also, my order was eventually received about 2 1/2 months later! I emailed them several times about a refund prior to receiving but got the same response each time, Please allow 7-30 days! so just triple that and if you don't mind waiting...

  • July 14, 2020 at 5:16 PM by an anonymous user from: Albuquerque, New Mexico, United States

Ordered from this Company - Waited 45 Days for product and it was the wrong size and poor quality product - Emailed several times for return address - Called bank for Credit card they would handle them for me. This place is a scam and their 800 number is another company that is doing business and dealing with Anniecloths complaints. DON"T BUY FROM THEM

  • July 14, 2020 at 8:04 AM by an anonymous user from: Knoxville, Tennessee, United States

Yes, I was scammed as well. Last year I ordered something from them and what I received was only a partial order. I tried to return the item but was told that it would cost an enormous amount of money to return the item. It was not the size I ordered and I never received the rest of my order and never received my refund. I paid through PayPal and they tried to get me my refund but were not able to. And every time I tried to contact this company I kept getting the runaround. Lost my money and no product. Don’t buy from them.

  • July 13, 2020 at 11:17 AM by an anonymous user from: Raton, New Mexico, United States

Yep, I got scammed too. Everytime I try to contact them, I get an eamil about how I need to be patient because of covid.

Does anyone have an actual address I can drive up to for this person? I am so sick of getting ripped off. It says they are a us company.

  • July 10, 2020 at 3:12 PM by an anonymous user from: Colorado Springs, Colorado, United States

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH ANNIE CLOTH! EVER! I ordered shorts over 3 months ago and it appears nothing has even left Hong Kong. This company is a fraud and you will, most likely, never see your order. Ignore the ads and doctored pictures of nonexistent clothes. You will be burned. You can report them to P************r.com but nothing will be resolved as they are not a US company and they don't care. Keep your money!

    • July 11, 2020 at 8:01 AM by an anonymous user from: Snow Hill, North Carolina, United States

AGREE! Thru the BBB, I found their supposed address of 216 Harris Ct, San Francisco CA 94080. Then went to google maps and there appears to be a few businesses that share this small building at same address (what?!); but no Annie Cloth. It took less than 24 hrs for them to process my payment, then 3 more days to create the order, then 18 days to get the order from San Francisco CA to Greenwood IN. Looking at the map, it makes NO sense to ship from California to Georgia - via Indiana. Here's their official website (per their email to me): wms.xingyunyi.cn/ PS: CHINA!

  • July 8, 2020 at 1:35 PM by an anonymous user from: Snow Hill, North Carolina, United States

Update to earlier post: I contacted service@anniecloth.com and they promptly responded to my inquiry asking why it's taking so long.

Here is the website they referred sent me to tract my parcel:

"...on the official website wms.xingyunyi.cn/Tracking..." It is in CHINA.

I'm now thinking the orders are being shipped directly out of China, hence the foreign transaction fee and the length of time it takes customers to receive their orders.

  • July 8, 2020 at 1:13 PM by an anonymous user from: Snow Hill, North Carolina, United States

I placed an order with AnnieCloth (AC) after seeing a photo of pretty dress on Pinterest.

During checkout process I saw the order would be shipped out of San Francisco CA.

After 2 wks and no msg from AC, I checked my credit card activity and found they charged me within 48 hrs of the order; AND...I was charged for a "Foreign Transaction Fee" of $2.50. There was nothing in the checkout process that additional fees may apply.

After THREE weeks here's actual shipping status report: "2020-07-02 16:47:00 Arrived Shipping Partner Facility, USPS Awaiting Item, Your item arrived at a shipping partner facility at 4:47 pm on July 2, 2020 in SPARKS, NV 89441. This does not indicate receipt by the USPS or the actual mailing date." It took they 2 weeks to get the package 200 miles.

Since seeing this website, and doing more research, found AC is nothing more than a huge distribution center for thousands of items from many foreign countries.

HERE'S VERY IMPORTANT INFO: I thoroughly searched their website and got 0 results on COVID-19. Now, I'm finding out they're importing a lot of products from China. ☠

SHAME ON PINTEREST! Lesson learned - I will contact home-based small businesses and others before making any purchases.

After waiting 2 months for an order to be shipped I finally received it! The garment (dress) was sized at half the normal us sizes. I wrote for a refund and got the reply - so sorry you’re not satisfied, return it to China, pay shipping and custom fees or take a 15% refund! I imagine I’ll never see the refund check. Buyer Beware. I learned my lesson.

  • July 5, 2020 at 12:07 PM by an anonymous user from: East Hampton, New York, United States

This is a totally scam operator. I paid $52 for a worthless piece of junk. The return process involved returning the garment to Chenzou, China at the customers' expense, so they offer a 15% refund knowing the uncertain return would be prohibitive,

  • July 3, 2020 at 5:41 PM by an anonymous user from: Atlanta, Georgia, United States

Well, I saw a withdrawal from my account to anniecloth and through PayPal statement from Paypal showed no transaction. That was May 4th. I received no confirmation order. no email. no tracking number or invoice. Couple of days back I sent them a message telling them I wanted the money put back into my account. I thought it was a scam. I had placed an order with a company on May 11 and it was confirmed etc. Today July 3rd there was a package in my mailbox. It was from anniecloth 1 pair flimsy

bibs. The bill was $87 so must be more coming and guess I ordered them but didn’t think I had because received nothing to confirm I had. I will see if anything else shows up.

I placed order May 11th still hasn’t anything arrived from them either? I won’t be ordering from the UK

again. It just takes too long.

  • June 30, 2020 at 3:09 AM by an anonymous user from: Bristol, England, United Kingdom

Have repeatedly e mailed this company. In return I receive a standard letter asking for my order number and email address. Have now sent 8 e mails to them and have not received a proper reply . The standard letter asks for order number and email. I have sent this. What I asked for was a full refund or notice of when my order would be delivered. I have come to the conclusion the company is a complete scam and I am furious.

It is a shame as I really liked the look of what I ordered.

A complete scam. Order was over a month overdue, I wrote them and they said it had shipped. Checked tracking number for shipping and the shipping number supplied by them did not exist. Wrote to them and they said they never had any order from me. Found my statement with original order number and item into and they wrote back it was on the way. Today it's been over 2 months since order and 'shipping.' Wrote asked for full refund but they have not written back. They are from China. If I had known that I wouldn't have purchased from them. Total scam!

  • June 1, 2020 at 10:24 AM by an anonymous user from: Fort Myers, Florida, United States

I agree. I LOVED the clothes but decided to try a "test" order to see how sizes run. Boy, was I "taken." It's been a month and there is no sign of my clothes and IF you go onto the complaints websites, it's the same all over. Do NOT order anything from Nora Cora, Annies Cloth or anything that looks too good to be true. It isn't! The site looks so legitimate and I got a response from "Customer Service" that looked real but it's all a scam.

  • May 29, 2020 at 7:35 PM by an anonymous user from: Hercules, California, United States

seems like NoraCora, New Chic, and Anne Cloth are all the same Company. They all seem to have almost the same website. Inventory is a lot of the same items. curious?

I hope to still be a NoraCora customer. I like the look of clothes online. It's been over a month and I have not received my order. I spent a little over 100.00 I'm unable to track order, I'm told it's lost. But I still might receive it.

Annie Cloth is one of the hundreds of fake Chinese owned sites - if the heads are cut off and the prices too low, you know they are scams. Almost every one of these scam sites is owned by one of the richest corporations in China - and Facebook and Google know they are fake but make millions from their ads. They use phony addresses in the US but don't ever buy anything online from China or ever again anyway.

  • March 22, 2020 at 2:52 PM by an anonymous user from: Pleasant Hill, California, United States

I ordered an item from Annie Cloth the items didn't arrive. After four weeks. I e-mailed and told them I was contacting PayPal to file a complaint and ask PayPal to refund my purchase amount. They responded the next day with tracking information, IN CHINESE. Three weeks later the packages arrived. With the Corona Virus situation, I tossed them onto my back deck, never opened the sealed plastic. Last week I received the shoes, tossed them on the deck as well. PayPal has been helpful but I received the product. Not what I ordered. I hope this message helps other prospective customers from purchasing anything from this bogus company.

  • February 25, 2020 at 11:32 AM by an anonymous user from: Boston, Massachusetts, United States

This scammer goes by so many other names. All the photos of the clothing leave off the model's faces. That's because the photos are stolen from real sites. The products ( if they send any at all ) are cheaply made from slinky material printed on one side. No linings, no sweaters. Just garbage. If you see ads for clothes and the models' faces are missing, do not order from them. Annie Cloth is just one of the many names they advertise under. I had help from Paypal getting a refund but it wasn't easy. Good luck!

  • January 31, 2020 at 4:22 AM by an anonymous user from: Coos Bay, Oregon, United States

I ordered 4 items, on one order and ONLY 1 item was exactly as shown in the Ad and that was a pair of boots that would be hard to find, a cheap Knock Off to send me like all the others. Three (3) Items were NOT as seen in the ad but what I received was a Cheap Knock Off Item that looked similar to the Ad but was made of real cheap material as described below:

I ordered a Full length long sleeve Tribal KNITTED Sweater, but what I received was a Robe-like cloth with PRINTED stripes on one side and the inside was solid white and it definitely was NOT even close to a KNITTED material.

So when I contacted them several times asking for an RMA# ad Address to return the piece of C**p Knock Off Item they sent to me EVERY time I was offered a 10%, 15% and finally s 35% cash Refund if I would keep the Item and NOT return it.

Can you believe that...I paid full price for an Item that I thought would look just like the Ad NOT for a cheap substitute and have the nerve to offer me back 10-35% of my money back if I kept the c**p they sent me and I NEVER get the Item I ordered that was in the AD, which is WHY I ordered the Item in the first place because I like what I saw in the Ad. That is total "False Advertising".

The Second Item I received was supposed to be purple faux fur Jacket and they sent a

RED faux Fur Jacket NOT PURPLE as I ordered and when I wanted to return it for an Exchange for the correct PURPLE Item I ordered was given the same Cash Refund option if I kept the wrong Item they sent me and I NEVER get WHAT I ordered in the Ad and they keep my Money and offer me back a small percentage of my money back.

And the last Item I ordered was a PURPLE Faux Suede Fringe Jacket, but what I received was a MAROON Cotton/Polyester Blend Stretchy zip up Jacket with cheaply cut Fringe that did NOT even resemble Suede, but now I know better to NOT 3ven ask for a return because I already know I will be offered a low % of my money back to keep the item.

WHY is this company allowed to stay online selling Items of Cheap Knock Offs that look NOTHING like the Ad? I know I CANNOT be the first and ONLY customer this has happened to. I am going to do my best to Report this "False Advertising" company and see to it that they are blocked or Stopped from selling Cheap Items online any more!VERY DISAPPOINTED AND P*SSED OFF CUSTOMER!

I purchased a couple of less expensive items from Annie Cloth in early Dec. Still have not received items. Latest email from them after requesting cancellation and refund I was told If I refuse package it will be thrown away and they do not do refunds! I have saved all the emails from them! First it was busy Christmas orders, next it was constant notice item has shipped but when I tracked it had not left warehouse! Last communication was the "Chinese Spring Celebration was causing delays...bottom line I only lost $27 And have learned a lesson do not purchase from Annie Cloth!

Annie Cloth is a scam... Typical!

Definitely scam! They are posting pictures of desirable clothes then some wanna be seamstress is making the clothes that looks nothing like what they are advertising. Don't be fooled by the lovely pictures, it's not what you will receive!

ANNIE CLOTH has very lovely merchandise display with cheap prices, BUT they do not tell you that they come from China and take beyond 21 days to deliver from China. I am still waiting for my purhase after 3 weeks. THere are few ways of recourse since they have no address or phone number on site. STAY AWAY. I am going to call the Dept of Consumer Protection to alert them.

Do not do business with this online store. I have been attempting to receive a refund of $20.84 since October 2019 and I just get a runaround. The items I did receive took a very long time to arrive and are very poor quality.

I placed an order with this company on the first of Aug 2019, needed it for Sept 2019, have not received my order. I wrote several emails, they answered. They said something about out of stock. I ask for a refund in oct2019, said I would get a refund in two weeks, have received nothing. They were answering my emails, have not heard anything in the last two months.

Do not make purchases online. This is a fraud. I was deceived and now I am trying to get my money back which it is almost a $100.00. I am not sure if this will happen. After placing the order, I didn't get any information about when it was going to be delivered or an order # to track my order. They charged my credit card, and now they are saying through the e-mail address provided online, that they cannot find my order. This is a fraud and I wish I could take this complaint to a higher level that would stop these thieves.

I ordered 2 items from the Internet where Annie Cloth was advertising their products, and listed Pay Pal as a way to pay. I FIND IT HAD TO BELIEVE THAT PAY PAL WOULD BE FOR THIS COMPANY!

IT HAS BEEN WEEKS SINCE I PLACED MY ORDER AND WHEN ASKED ABOUT SHIPPING, ALL OF THE INFORMAITON WAS SENT TO ME IN CHINESE.

I SENT THEM A NOTE STATING I DID NOT SPEAK CHINESE, AND THEN THEY STATED "YOUR ORDER WILL BE SHIPPED WITHIN 20 DAYS!

THIS COMPANY SEEMS TO BE A FRAUD, AND I AM CONTACTING MY CREDIT CARD USED TO ORDER THE 2 ITMES IMMEDIATELY! HOWEVER, IT HAS BEEN LONG ENOUGH NOW FOR THEM TO HAVE GOTTEN MONEY THRU MY BANK'S CREDIT CARD.

    BE AWARE OF THIS COMPANY.

I loved their website and wish there was a place that really sold these clothes. The garments from Annies Cloths are awful! Nothing like pictured. Rip off. Cost more to send the clothes back than it's worth. DON'T BUY THERE!. I wish there was a real store that sold those items in their catalog!

Based on these comments I regret placing an order two weeks ago. Now I'm really concerned and regretting it. I have sent them email/messages to cancel my order. They have already charged my VISA card so I will contact VISA to see if I have any recourse in stopping this. I expect either no shipment or LOUSY clothing if I cannot stop the order.

But...buyer beware. I just found this in Annie Cloth's Terms of Service:

This is definitely a fraudulent company. I ordered a "coat" from them that LOOKED like it could be worn in cold weather since the model had boots and mittens on and there were snowy mountains in the background. The picture also made it look like it was an embroidered wool-like material. What I got after a month of waiting was a cheap facsimile of the garment pictured that would barely keep you warm on a cool spring day and had the quality of a badly made halloween costume. There is NO WAY that the picture shown is of the actual "coat" that was sent. Don't waste your money and patience on these totally misrepresented items because you will be flushing it down the toilet!

I too am waiting for the balance of my order. made several attempts to contact, no customer service and no local means of contacting to make inquiries or complaints. after accepting my payment for 4 items, I have only received 1. checking with the USPS was informed that the shipment was sitting in "customs" in California. advised by USPS employee that I should be receiving my shipment in a few days! will anxiously await, but this is an extremely poor way of conducting business it is rumored to be a company in CHINA is this due to the embargo? the public is being held

captive for political policies. we are being duped and mislead.

I wish I had researched this company!

I have had to had numerous conversations with PAYPAL about this. This is the following letter I am SENDING AGAIN to Paypal.

I had submitted a claim against a company called Annie Cloth - for a coat -

    https://anniecloth.com/products/casual-long-sleeve-plus-size-coats-17

What I received was a long 'coat' that was made of Sheeting material not a SWEATER as presented in the link I posted.

I have photos, to show - but there is no way to send the actual article to Paypal - but I have PHOTOS to Show.

I believe this company is FALSELY advertising their clothing, and when I alerted Paypal of this - they told me they side with the Company.

IF I can not get this resolved, I will take legal Action . I have PHOTOS of the article SENT! IT IS NOT WHAT WAS Showing or PROVIDED on their WEBSITE! A SWEATER!

I have All the FACTS - and you side with the company who is stealing money from customers by falsely advertising FAKE clothing?

BEWARE! I have been waiting a month for an order I still have not received.

After I emailed them they replied giving me excuses about delivery being delayed for another 10/20 days. I am sooo sorry I ordered from this company

They are not honest and certainly not reliable. I going to see if it’s possible to get my money back, but not hopeful.

  • November 8, 2019 at 12:37 AM by an anonymous user from: Mesa, Arizona, United States

I ordered 3 items from Annie Cloth on the 3rd of October. I received 1 article and the size was wrong and so was the color. I contacted the company and after 3 emails they finally responded and offered me 15% of what I spent to not return the item. They also told me I have 7 days to respond or they will close the inquiry. The item was described as leather and it was NOT leather. The color was listed as grey but the picture of the item was blue. The actual item was neither blue or grey. They told me that to return the item would take forever and could cost me more money in custom charges than the item is worth. I still have not received the other 2 items but they are listed as sent but the tracking numbers they gave me are not trackable. I wont do business with these people again and I suggest you don't either.

I bought a colorful jacket from Annie cloth. I paid with my card. I was told that I would get a message in my mail to verify. I never got the message. My box is always in use.I thought I had made a mistake and re-bought the item and at the same time,I bought a inexpensive robe. No message but did receive the robe did. Whoopee

I like her merchandise but she needs to make some changes.

The amount of money I lost makes me sick. I doubt I will ever see the money again.

By-the-way, my card, 3 times, was immediately (or how it felt) picked up. One out of 3.

I ordered a beautiful sweater first October, was told order would be leaving warehouse in 5-8 days. I figured time less weekends, it is now Nov, no order. Company says a couple days. Doing the research now I should have done then I find out product is coming from China, I would Never have ordered.

I ordered a pair of these shoes and they are to large even though they claim that it is an easy exchange that is so untrue.

First I contact them and it takes a few days for them to get back to me as they need more information so i give them the 5 things they ask for and they email me back what i previously sent to them so I email them back to get an email showing their return policy which is totally different then the one on the page of the product to be told that basically can not return the item as they come from China and that there really isn't an exchange policy and if I would take a 15% discount for shoes that are to large for me. Think before you place an order it's sad as the shoes are cute.

Thank GOD I used PayPal when ordering from this rip off "company"! So much for trusting a site that advertised on my local TV news station website. I ordered weeeeeks ago, thinking it was from a UK company, only to realize the products are supposedly coming from CHINA! Ever since, the shipment tracking (or maybe that's fake, too) only shows it floating around from pillar to post to one customs desk to another, etc., Etc., ETC! All fake!

AWFUL merchandise. Do Not order from this rtailer!

  • October 26, 2019 at 3:58 PM by an anonymous user from: Lexington, Kentucky, United States

I have never heard of Annie Cloth so I am seeking information about it.

Their merchandise online looks pretty nice, but I find it odd that they are so hard to contact.

No location is given or phone number, online chat, nothing!

They do list an email address, to which I submitted a question, but did not receive a satisfactory answer to my question.

I was just getting ready to submit a substantial sized order, but now I'm rather unsure if it is a wise thing to do.

    Anyone have any input?

    Thanks,

    Cathi
