    I loved their website and wish there was a place that really sold these clothes. The garments from Annies Cloths are awful! Nothing like pictured. Rip off. Cost more to send the clothes back than it's worth. DON'T BUY THERE!. I wish there was a real store that sold those items in their catalog!

    Based on these comments I regret placing an order two weeks ago. Now I'm really concerned and regretting it. I have sent them email/messages to cancel my order. They have already charged my VISA card so I will contact VISA to see if I have any recourse in stopping this. I expect either no shipment or LOUSY clothing if I cannot stop the order.

    But...buyer beware. I just found this in Annie Cloth's Terms of Service:

    This is definitely a fraudulent company. I ordered a "coat" from them that LOOKED like it could be worn in cold weather since the model had boots and mittens on and there were snowy mountains in the background. The picture also made it look like it was an embroidered wool-like material. What I got after a month of waiting was a cheap facsimile of the garment pictured that would barely keep you warm on a cool spring day and had the quality of a badly made halloween costume. There is NO WAY that the picture shown is of the actual "coat" that was sent. Don't waste your money and patience on these totally misrepresented items because you will be flushing it down the toilet!

    It took weeks to receive my order. I ordered a pair of boots that after trying on do not fit. I have made three attempts to follow the rules for a return via the prescribed email but keep getting a message that I need to provide additional information. I have provided all of the information that is stated in the email they sent me. Not sure what to do now.

    I too am waiting for the balance of my order. made several attempts to contact, no customer service and no local means of contacting to make inquiries or complaints. after accepting my payment for 4 items, I have only received 1. checking with the USPS was informed that the shipment was sitting in "customs" in California. advised by USPS employee that I should be receiving my shipment in a few days! will anxiously await, but this is an extremely poor way of conducting business it is rumored to be a company in CHINA is this due to the embargo? the public is being held

    captive for political policies. we are being duped and mislead.

    Placed an order for 4 sweaters and a shawl. Got emails saying they would be shipped within 10 days. that was 3 weeks ago. Looked at tracking and they haven't moved out of China. I contacted my bank and I cant get a resolution. Wish I had done some research first.

    I wish I had researched this company!

    I have had to had numerous conversations with PAYPAL about this. This is the following letter I am SENDING AGAIN to Paypal.

    I had submitted a claim against a company called Annie Cloth - for a coat -


    What I received was a long 'coat' that was made of Sheeting material not a SWEATER as presented in the link I posted.

    I have photos, to show - but there is no way to send the actual article to Paypal - but I have PHOTOS to Show.

    I believe this company is FALSELY advertising their clothing, and when I alerted Paypal of this - they told me they side with the Company.

    IF I can not get this resolved, I will take legal Action . I have PHOTOS of the article SENT!!! IT IS NOT WHAT WAS Showing or PROVIDED on their WEBSITE!! A SWEATER!

    I have All the FACTS - and you side with the company who is stealing money from customers by falsely advertising FAKE clothing????

    BEWARE! I have been waiting a month for an order I still have not received.

    After I emailed them they replied giving me excuses about delivery being delayed for another 10/20 days. I am sooo sorry I ordered from this company

    They are not honest and certainly not reliable. I going to see if it’s possible to get my money back, but not hopeful.

    I ordered 3 items from Annie Cloth on the 3rd of October. I received 1 article and the size was wrong and so was the color. I contacted the company and after 3 emails they finally responded and offered me 15% of what I spent to not return the item. They also told me I have 7 days to respond or they will close the inquiry. The item was described as leather and it was NOT leather. The color was listed as grey but the picture of the item was blue. The actual item was neither blue or grey. They told me that to return the item would take forever and could cost me more money in custom charges than the item is worth. I still have not received the other 2 items but they are listed as sent but the tracking numbers they gave me are not trackable. I wont do business with these people again and I suggest you don't either.

    I bought a colorful jacket from Annie cloth. I paid with my card. I was told that I would get a message in my mail to verify. I never got the message. My box is always in use.I thought I had made a mistake and re-bought the item and at the same time,I bought a inexpensive robe. No message but did receive the robe did. Whoopee

    I like her merchandise but she needs to make some changes.

    The amount of money I lost makes me sick. I doubt I will ever see the money again.

    By-the-way, my card, 3 times, was immediately (or how it felt) picked up. One out of 3.

    I ordered a beautiful sweater first October, was told order would be leaving warehouse in 5-8 days. I figured time less weekends, it is now Nov, no order. Company says a couple days. Doing the research now I should have done then I find out product is coming from China, I would Never have ordered.

    I ordered a pair of these shoes and they are to large even though they claim that it is an easy exchange that is so untrue.

    First I contact them and it takes a few days for them to get back to me as they need more information so i give them the 5 things they ask for and they email me back what i previously sent to them so I email them back to get an email showing their return policy which is totally different then the one on the page of the product to be told that basically can not return the item as they come from China and that there really isn't an exchange policy and if I would take a 15% discount for shoes that are to large for me. Think before you place an order it's sad as the shoes are cute.

    Thank GOD I used PayPal when ordering from this rip off "company"! So much for trusting a site that advertised on my local TV news station website. I ordered weeeeeks ago, thinking it was from a UK company, only to realize the products are supposedly coming from CHINA! Ever since, the shipment tracking (or maybe that's fake, too) only shows it floating around from pillar to post to one customs desk to another, etc., Etc., ETC! All fake!

    I have never heard of Annie Cloth so I am seeking information about it.

    Their merchandise online looks pretty nice, but I find it odd that they are so hard to contact.

    No location is given or phone number, online chat, nothing!

    They do list an email address, to which I submitted a question, but did not receive a satisfactory answer to my question.

    I was just getting ready to submit a substantial sized order, but now I'm rather unsure if it is a wise thing to do.

    Anyone have any input?
