Scam scam scam! I ordered 4 pairs of boots in October 2019 and my story is the same as what I’m reading from other consumers. I received some cheap sunglasses... this is just ridiculous.

"Hello, I’ve been scammed by ariatonlineshop.com. They sent a cheap scarf from Burberry with a tracking number that was supposed to be my 4 pairs of shoes. I contacted them and told them I wanted my shoes. They told me they didn’t have any more shoes and I could keep the scarf and they would refund 35% of my money. I refused and said I wanted a full refund. I think they blocked my email because it won’t send it now. I did contact my bank and told them what happened. They are filing the fraud and hopefully be able to retrieve the money."

    Received via email.

my advice is DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM ariatonline … I ordered 7 pairs of cowgirl boots from them on nov. 3rd, 2019, $129.00 U.S. was taken out of my VISA account .. and I NEVER RECEIVED THE BOOTS .. I've been emailing them since around nov. 10th .. and have not got a satisfactory response .. they said the boots were delivered to a wrong address .. and they wouldn't give me the address they were delivered too. I said I wanted a refund .. they said they'd only be able to give me a refund of 58% .. I said NO< i'll take this to higher authorities .. then they said they'd give me a 68% refund .. just not fair !! someone got the boots, free, but I paid for them .. it's a scam .. !! anything that sounds too good to be true, usually is … I learned a lesson the hard way .. I still have not received any refund … gggggrrrrrrrr

    DO NOT SHOP HERE

Actually I don't think you were ever going to get your boots you paid for.

I did the same thing for some ariat shoes.

They sent me a cheap scarf with the tracking number they gave me .

I called them on it and they offered 35% of my money back.

I told them I want a full refund.

Happened to me today. The amount I was trying to purchase was not what went thru my bank and the bank called me about 20 minutes after I made the "purchase" that was declined. Before the bank called I emailed "ariat" to let them know that I had accidentally clicked submit 3 times to complete my order. Because it kept showing denied. Now that account that I opened thru "ariat" is now not found. I am sick to my stomach. I am usually more careful than this!! My bank suspended my account and we will be filing it as fraudulent charges if the transaction completes. Currently one was denied and another is pending as an authorization.

I was buying my son a pair of boots and as soon as I hit complete, my card was charged $41.65 and it showed up on my app as centerboard yacht Club. The boot price was $38.00. This needs to stop.

I had the same experience as the previous posters. Lesson and Moral of this story is, if it sounds too good to be true, it definitely probably is!! They definitely did a great job on their website.

This site is a wonderful copycat of the actual Ariat website. Smh. My boyfriend was using my debit card to buy boots for our family and right as he hit “continue” after typing my card info, I immediately got an email from my bank alerting me that about 8 transactions were immediately declined because they were fraudulent, all from different websites. Thankfully nothing actually touched my money, and my bank turned off my card and are sending me a new one. Please be aware of malicious websites like this one because things could’ve ended up way worse if I didn’t have fraud alerts enabled on my account.

I sure wished I would have checked into this BEFORE I pushed, "Complete Purchase". I immediately canceled the payment but unfortunately not fast enough. Now I will have to cancel my credit card and wait for a period of time to be refunded. Don't Fall For This one.

I was one of the unlucky ones who was able to place an order. Then received an email that my order was confirmed. Long story short, I received a knock off GuccI scarf. I have been emailing with this company and was finally told that what I ordered was not in stock. Would I be interested in some of their other products. I emailed back and told them thank you but no thank you, I would prefer a refund. Again, I received another email asking would I be interested in other products and again I said thank you but no thank you, I want a refund. I’m waiting to see if I receive an email tomorrow. Not that I expect one nor do I expect a refund. Oh, and by the way, the shoes I ordered are on Facebook Marketplace, again, being advertised for sale by the same company! Way to go Facebook!

I ordered a pair of boots from this website a couple of weeks ago. The package just came the other day, except it wasn't boots. It was a pair of Tom Ford sunglasses. They were hideous. I'm going to my bank and requesting a refund.

Ariatonlineshop.com believe it's a scam. After entering shipping & credit card info the site informed me that transaction was denied because the address for credit card did not match the address on file with credit card company.

I'll probably waste this day trying to straighten this out.

This site was in facebook. They're so quick to spank everyone for their comments & improper postings, why didn't facebook catch this scam & shut it down? Thanks for nothing facebook! Have to stay away from FB till they learn how to protect their patrons.

Upon reviewing return policy there is a note saying... "Notes: rare possibility: if parcel lost in transit, the half of the order amount will be issued.".

I provided the exact text that is shown on the website. This could be how they make some of the money on this scam.
