I ordered a pair of ankle boots for family pictures from Ericdress at www.ericdress.com. It took nearly a month for them to arrive. Once I finally got them, I opened them to try them on and the decorative bow on the back literally fell off in my hands just by picking it up out of the box.
I contacted ERICDRESS through email and received no response so then I tried the message box through the app and Facebook messenger as well. I sent them the order details as well as pictures of the poorly constructed boots, and I asked how to begin the return process for a full refund. They replied with “so sorry to hear that, how about we refund 12$ . Are you kidding me? These boots cost me $35 + $11 for shipping, and they should not be falling apart right out of the box.
I have asked multiple times for their return address and they will not supply to me. And, their phone number is not a US number. Instead they offered me a $15 refund for me to keep the dress.
I asked again for the address to return them because their offer is completely unacceptable to me. They stopped responding. I have filed a dispute through PayPal so I can hopefully be reimbursed that way.
