Ordered a no installation 5 tier metal shelf on wheels back in December. They sent me a 3 tier plastic shelf. Not what I had ordered. I asked them for a refund but never received one. Total scam artists.

I ordered the shelving unit in January and received nothing. Despite several requests for a replacement or refund still no satisfaction. They insist it was delivered and expect me to deal with Royal Mail which I did but of course they shuffled me back to this fraudulent business. Why are they still in business 😩😞🤔

Ordered the same shelving rack back in december 2019, was sent a 3 tier plastic shlf rack, not what I had ordered. Been back and forth with these people ever since then to no avail. Contacted them again today, let's see what happens.

  • February 4, 2020 at 5:51 AM by an anonymous user from: Villiligili, Kaafu Atoll, Maldives

This is one of the worst online seller, cheated me very badly. don't try to buy anything from this seller

  • January 22, 2020 at 2:13 PM by an anonymous user from: Berlin, Germany

Fraud, they never send what you paid dearly for. But just some cheapest plastic shelves that cost a few cents. I can only warn everyone to buy something in the shop. They want a 40% refund of $ 42, what they have sent costs a maximum of a few cents. Hands off!

  • January 21, 2020 at 9:54 AM by an anonymous user from: Lyndhurst, New Jersey, United States

this company is a total scam. they advertise one thing and then send you garbage. I ordered 2 metal folding racks on wheels and received 2 blue plastic 3-corner shelves that I wouldn't even have bought at the dollar store. when I contacted them to complain about the wrong merchandise they offered a partial refund. when I questioned them on why they just didn't send the items I ordered they just ignored my request and offered a partial refund again. obviously they never had the items advertised that I ordered. am now in dispute with credit card company to get my money back. this company is a rip off

    • January 27, 2020 at 6:29 AM by an anonymous user from: Sydney, New South Wales, Australia

      Hi

I ordered the same item as you, received useless corners shelf as well. To get full refund, cost me 20 to send a $5 rubbish back. No way! They even mentioned to provide my personal account instead of refund to PayPal.

This is my first time shop through Facebook advertising, and so unpleasant experience! Reported to PayPal & Facebook. Wonder if they can do anything.

    • January 23, 2020 at 4:34 PM by an anonymous user from: Lehighton, Pennsylvania, United States

      Ditto. Contacting PayPal.

I ordered 2 dachramps and 6 weeks later received 2 round plastic 7 inch flat discs, maybe frisbees, and 2 Christmas bows about 3 inches.

    • January 27, 2020 at 11:36 AM by an anonymous user from: New York, United States

The exact same thing happened to me, all they we say is return it at your cost and they will refund. @ dog ramp and received 2 orange rubber dics and 2 bows.

  • January 17, 2020 at 9:53 AM by an anonymous user from: Perry Hall, Maryland, United States

I ordered a dachramp and 2 months later received and silk cat collar and rubber frisbee!

  • January 16, 2020 at 9:14 AM by an anonymous user from: Atlanta, Georgia, United States

  • January 14, 2020 at 5:45 PM by an anonymous user from: High Point, North Carolina, United States

I ordered a dog ramp in early December from Ezlifee. Today January 14 I received a letter-sized package in my mailbox and I immediately knew something was wrong. Instead of the dog ramp, I, like many others received some type of rubber toss ring and a cat collar. When I tried to access the Ezlifee web site I was re-routed to Breezeo.store. Looking at the Breezeo.store site the layout/graphics look identical to EZlifee. It would appear that EZlifee is now operating as Breezeo. When I tried to sign in to Breezeo of course it has no account for me. After reading other posts about this company/companies I have no doubt that this is a scam. Buyer beware of EZlifee and Breezeo.store!

    • January 15, 2020 at 2:59 PM by an anonymous user from: Winston-Salem, North Carolina, United States

EXACT same thing here. Ordered the dog ramp, got the rubber thing and cheap collar instead. Email address in the confirmation email is a fake address so there's no way to contact anyone. I'm so mad!

    • January 15, 2020 at 2:21 PM by an anonymous user from: Bonnyville No 87, Alberta, Canada

I also ordered The DashRamp (2 of them) and got the same sh**t you got. What did you do to resolve this? I called my credit card company and they said I have to return this in order for them to dispute the charges.

  • January 14, 2020 at 4:35 PM by an anonymous user from: Burlington, Ontario, Canada

Ordered a dog ramp and received a plastic rubber ring for a dog and a collar for a small animal..

With so many complaints why is this not shut down for good.

Guess I'll contact my bank now ..

  • January 14, 2020 at 2:37 PM by an anonymous user from: Washington, District of Columbia, United States

I just received a package from them. I ordered 2 dog ramps, what I got was 2 dog bows and rubber frisbees instead. Total scam, total c**p.

    I want my order!

  • January 13, 2020 at 1:42 AM by an anonymous user from: London, England, United Kingdom

I’m another of their victims. Ordered what looked like the perfect storage system only to be sent some cheap plastic tat that is no use to anything other than the rubbish bin! I’m currently contesting payment through PayPal and I hope to get a full refund although we’re currently only up to a 55% refund offer. I’ve told them that’s an insult. If Paypal give me no joy I’ll escalate to my credit card company to see if they can help

    • February 6, 2020 at 5:46 PM by an anonymous user from: Atlanta, Georgia, United States

I went up to my credit card company they are not doing anything because company finally said they would refund my money after I paid for the return postage on what they did send... it costs almost as much to send back the cheap c**p they sent as what I originally ordered...👿

    • January 13, 2020 at 10:45 AM by an anonymous user from: Melbourne, Victoria, Australia

I am having the same issue but was told to return the cheap c**p they sent me back to them. It cost half of what I first ordered. I also activated the return postage thing on PayPal so you can apply for the return postage back from PayPal. They have 5 days to reply, so I’ll see if it actually happens

  • January 10, 2020 at 7:33 AM by an anonymous user from: Grand Island, New York, United States

This is what they do. They offer something that looks like a great deal then after a couple of weeks you receive some junk that not worth $.10; they send you something so that they have a tracking number. They try to force you to send it back to China to get your refund, and give them the return tracking number, and then they offer you 40% refund on the item only. They know most people will just give up. This is a scam. I don't know why Paypal doesn't look into these people.

  • January 10, 2020 at 1:40 AM by an anonymous user from: Yuba City, California, United States

I also ordered the stainless steel dish rack. I ordered it on 12/4, and I received a shipping confirmation on 12/10. I still have not received the item. I emailed them today at expose561898@gmail.com today, the email address listed on the emails I received, today.

  • January 8, 2020 at 1:17 PM by an anonymous user from: Hereford, England, United Kingdom

This is exactly what I have been sent for the same order. I don't even know what the tacky little plastic things are. This is definitely a con. I am disputing through Paypal and collecting as much evidence as I can. Not impressed. This company needs to be avoided.

  • January 7, 2020 at 7:39 PM by an anonymous user from: Melbourne, Victoria, Australia

I ordered the Dashramp but instead received a cheap cat collar and miniature rubber frisbee. They offered 40% back, then 50%. Told me if I wanted a full refund to send the wrong items back at my own cost. I paid with PayPal and they said the same thing. PayPal obviously doesn’t care that their customers are getting ripped off.

    • January 13, 2020 at 10:49 AM by an anonymous user from: Melbourne, Victoria, Australia

Exactly what I ordered, and I received the same as you. I have paid AUS $22 to send it back. And have also applied to PayPal for the price of the return shipping. Let’s see if that actually happens

    • January 11, 2020 at 11:55 AM by an anonymous user from: Baltimore, Maryland, United States

the exact same thing happened to me

  • January 7, 2020 at 5:29 AM by an anonymous user from: Melbourne, Victoria, Australia

I ordered a dish rack but received a small soap dish, complete rip-off. Emailed the seller but no response... stay away

  • January 6, 2020 at 7:31 PM by an anonymous user from: Mudgee, New South Wales, Australia

I ordered a white 5 tier installation folding storage rack on wheels, which is the height of my fridge. I received a small PINK plastic 3 tier stackable shelf that doesn’t even fit toilet paper rolls between the layers. Hit up PayPal for a refund included all the emails and pics of hat I ordered and what I received.

    • January 17, 2020 at 6:05 PM by an anonymous user from: Brownsville, Tennessee, United States

Me too, just received the bullcrap plastic shelves today...awaiting their customer service reply but will file with my card company if they don't refund me.

    • January 7, 2020 at 11:39 AM by an anonymous user from: London, England, United Kingdom

Yep that's what I ordered and received 2 green farty things. PayPal don't seem to be backing people up on this.

      • January 8, 2020 at 8:28 PM by an anonymous user from: Melbourne, Victoria, Australia

Yep I received the same c**p as well

  • January 4, 2020 at 3:14 PM by an anonymous user from: Melbourne, Victoria, Australia

  • January 3, 2020 at 5:04 PM by an anonymous user from: Bloomington, Indiana, United States

Been a month no sign of order and no response to email! Let Christmas shopping distract me!

  • January 1, 2020 at 9:42 PM by an anonymous user from: Melbourne, Victoria, Australia

I ordered two dog ramps and received dog toys instead. I’ve sent emails with no response

    • January 15, 2020 at 2:26 PM by an anonymous user from: Bonnyville No 87, Alberta, Canada

This happened to me too. Emailed them back a few times, first, it is I have to return it, to friggin China, you kidding me. Then they will give me 40% back once they receive. Scam. The credit card company won't do anything until it is sent back. PayPal, how does one talk or deal with them.

    • January 6, 2020 at 8:52 PM by an anonymous user from: Auckland, New Zealand

I got the same thing. Dog toys. Thanks to your comments I finally worked out what had happened to my order.

  • December 31, 2019 at 2:55 AM by an anonymous user from: Florissant, Missouri, United States
