Hi my name is Nector in December 23. I order heat jacket and battery for the jacket. I receive the tracking number but never received merchandise.

Ordered their Christmas special in November for a vest, gloves, and jacket. Tried canceling ordered after a month of no products, gave me a Fed Ex tracking number. Received the goods at the end of January. I tried PayPal to get my money back, but since goods were delivered 1.5 months later, I could not get a refund. Emailed company and they said to send a picture of the products, I did. Never got a return address. I plan on continuing to email them daily. I suggest we all do the same. Do not order from the company, products are cheap and they do not follow their promise of 100% guarantee.

I tried cancelling the same day. They responded 3 days later for a reason. I didn't see it. I ordered November 23, cancelled November 23,they shipped in January. I tried to get cancel it. They never replied to my emails and told Citibank that I didn't return it. I can't get it off my credit card. I think I need to call the Attorney Generals number at this point.

I ordered a vest and pair of gloves the first of November for a Christmas gift. After NUMEROUS emails, I finally was sent a tracking number; however, when I tracked it, everything was written in Chinese. After several more emails, and several more weeks, I finally received my order last week (mid-Jan). The gloves are great but the vest is WAY too small. I ordered a 2X, not knowing it was not US sizes, and this vest is about a small-medium in US sizes. Very disappointed! I won't try to send it back, but will find someone to give it to. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS STORE!

I ordered 2 vests on Dec 16 2019 I ordered 2 vests as Xmas presents. I emailed the company and I received another email saying that it’s on it’s way. Well, here it is, Jan 22, and no vests

I ordered 2 vests, paid through PayPal on Dec. 16, 2019. I filed a "did not receive item" through PayPal on Jan 6,2020. Finally got refunded on Jan 17. I have researched many companies, many sites and it seems 99% of them come from China, via the UK, via India. I ordered through Videals but discovered the company has many different names and no way to contact any of them. The legit ones sold are going to cost anywhere from $160 to $350. So that old saying if it sounds too good to be true it probably is. I should have heeded that. But PayPal refunded within 32 days so don't wait to file a claim.

Ordered one of their vests have not received the order two to three months; why does FB let them advertise with them, sounds like their on it?

Have run in to the same problem. Ordered a heated vest on 11-24-19. Videal/Pat Pal charged my debit card $44.00 for the item. Never received it. Videals says it's 0n the way. Videals gives me no response when you email their Customer Help Email Address.

I got the vests but it took 5 weeks. Emailed their customer service and got a response after a week saying they had do many responses that they would get back to me in 5 to 7 days. Then they needed all my info again. Do not use them! Came from China, service non-existent, not sure how secure they are.

I finally received 2 vests after about 3 weeks. Several emails with auto-responses. Still on its way. Well, some kind of cheap plastic looking vest came. But it is not what they advertised. No battery, instructions, just thin little cheap vests. I don’t know what to do contact pay pal to get reimbursed? Be more than happy to send these So call vest back.

If you paid through PayPal they will refund your money.

Might take awhile but it's something.

I too ordered through them and are corresponding (bugging Videals) daily through PayPal messages.

    Videals email is xing1938@163.com.

They sent me a tracking number and according to the tracking data base my vests are being mailed from India.

And comes up as having no record of that number.

Bug them every day if you can.

If I'd know when I ordered, yes off FB, that the order would go to the UK, to Singapore, and shipped from India? There's a mouse in the rathole there somewhere.

I ordered a heated vest from Videals Store. FB ad is a scam. No response; sent 2 emails to support@helpneedcustomer.com.

    • December 22, 2019 at 5:58 PM by an anonymous user from: Providence, Rhode Island, United States

Same here. I ordered Dec 3 and 3 emails, no vest, no reply. I'm contacting my bank tomorrow.

Also believe a scam; ordered four vests and paid a rush fee for delivery. No phone number and customer service provides no contact support. Disappointing. Why FB allows them to solicit I don't know - but I also learned a lesson. Never shop on FB.

  • December 13, 2019 at 9:40 AM by an anonymous user from: Medina, New York, United States

I order with Videals on November 16 and today is december 13 and I do not have my order. I have sent emails to customer service and have received mail failure demon notices.

My order number changed twice and the customer service email changed 4 times.

obviously unhappy as this was Christmas gift for relative.
