I ordered $250 worth of clothes from Nora Cora after the pandemic, it took almost 3 months for them to arrive, they ended up being cheap silk knock offs of what the pics looked like, which I have seen the same pics on several other sites! They scrambled my phone do I couldn’t send them anymore emails and never gave me a return address to get a refund! I turned them into everyone I could BBB, FTC, etc., never re’cd a dime or contacted back from any of these agencies! TOTAL SCAM!

Takes forever, 3 months, to arrive. It was purchased for 4th of July and arrived long after the holiday. Best they would do was refund 50%.

Not a scam at all. Don't know what is happening here with so many negative comments but my 3 garments arrived in good time and I am very happy with them. Product is as advertised, good quality and good prices. Happy to buy more clothes from them.

  • January 7, 2021 at 12:39 PM by an anonymous user from: Factoria, Bellevue, Washington, United States

Do not purchase from this company. I question their ethics. I was going to order something too. Their products do look great. there is another company that I ordered from all the time from China and they are wonderful. I thought I would give this noracora a chance. Trust me it's a scam. Had trouble ordering. Wouldn't give me my 15% when ordering for first time users so I'm done with them again don't buy.

  • January 4, 2021 at 5:57 PM by an anonymous user from: Burlington, Mt Laurel, New Jersey, United States

  • January 2, 2021 at 9:16 PM by an anonymous user from: Orange, Chester, New York, United States

So glad I had trouble ordering. I googled the company and it said legit. I spent about two hours deciding what to order because everything looked awesome. Then I had trouble ordering. So happy now that I couldn’t order. I hope everyone sees all these reviews. Amazon doesn’t give a c**p about anyone. My friend ordered some stuff. She thought it was legit. It came late, was nothing like advertised and when she called Amazon because it was from China and poor quality they couldn’t care less.

    • January 7, 2021 at 12:29 PM by an anonymous user from: Factoria, Bellevue, Washington, United States

I had the same problem trouble ordering. I decided not to order after all and remove them from my online ordering but not before posting this I don't trust them. Do not order. They promised 15% for new customers and I tried to order but I didn't see the 15% and that's what I went to these reviews hello goodbye

  • September 9, 2020 at 2:25 PM by an anonymous user from: Corpus Christi, Texas, United States

This company is located in China, therefore the cost to return your items is astronomical! NORACORA does not offer free return shipping.

Also the sizing on ALL items are cut incorrectly. They do not represent the sizing patterns or guidelines published by the company.

It took over 6weeks to receive our products and none of the products were close to published sizing. The clothing looks good on website at an attractive price but it is only a mirage. Please do not deal with them. Customer Service is almost none existent.

    • November 18, 2020 at 12:51 PM by an anonymous user from: Forsyth, Winston-Salem, North Carolina, United States

Yes I brought 2 items didn't receive them yet. Then turn around and I bought something else from them in the Hope's everything would come together. Thinking about the covid was tying things up

      Then I got curious.

      • January 2, 2021 at 9:05 PM by an anonymous user from: Orange, Chester, New York, United States

Was going to order and saw some reviews. I see both good and bad but if it comes from China I don’t want them.! got took last year. Garbage craftsmanship and nothing like advertisements. Threw in garbage.

    • October 28, 2020 at 11:54 AM by an anonymous user from: Belchertown, Massachusetts, United States

    • October 13, 2020 at 10:36 PM by an anonymous user from: Duluth, Georgia, United States

So very wished I would have stopped the charges when I got am automated notification from my credit union questioning the charge! EVERYTHING sent from Noracora was a so cheaply made and the material was thin and synthetic but marked as cotton or a cotton blend. All items felt like cheap Halloween costume material. I can't say enough how disappointed I am. Hopefully someone will see this and avoid them like the plague.

      • October 28, 2020 at 11:55 AM by an anonymous user from: Belchertown, Massachusetts, United States

        Thanks. Not going to order

    • September 24, 2020 at 5:41 PM by an anonymous user from: Everett, Washington, United States

I have got ripped off more than once from this company somehow I have been sent two of the same identical cheap $7.99 dresses and a pair of shoes that are sized 41 UK they don't have a 41 UK except maybe in men's and I have two dresses a size small and a size extra large the shoes are absolutely hideous they must have been made in sweatshops this is a big scam everything that I purchased from them has not been correct I don't know how to get my money back they somehow got on PayPal which I never signed up for . Now PayPal is jammed up and will not answer anyone absolutely ridiculous I'm ashamed both Walmart and Amazon offer this horrible company it's a third-party vendor Amazon and Walmart should refund the money and take back all the c**p! A very dissatisfied customer

  • September 8, 2020 at 12:28 PM by an anonymous user from: Castro Valley, California, United States

This company is a fraud! DO NOT ORDER from them. The clothes are so stylish online, but the dress I received looked nothing like the representation online. It was VERY flimsy, ugly, and cheaply made. I thought of keeping it for a Halloween costume. When I tried to return it, the website for returns was nonexistent. They don't answer the customer service number. No response and no way to get my money back.

  • September 4, 2020 at 8:14 PM by an anonymous user from: Westchester, Illinois, United States

Horrible, horrible, horrible. I ordered two pairs of ladies' shorts on April 25, 2020. It took four months for delivery! The Customer Service is non-existent. I kept sending e-mails, getting the same response: We will get back to you within 48 hours. Nothing. My supposed "order number" never came up. I tried multiple times to enter it but to no avail. The "logistics tracking" they offered also did not take my order number and showed no information. When the shorts arrived at the end of August, they were nothing like pictured on the website. They were not made on linen, which they advertised, and were so poorly made, they were like rags. I threw them away the day I got them. Naturally my credit card went through. When the shorts arrived, there was no packing slip or any other information on how to return them. There also was no return address. Fortunately, they were not that expensive. Never, never again.

    • September 8, 2020 at 12:30 PM by an anonymous user from: Castro Valley, California, United States

I had the same experience. They are a fraud!

    • September 5, 2020 at 10:04 PM by an anonymous user from: South Jordan, Utah, United States

I have ordered from them twice (stupid me!). Nothing is what it’s suppose to be, and the customer service is non existing. They sent me a 5X jumpsuit when I am a medium. Then they to,d me it would cost me more to send it back, so they would refund me 15% of the cost so I could get it altered! Don’t ever order from this Company or Joyluck. They are both the same.

  • September 4, 2020 at 12:53 PM by an anonymous user from: Denare Beach, Saskatchewan, Canada

Here are the problems you will have when you order from NORACORA. The clothing poorly made - no hem on bodice or sleeves, stains on fabric, holes in pockets, buttons bigger than buttonholes, fabric so sheer it has less coverage than a plastic wrap, inconsistent sizing, shoddy stitching, zippers that don't work, cheap fabric, no washing instructions, uneven hem and shipping dates for an order that spans MONTHS. Then to add insult to injury, the items have to have a preapproved return slip and be returned to CHINA. I couldn't find a customer service number anywhere and emails just get you a standard form reply. The pictures look great - I would like to credit the photographer who manipulated the images to look like these are great items. THIS WEBSITE SELLS ONLY C**P. SAVE YOU TIME AND EFFORT AND BUY CANADIAN. REMEMBER WHEN ANYTHING FROM CHINA WAS C**P - WELL NOTHING HAS CHANGED!

    • August 29, 2021 at 4:31 PM by an anonymous user from: Downtown Redmond, Redmond, Washington, United States

I had the same experience. This stuff is garbage and that's where it's going. Should have found this website before I ordered from this company.

  • September 1, 2020 at 8:14 PM by an anonymous user from: Buffalo, New York, United States

Nothing is what it seems. They won’t let you do an actual review and they won’t let you post pictures.

What looks like embroidery is only a printed picture on polyester fabric.

The sweatshirts are see through fabric with big appliqués on them that aren’t even sewn down.

The Battenburg lace is only a picture and not even an accurate picture of what is on their site, printed on polyester.

The T-shirt’s are the closest thing to what they seem but they are more of a thick plastic picture on the fabric. The kind that will split and peel after washing . And some of them roll along the hens and arms because the seams aren’t finished.

Everything is just not what it looks like. They won’t let you review them with pictures on any sites either.

    • September 2, 2020 at 11:18 PM by an anonymous user from: Loveland, Colorado, United States

I am in 100% agreement with this post. Same thing happened to me with a previous order and then I didn’t even get my second order I am in a dispute process right now and it has been h**l to say the least. DO NOT TRUST OR BUY FROM NORA CORA. SCAM SCAM SCAM. Their website is deceitful, nothing Is what it seems and it is true you cannot leave a review all the reviews are fake fake fake!

  • September 1, 2020 at 7:20 PM by an anonymous user from: Edgewater, Maryland, United States

    Yes! Beware!

They are a scam! Products finally arrived after credit card company contacted them that I was disputing the charge.

The items were poor quality and mis-sized!

Nora Cora will not send the return authorization.

Very disturbing that my Microsoft account just had an attempted hack this week from a UK clothing company, not NoraCora but it seems odd. The website in question is bannedapparel.co.uk. Does anyone know a connection?

  • September 1, 2020 at 11:18 AM by an anonymous user from: Los Angeles, California, United States

Total SCAM, items ordered were not received in three months, therefore cancelled order, and Noracora, Christine Wu, it had already been mail. On the forth month, clothes arrived, IT DID NOT LOOK AT ALL LIKE THE IMAGES SEEN, cheap thin poor quality material, ugly and NOTHING like items ordered.

To return items, BIG HASSLE, they are in CHINA and will not provide an address. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE, AN ABSOLUTE SCAM. Save your money, time and energy, buy from know sources.

    NORACORA IS A SCAM!

    • September 1, 2020 at 1:01 PM by an anonymous user from: Tucson, Arizona, United States

Same for me too! This has to be a scam, I have been waiting over 2 months for anything to arrive now, they say it's coming.I'll just Bet.I will never order anything off of facebook ads again.Live and learn,Just too bad for the legitimate ones on facebook, they will lose too.

  • August 29, 2020 at 3:10 PM by an anonymous user from: Newbury Park, California, United States

I had the same experience with Nora Cora as another reviewer. All the items I received were chintzy and didn't look anything like the photos. They were also all too small. When I tried to return them I couldn't even find the website I was instructed to contact regarding my return (service@noracora.com). I then contacted the help chat service. I received the response that I could access help if I paid a dollar to another company which requested my credit card information. Since I was already feeling like this was a scam I wasn't willing to share that, so my purchase was a complete loss. Don't buy from this company. It's a SCAM!

  • August 29, 2020 at 12:34 PM by an anonymous user from: Warrior, Alabama, United States

This is a custer. I ordered two order of shoes tooked over 2 months to get the mt, they were both to big, need to send them back on had a service the other don't to sent it too I haven't been able to get in touch with any dept, on how to get back.

  • August 28, 2020 at 4:20 PM by an anonymous user from: San Mateo, California, United States

I wish I researched Nora Cora before spending $120. Their clothes are the worst I've ever seen! What's the point of making something that's not even functional! 2 tops literally hung off my chest, the one I kept (a tshirt) is all gathered under the neck after I washed it. A dress size small is probably a 1x. It's such a tease, I absolutely loved all the prints and items listed. I almost bought from another company with similar items, then the lightbulb in my head went on. The company, advertised on fb, stated they were sadly going out of business, what a bunch of c**p. Well, I'm 65, I'm suppose to be smart, here's another lesson learned. Even more reason we need to bring products back to the USA!

  • August 28, 2020 at 9:22 AM by an anonymous user from: Hollywood, Florida, United States

Noracora is a phony company. It’s as simple as that. I ordered from them back in April I received three items that were not near what I ordered. The material looks like something I could use to wipe my furniture with. I sent them countless emails and I get the same automated response. It is now approaching September and I have not received a refund or what I ordered. This is a total sham and this review is not fake. If you order from this company after reading this review you are their next sucker! I saved all of my corresponding emails, and I’m still waiting for my refund after requesting it over 10 times. It is sad because the items they have a line are so beautiful. I know they would be a good company if they were real.

  • August 26, 2020 at 9:51 PM by an anonymous user from: Livermore, California, United States

I ordered a dress and a sweatshirt top. When they finally came which was around 2 months after I ordered them, I did not like how they fit or the texture of the materials. I wanted to return them. The return label said it was from San Francisco but when I asked for the return address, it was in China and I would have to send it there and pay the extra shipping costs and insurance to make sure it got back to them. There could have been customs costs as well. So I was not going to pay that. So what they would do was to pay me 15% of the price of the two items. So I received $6.00 plus . It was a horrible experience and glad I found out about this place to vent my feelings on the company!

  • August 26, 2020 at 7:37 PM by an anonymous user from: Miami, Florida, United States

Do not order from this company. Quality and sizing terrible. Took almost 3 months to receive order. I had already filed a dispute with credit card company. MN. Miami

  • August 25, 2020 at 7:31 PM by an anonymous user from: Mississippi, United States

Their business model is to scam people. They know they are scamming people and they are good at it. They do not even attempt to fulfill orders properly. They rely on your inability to return the items to them in China within the required timeframe. They know the shipping will cost you more than your purchase. Google is making a fortune off placing their ads. Google knows they are a scam but keeps placing their ads anyway.

  • August 25, 2020 at 12:02 PM by an anonymous user from: Troy, Missouri, United States

I bought 4 blouses. ALL VERY small and did not fit. I emailed them to get a return shipping label as the site states to do. NO WHERE on the site does it tell you you will have to return the items to CHINA. SHIPPING to China costs a fortune. They know this. This happened to me with another clothing company. EVEN with the package it was delivered in shows a return address of: 216 Harris CL, South San Francisco, CA 94080. The items were of nice quality but they should list a NO return policy. They offered me a 15% refund on my total purchase. CRAZY! I'm going to reject this payment on my credit card and return it to the Return address on the package. I'm sure I will lose on this deal. NEVER NEVER NEVER AGAIN will I order clothing online unless it's returnable in the USA!

  • August 24, 2020 at 1:06 PM by an anonymous user from: Denver, Colorado, United States

My shirts were too small and they sent three of the same color instead of three different colors. Now they tell me it has been more than 15 days since they were shipped and they will not take a return even though two of the three are unopened. I will never order from NoraCora again and advise you not to order from them.

  • August 24, 2020 at 12:41 PM by an anonymous user from: Waterloo, Iowa, United States

I ordered a size DSL in the linen wide vintage pants, when I got them they were for a child, and a shirt that's a little too tight. Went to jail them back to get a refund and it was going to cost $53.00 to mail back to China.

  • August 23, 2020 at 6:50 PM by an anonymous user from: Roxboro, North Carolina, United States

I placed 2 orders with them. The 1st order took around 6 weeks for delivery. The 2nd order STILL has not arrived and it is over 2 months. Their logistics says it was shipped 6/5/2020. I have contacted customer service and asked for a refund - just getting a big run around.

  • August 21, 2020 at 10:55 AM by an anonymous user from: Bradenton, Florida, United States

I ordered about six items from them. It took about two months to get them. I also know someone else that said it takes about 28 days at least but I did end up getting everything somethings were nicer than others but overall when you think of the price it was sort of worth it and cute see it just takes time I did want to return things but it’s really not worth returning because it cost too much to return

  • August 21, 2020 at 9:26 AM by an anonymous user from: San Antonio, Texas, United States

Nora cora is a scam. I purchased two pairs of pant in april 2020 and have received nothing. christine wu has promised my order was on the way multiple times. it is august 2020 and nothing.

this company is a scam. they take your money and send you nothing! I am reporting them to any agency I can find that will listen to me.

cheaters, scam artists, fake, low lifes. you don't do this to people. who are you?

  • August 18, 2020 at 8:13 AM by an anonymous user from: Fort Mill, South Carolina, United States

terrible, terrible customer service - actually customer service is non-existent. if you have any trouble with your order there will be NO ONE to help you. their software is non-functional too...orders never go through & you are left hanging. not worth the low prices.

    • August 21, 2020 at 9:29 AM by an anonymous user from: San Antonio, Texas, United States

Do not order from this fake company. they are scam artists. they are fakers. they are low lifes. they think it is okay to cheat human beings. they deserve to be punished.

  • August 13, 2020 at 10:55 AM by an anonymous user from: Savannah, Georgia, United States

I agree, this service is terrible

I don't have time to track them down anymore

I will donate the 10 items to Goodwill

    Poor quality,poor customer service

    Poor experience all around

Should have known the price was too good to be true

    Don' buy form NORACORA

    • August 14, 2020 at 12:21 PM by an anonymous user from: Enfield, Connecticut, United States

I couldn't agree more. I was very disappointed with the quality-nothing fit. I ordered in my size -quality is cheap. I also should of known the prices were too good to be true.

  • August 10, 2020 at 1:21 PM by an anonymous user from: Morton, Illinois, United States

Do not order from Noracora.com, clothes are not good quality! I have been trying to return the merchandise for a week now. The return policy is 15 days to return items. They request you email them the date delivered, item name, quanity of each item being returned and reason for returning item and they will send you a authorization and return address within 48 hours. It has been a week since I sent the first email and still have not received a authorization or return address but have received confirmation that they have received my email.

  • August 9, 2020 at 4:12 PM by an anonymous user from: Albuquerque, New Mexico, United States

Ordered and it took 32 days to arrive. CC charged next day and their logistics showed that the product had shipped in 3 days... Ordered tops, all XL, they came in (only two were correct) 4 very small, 1 very large on top and very twisted, 4 to big but I can tailor them.

Ordered One pair of shoes they were torn and one strap not even sewn into the shoe, one shoe was wide the other very narrow and pointed.

Twice they replied, it was the same response your get when inquiring about your order. By the third email, I was told that the return address was Guangzhou, China. Even though the packages showed a return address in San Francisco, CA. After a defective and poor quality email, an email come over offering a 15% discount if I could send pictures. I have now sent pictures of the "Mess" that they shipped...Now we will see what is next.

One of the tops per Web was a Linen, it came as a Polyester blend.

  • August 8, 2020 at 3:34 PM by an anonymous user from: Seabrook, Texas, United States

thanks, I am glad I saw this. I abandoned my order at the last minute.

    Almost burned!

  • August 7, 2020 at 2:57 PM by an anonymous user from: Fulton, Missouri, United States

I ordered the polka dot dress on July 14th; it just arrived today, Aug 7th.

Followed the tracking connector and saw it was shipped from China to San Francisco.

Did NOT know it was coming from China directly or I never would have ordered it.

It says the material is cotton, but it has a "slick" or silky feel to it. Quality overall is fair.

It says on a tag wash separately but also has a dry clean notation which is hard to tell if it means 'NO dry cleaning" or that it should be dry cleaned.

Disappointed. I will not be ordering from them again.

  • August 7, 2020 at 9:36 AM by an anonymous user from: Willowbrook, Illinois, United States

The company has a US address, but they ship from their 'warehouse' in China, and returns must be made to China. Besides waiting over a month to receive the 2 items I ordered, they arrived separately. As such they would have to be returned separately to be returned within date restrictions. The quote for postage to return a $12 t-shirt (to China) was $25. Sizes run small and fabrics were not as expected. Both items recommended dry cleaning over regular washing.

THIS PLACE IS A SCAM - BUYER BEWARE

  • August 6, 2020 at 6:50 PM by an anonymous user from: Stillwater, Minnesota, United States

It took 2 1/2 months for the bulk of my order to arrive. I received a few items sooner. I was not impressed with some of the fabrics at all. Several items were sewn incorrectly and did not lay as they should. I have been trying to return 4 items and it has taken so much time and energy! Today I again requested the mailing labels for the return. They offer you a 15% refund so "you don't have to pay the shipping costs" but I want to return the items as it is approx. $60. I have a feeling that they will stall and then tell me I have passed the return deadline! I told them I would contact any agencies that I can find to report them as well as contacting my CC Company.

Be advised- this is a terrible experience and I will never order from them again!

  • August 6, 2020 at 11:18 AM by an anonymous user from: Morganton, Georgia, United States

my order took over 90 days, I only received 3 out of the 5 items and the sizing is way off.

They are absolutely a fraudulent business misrepresenting the clothing on social media ads. The actual product is shipped slow boat (meaning months in shipping versus the 8 to 10 days advertised. The actual product is not sized correctly, unrecognizable from the photos in their site, and the quality Is sub-par. Additionally, the return policy is impossible as they require shipments to their obscure facility in China which is extremely expensive. Do not waste your money using this company.

I recently ordered $130 with of items, loved so many items. I wondered why I didn’t get a confirmation email and got suspicious. I saw more clothes I loved from Comfyrs.com advertised on FB. I have pending $149 worth of items. I couldn’t create an account which again made me suspicious 😒 we have to not trust Chinese companies! I got ripped off $100

Buying tp and sanitizer online. Thanks everyone!

I just had the same problem. I wanted my item by Mother’s Day I ordered first week of April. Didn’t get 50.97 order so I wanted a refund they kept putting me off saying it would ship or has shipped. I set up 3 complaints through PayPal in the resolution center showing my contact emails and PayPal had denied all 3 claims taking the side of this China company. Two weeks ago my mailman brought my a small bag from China. The mail man and I took photos, there was no way there was a sweatshirt and a long sleeve tshirt in the bag. We took photos of the one tshirt the shipped me August 1sr. I contacted these people told them I only receive 1/2 order they said I need to contact the post office. I emailed them telling them about the mailman and the photos we took. The next day they told me the sweatshirt was out of stock and they would give me a refund at Paypal, I still don’t have the money. I KEPT SENDING MESSAGES TO PAYPAL ABOUT THIS COMPANY BEING A SCAM YET THEY SIDES WITH THEM ON 3 CLAIMS. PAYPAL ISTHE WORST. I AM GOING THROUGH VISA DIRECTLY TO GET MY MONEY. PAYPAL NEVER ANSWERED AN OF MY MANY EMAILS.

Same here. Purchased June 5th, and never received the order. Their tracking follows it to customs where it was allegedly mailed out and never seen or heard from again. No info past the 5th of July and today is the 31st. I have filed with PayPal, but the last couple years, it's been like pulling teeth to get them to do anything about bad sellers, too.

Stop payment on your credit card. I purchased a handbag from a similar site and realized that it was a possible scam afterwards. I explained the situation to my credit card company and they stopped payment. A month later, a completely different item arrived from China. It was "pleather" not leather as stated on the listing.

"Yes I am having a problem with nora cora, I ordered several item s with them and have'd not received my items.

I made several attempts to contact them regarding the situation.. They have'd not replied to me till today 07/22/2020

I'm very suspicious about this company.. I prefer to get my money back, they owe me $65.44 I believe for an order placed awhile ago.

My email has never been replied at when I asked then to please email me about the statis.. Now way it ever happened.

I want my money back. If I am able to get a phone number from this company, I prefer to cancel my order and not purchase anything at all.

    Poor customer service"

Ordered 2 items from them, paid with paypal. It took 3 months for the 1st one to arrive and it is too small, a month later still no sign of the 2nd item. Contacted them for a return more then once. The Co who operates under Fashionweb International offered 40% refund on the shoes in the initial email exchange if I wanted kept the shoes. I agreed in order to avoid postage back to China. I wanted however a refund of 50% on both items as I still had not received the 2 nd item. They refused to refund me the 50% on the total. I finally contacted paypal within the required timeline for disputes, paypal than gave the vendor 30 days to reply, and another 30 days do to some error on their part. In the meantime, we are 4 months later and a 2nd package arrives with the clothing item now 2 sizes off and way too long. Contacted paypal again who by the way do not send you emails they just post a message on your account. Said message stated the vendor will refund if you send everything back to them. I received a message with a Chinese address in Chinese caracters? I don't read or write Chinese. So I advise them of this and also that I do not want to spend more $ on shipping with no guarantee of a refund. So now paypal wants me to file a police report for the $57.11 of this order. Can anyone image sitting at the police office filing a "fraud report" for $57.11?. I'm sure the the police would really have nothing else to do. So be warned it's my experience paypal will not do much to defend your interest should you order from this Co.

yet another reason to require all products to be clearly labeled where they are made and NEVER, EVER purchase anything made in China. They dont care about quality because they know the purchaser is not going to return because return cost exceeds value of product. American made will be more expensive because we have standards for quality, materials and workers. Noracora is another scam reseller of products made in China.

I am tending to think that this site or business is a scam! I ordered 11 items on June 23, 2020. I received an e-mail that they got my order and will ship in 3-5 business days. I do love their products but their customer service and processing and shipping your order really needs a big time improvement! Well, it is almost a month; so I e-mailed to them inquiring about my order. They did reply about how to order and when could I cancel etc but not a word when will they ship my order or any kind of status! And, there is no phone number that you can call either! You are at their mercy when will they answer your e-mail or ship your order. 🤨🙁So, I am canceling my order today and asking for a refund. Amen to this online site!

THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM! Just like all the above, I ordered 5 items in May, finally today, July 20th I finally got 3 of the items and they do not resemble the pics of what they were suppose to be and all the sizes are completely wrong and not what I ordered. Cheap, Cheap, Cheap...Suppose to be cotton but are actually polyester and not at all what they should be. I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN OR ANY ONLINE CLOTHING PLACE that is not from the USA. Really wish I would have found this site sooner.

Wish I had found this site before Placing an order with this bogus company. Early May I ordered 3 tops and a so called " handmade" necklace. Just received the order after texting and texting asking where the items where. Ask the same questions over and over, order number, Sku, size, color. Finally this week a damp soggy package arrived on one nasty white plastic bag. The clothing stank like sewer water, wrong colors and very very poor quality, and the handmade necklace was broken. The wrinkles can't be ironed out. This garbage isn't even worth donating so will be used for garage rags. Trying to get anywhere with the "customer service' is impossible, and after reading the reviews, not willing to pay postage to China. PLEASE DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!

I ordered 3 pairs of casual drawstring pants. After 3 weeks I still had not received them. After several emails back and forth requesting to cancel my order, only 2 were refunded. Communication is sketchy with form letter responses. A week later I received the 3rd pair in the mail. Very thin see through fabric and they were not hemmed. I again requested refund. I was told I would have to pay shipping back to (I believe China) as per their policy. Still in the back and forth emailing to get this resolved. Not even close to worth the hassle. Should have read reviews before ordering. Never order from a company that does not have a customer service phone number

I placed my order in 4/2020 finally received it on 7/6/2020. I had been emailing with Noracora for weeks asing for updates on my order & was told "you need to be patient." The tracking info that was sent to me was incorrect. I asked repeatedly for weeks how to cancel the order & then emailed about how to return the 1 item out of 13 that appeared in May. The rest of the order finally appeared 7/6/2020 - terrible quality, sizes I did not order & no information about how to return anything. Now I have email from person at Noracora telling me I need to delete a negative review that I wrote on their site and only then will they will process my refund. Seriously? That is their refund policy? Don't shop here! What a nightmare this has been!

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS "COMPANY"! I placed an order for $155.34 on Friday, July 3rd. When I hadn't had an order confirmation by Monday, Jul 6th, I started poking around and found this website which indicated I'd been scammed. The next day I accidentally found a message in my spam folder that my order had been shipped! This was the beginning of NoraCora's cover-our-butt campaign. They'd already charged my bank account for the total of the order instead of each item individually. Had I noticed there was also a charge for $4.66 for **internatiobal processing**, I would've known early on the "company" was in China, not Sussex, England, instead of figuring it out later from the Chinese characters for destinations in tracking.

After searching hI and low, I found an email address for NC and demanded the order be cancelled. Also notified my bank to cancel the one charge I knew about at that point. Was told the charge was only "pending" and the bank couldn't do anything about it until Wed, IF NC made an official request for the money, which I was certain it would. Meanwhile, got a warm fuzzy reply in my regular mail folder on the 7th from a supposed real person in Sussex thanking me for my order and "assurance" that it was "on the way", which of course I'd deduced it wasn't and never would be. So I demanded AGAIN the order be cancelled, followed by another warm fuzzy reply but with the addition that bc the order had already been shipped, it couldn't be cancelled. For the THIRD TIME I demanded the order be cancelled. Never heard from them again except for one "happy" anonymous email that "your order is on the way". By then I could see that it'd been received at and sent on from at least five locations in China plus one odd entry that on the very day it'd supposedly began its tour inside China, it'd also arrived in the U.S., but naturally didn't say where.

On Wednesday, the charge went from pending to actual and I received a notification from ny bank that it had started the formal process of returning the money to my account, but not for 10 days from Wed the 8th. Today, the 17th, the charge was reversed as well as the internat'l whatever charge I hadn't noticed before. Lesson learned. I will never EVER order anything from from any company except Amazon! In fact, the day after the order to NoraCora, I ordered almost the same amount of clothing, shoes and accessories from Amazon (to cure a serious case of Boring Closet) and received all but two items within days as usual. The two outstanding items I fear are also coming out of China and altho supposedly shipped have not shown any movement in almost two weeks, so I may cancel them, secure in the knowledge I won't be gaslighted like I was from NC.

Again, do not order from NoraCora or its sister "companies" NoraCloak and Roselinlin. All offer pretty much the exact same items, none of which I'm 99.9% certain you'll never receive!

I placed an order on May 11th to Noracora. I received the merchandise on July 13th. I too was unable to track the purchase and when I requested a return and an exchange I did not get a response from them.

If you want to shop on line...you can use the company Shein. They are the best in regards to getting merchandise to you and you can easily return and get a refund. Most of their merchandise is good quality for the price. It is too bad about Noracora because they do show some great items.

  • July 15, 2020 at 10:14 AM by an anonymous user from: Allentown, Pennsylvania, United States

I have reached my level of tolerance with Noracora’s customer service, in particular with Christine Wu. I finally received my order

After months of back and forth. Noracora’s delay tactics are the worst. Asking questions after having received the answers more than once.

They shorted me a necklace that I reported in mid-June along with the fact that while their merchandise looks good in print it is in fact just junk. I placed my order through Facebook. Had I known it was shipping from China I would not have ordered

This company is a real scam.

I also ordered from noracora, and the product arrived but doesn't fit. The return information says to contact service/noracora.com, which doesn't exist. Then customer service says you need to pay $1 with credit card to get the information - promising the $1 will be refunded. Nor giving out credit card to get the return instructions. I ordered from them and it took 6 weeks to receive. Then one of the blouses

that was supposed to be Xlarge and was marked XL but is so small it appears to be a child's size. So I planned to return it but they are in China! Shipping a 6 oz package to China would be over $30.00 since it's more and 1/4 inch thick.

So my only other choice is to receive a 15% refund and keep it.

NORACORA - I was also totally scammed out of $123. The clothes seemed perfect for summer, but after a month, nothing came in. When I emailed them to follow up, Ms. Christine Wu assured me it was coming. I got the same message 3 times. I am totally upset as this is not the time to lose money. The company has emailed me several times in response to my complaints saying "it will come". A tracking number said it was received over 4 weeks ago in California. This web site leads you to believe they are out of Sussex, but when I tried to return my items they are in China. They told me it would be a very long wait and suggested I take a 15% refund, keep the items, and use the money to alter them!

It took almost two months to receive 3 of the 4 items. Still waiting for the last one. Every item was wayyyyyyy too small. I ordered a larger size since I noticed some comments said the sizes run small, but they were about two sizes smaller than they should have been.

Also, one item said it was cotton and it was polyester.

Oh my GOSH! If you haven't given any money to this "business" please do NOT! I was not told anywhere on website or during my shopping experience that this was a China based company. I had no idea that the clothing would not be the same as pictured. It appears that they have taken photos from other reputable clothing designers, and then attempted to replicate these designs. I did NOT get what I was told I was getting. For the amount of money I paid the quality of the fabric & clothing is 2nd hand (made) store. This is not what I paid for. I am totally dissatisfied, and I have tried contacting them for a refund. Their website doesn't allow you to leave a review. The reviews that are already posted are all 5 stars (fake) and left on the same day or the day after. I didn't notice these things because honestly I was up late and obviously not competent to be shopping. NoraCora is obviously full of fraud. My total purchase was over $400 USD. I have only received half of my order AND it was crammed into 1 bag. Everything was a giant, severely wrinkled ball of damp? What the heck, seriously?! How was everything moist? Gross! Is this even a professional company? I have never had such a horrible online shopping experience, ever, until NoraCora. I will stick to known USA online stores where laws regarding false advertising exist. Please don't give your money to this place. I'm really concerned about the shady way I'm forced to "apply" to get my money back.

DO NOT BUY FROM NORACORA! I placed a $165.00 order on 05/22/2020 and am yet to receive my order. I will send a request to PayPal to refund my payment. Hopefully, I will get my money back. This company is a scam!

Entering the 3rd month waiting for shipment. Money is spent and they kept it. Got part of the order but the most expensive part didn't get here. If I had to do it all again...

Scammers, low life, evil, how do I describe them the best. Paypal went along with their lies too. Shame on them. DO NOT order from these creeps!

Noracora is a total scam outfit. I ordered 2 tops for my wife's birthday in early May. After several attempts to connect with them I've had no success,or items ordered. After more than $50.00 later, and reading these posts I now understand, like a lot of other people, that I too have been scammed. I notified the BBB and am posting thisto prevent others from being duped...Never get anything from these Theives.

    NORACORA IS A TOTOL SCAM..

I have ordered things from NoraCora. They need to be schooled on how to properly process purchases. Fanshionweb International (aka NORACORA) has collected the funds, $100.24 Paid with PayPal Credit. Nobody sends you an acknowledgement of your order or when to expect delivery. When I have received items, there is no information on where it came from or how to exchange or return. Can somebody help them?

  • June 24, 2020 at 1:49 PM by an anonymous user from: Woodridge, Illinois, United States

Received 3 tops and all were not acceptable or according to size requested. Their return policy is also probably a scam

I order over 2 months ago, emailed them for the status and in return I got a tracking number that it was delivered in California. Will someone please help us to get our refund. This is not right at all. The bad thing is that they are still advertising. Boy! I almost ordered about $300 of this c**p and something said, "NOT Too". But $60 is still my $60 that I just gave to whoever and received nothing. ITS A CRIME SHAME...

Terrible company! stay away. Its been 2.5 months and I have still not received anything from them. They say it's been shipped but UPS has no record of them. They have offered me a 20% refund if I take down my review and I refused. All the reviews on their website are fake! you can't see the identity and you can't actually review them on their website. Wish I had never tasted my money

I have a problem, I placed my order on May 30th and as of today I haven’t received the items I ordered.

They sent you tracking for the items that were processed but it’s not going anywhere.

    Is this company scam?

  • June 19, 2020 at 11:07 AM by an anonymous user from: Houston, Texas, United States

Well, my head was turned by a pretty face. Unfortunately, that face wore an ugly mask. I ordered what looked to be a very pretty cotton, summer dress with lace borders from Nora Cora. Ha! Although I received the dress in a timely fashion, the dress that arrived was NOT the dress I had ordered. Rather, it was an extremely poor knock-off of some cheap fabric that looks like it was made in a Home Economics class back in the day. What a scam! Don't think I have the energy to go through the hoops they require for a return/refund. So, I guess I'll just eat it. Which I'm sure they count on.

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM NORA CORA!

  • June 18, 2020 at 3:05 PM by an anonymous user from: Tucson, Arizona, United States

Today is 6/18/20: I have an open dispute with Noracora via PayPal currently. I placed an order in 5/5/20 and they immediately withdrew money from my account but to date I still have no solid evidence that my items have actually shipped.

I made purchases 6 weeks in advance for a vacation which has now come and gone. Once I started to become suspicious I began trying to contact customer service for information - no reply. I sent multiple emails to customer service for support but never received a response until I involved a 3rd party for mediation. Initially the emails I received were not specific to my issue and listed a wide variety of vague excuses for why shipping was delayed, however once the mediation process began rolling with PayPal I was finally given tracking numbers (one for in China, and another for once it arrived at U.S. customs) that don't work or tell me where the package is in transit - just where it is not: it hasn't reached customs in San Francisco as of 5/18/20 and hasn't been updated to date).

Because PayPal encouraged me to try to mediate with the seller to settle this matter I tried to be reasonable and followed this advice: big mistake because it gave the company more time to delay and utilize unnecessary delay tactics. The only response I kept receiving from this company was to tell me to be patient, and they continued to send the useless tracking numbers until I realized this could drag on for a very long time without resolution and me out $115.00.

I didn't realize until after my problems began that Noracora lists a 10 business day processing window (i.e. 12 days provided there are no holidays in that particular line up of days) and a 25 business day shipping window (31 days, again provided there are no holidays in the line up, which there was) bringing expected arrival to 43 days, however we are now on day #48 currently and no items in sight.

I officially elevated the case to a dispute on 6/13/20 requesting a full refund but now the company has initiated radio silence (they have until 7/2/20 to respond to PayPal and I believe they intend to continue to delay and take every day available to them).

Today while looking at my order on the Noracora website (which still says processing by the way on day #48) I realized that the review section is nonfunctional and thus has zero ratings for their clothing (how did I miss that?).

I wish I bothered to research this company before doing business with them but honestly I never expected this to happen. No one appreciates being ripped off or deceived, as a result of this rather unfortunate experience I will no doubt be researching online companies I have never done business with in future before considering entrusting them with payment - including how long shipping is expected to be. How sad is it that people can't just be honest in their business practices and dishonest companies that don't readily reveal that they are in another country can continue to rip off plenty of people every single day.

I placed an order in April that has not come. I have sent multiple emails and the only response has been to send tracking information that leads me nowhere because nothing has been sent. I have put a stop order on my credit card because they are not responding and it is now almost 60 days from the original order. I would not trust them with an order.

I placed an order before I found this site. I was very worried..HOWEVER, I did finally get the first package. I ordered 7 times on 5/28/2020 and today 6/17/2020 I received the first 4 items and the free gift. My size 7.5 shoes fit fine, I'm an 8 but the dress I ordered in xl fits more like L...its tight around the arms but only if I move them in a forward movement. Everywhere else fits perfect. Once I iron it (extremely wrinkled but its here) it should look nice. I should mention I ordered gray, but this is purple and that wasn't even one of the colors to pick. The blouse I ordered a XL but its definitely an L. I ordered a sweatshirt type thing, fuzzy, in XXL because I like them roomy. Its smaller than XXL, maybe a XL, but it actually fits good. So first experience rating? 4 of 5.. runs small but I got 4 of 7. and Dress wrong color. I see that one item is not coming yet. They don't tell you if its out of stock. The other two should be here this week. So I'll update if I finally get it all. But basically, so far so good..

  • June 11, 2020 at 8:01 PM by an anonymous user from: Paramount, California, United States

I am so irate with this company, everything people have mentioned above I have experienced. I am in the process now of filing a claim with my bank and having my money refunded which I have sent to Nora cora as well requesting that they return my money for items that I purchased or ordered back in April and they keep giving me the runaround. I was able to do research and found out that Their shipper is Pitney Bowes however Pitney Bowes states that they received the order but no product. Nora Cora has me in the loop now every time I send them any communications or ask the question they give me this tracking number which is no good or has the same information that has been up there since May 18th! They also had some items that are not available never has anyone contacted me about these but it shows on their records that I requested that the order stay on file until the products are back ordered I’ve never asked for that to be done. I hate that I am unable to speak to anyone verbally only via email but this is a scam I’m sure of it and I don’t want anything from them. My main regret is that I didn’t check out these comments prior to ordering thanks to all that have shared their experience hope this helps someone else moving forward.

I ordered a dress on April 24th, 2020 and received it yesterday, June 10th.

    What a disappointment!

The picture showed a beautiful, maxI length, sophisticated flowy dress. What I received was a dress 2 sizes too small, very inferior fabric and at least 2 feet shorter than pictured.

The info given was that the model was 5'9 size small. I ordered a large and couldn't even get it over my head.

Don't order from these people for anything!

    Customer service is rude also.

I will probably have a tough time getting a refund and be out $35.

The tracking number was ineffective or fake. The items were delivered here by the USPS. Avoid this company at all cost. What you see is not what you get! Ordered 4 items totaling $128. Size doesn’t matter Small is child size medium is closer to x-large. The photo color is enhanced nothing I purchased resembled photos and one item was not even what was ordered; I think they just threw in whatever happened to be lying around.

Customer service is a dead end. They will offer you less then you paid for something you didn’t order or want if that doesn’t suit you just send it back; did I mention the company is in China and they require tracking. The cost to return is more than the item you are returning $79.00 for a $60.00 jacket that you didn’t order. Forget about PayPal they will tell you to return the item with tracking for a refund!

So there’s you choice substandard Chinese garments you're stuck with or return for more than you paid for them.

Absolutely noracora.com is a scam. Do not purchase anything from them. They use deceptive advertising and steal photos from legitimate online companies.

Check out the photos at noracora.com and you will notice that they don’t show the models faces.

I ordered five items from them and as soon as I learned they located in China, scammers, use false advertising and that I would have to pay for shipping to return an item for shipping to return an item, I immediately canceled my order and requested a refund. I received an automatic reply saying that I could not cancel the order because items had already been shipped. This was a lie.

I filed a dispute with the bank for not receiving merchandise.

I informed the company that I was filing a dispute and they immediately sent me an email that saying that one of the items was shipped. I informed the company that if I receive the item from them, I will refuse it and return it to the company. I explained again that I was disputing the transaction because I did not receive the merchandise in the time promised as stated on the website.

Finally when I received the item at the post office, I informed the post office that I was refusing the item. I did not open it and the post office kindly returned it to China with no expense to me. I took a photo of the envelope showing I was refusing the package and the receipt, which I submitted this to the bank as proof that I returned the item.

The bank refunded me the entire amount and I also replaced the credit card that I used when I purchased the merchandise from NoraCora.com.

In the future I will only purchase from legitimate online companies.

  • January 27, 2020 at 7:24 PM by an anonymous user from: Wilmington, North Carolina, United States

Noracora is a complete fraud company. The items advertised look so cute, but what you receive is horrible and the fabric is not at all like that in the photos. the fabrics feel like very shiny thick stiff polyester, not a knit as shown in the photos. Also, all clothing runs extremely small. plus, it takes an extremely long time to receive the items and they do not let you know this. they are shipped from China.

To get a refund, you are asked to return the items and they will look at it and decide on refund, or they will offer you 15% of what you paid and you can keep the ugly item(s). If you dispute, they will offer you a 25% refund of what you paid. It will cost you way more to ship the items back to china than you paid for them. It is such a rip-off and many people have stated that they did not receive items paid for and some say noracora made additional charges through PayPal on their account as if they ordered additional items. stay away from them!

Sometimes people do not read the TQS of an online store and then complain.

Read the delivery and TQS BEFORE you order, this will slove 90% of problems thereafter.

I contacted my bank and all I can do is return which is more time spent with a scamming business. They should be shut down immediately before others are drawn into their scam . I learned a lesson to check out a company before buying . 100.00 lesson! I told them I needed to cancel because of lack of funds so I can pay my medical bill but they refused to cancel my order before it was sent out . They put me into a bind so beware.

I wish I had seen these e-mails prior to ordering from this AWFUL company. The clothes were so cute on the website and a good price. I ordered 4 items in November 2019. I received two of them the day of Christmas and the quality of the material was awful. The leggings were so cheap looking and were actually see through. The sweater leggings combo looked nothing like it did on the website. I am still waiting for the other items. Same thing as others said above when trying to return the items. Offered 15% originally than after additional discussions, agreed to 25% off my entire purchase. (Still waiting for the two other items and can't wait to be disappointed again)! This website needs to be taking down now.

I ordered 6 items on 11/29/2019 for Christmas. I received 4 items a few days after Christmas.

Earrings were just like the photo and description.

    The other three were horrible.

Looks like they took a photo of someone else's cute top and transferred it onto a very thick, shiny, non-breathable fabric.

I ordered a size up based on their size chart and it was also too small.

The colors look similar but not vivid, very dull and ugly. Also ordered a neck scarf and the same thing.

Looks knitted, but photoshopped onto very slick fabric, very cheap and small also. Ordered leggings described as cotton thick and warm.

The tag says polyester/cotton, and they are thin and flimsy.

Today I finally got the shoe boots.

They look a lot like the picture except the boots in the picture have an insignia on the side, mine don't.

They are made of flimsy and cheap materials, but otherwise look fairly close to the photo.

I called Discover which was the card noted on paypal and they refunded me for all items I cannot use and are investigating.

We all need to take this a step further - call BBB, and the websites sponsoring their ads because they are scamming people left and right.

I, sadly ordered two hundred fifty dollars worth of absolute C**p from Noracora. It was the very first time I've ever ordered online. I used PayPal. Can I recoup? It was a big mess. I used a MasterCard debit and I feel so stupid.

    I am in Ohio.

The website suggests quality, fashionable items. I ordered some items all of which are cheap in quality and do not look remotely like the photos on the website. When I tried to return them, I was told that the return center was in China, that it would cost me (the customer) too much to return them, and that it would take a long time. Noracora offered me 15% of the original cost of the items instead of returning them. When I declined, the company then offered me 25% of the original cost of the items. I declined again. I wanted a full refund. I am stuck with poor quality items and a loss of around $90.00. Further, they will not Unsubscribe me from their emails. This is an awful company. Stay away!

"I will say upfront that no one twisted my arm into ordering from this company. The photography of the items in no way represents the actual products. I ordered 5 items 1 Nov 2019; mid-Nov the 1st two arrived - 2 tops - cheap fabric, shoddy workmanship. Two of the remaining 3 items were received by the end of the month. I emailed the company and asked for a cancellation of the 5th [it had never been pulled for shipment after 30 days] and wanted an authorization for return of the others based on the advertised vs the real appearance.

Got a detailed email back; essentially all they would do is give me a 15% refund on the 4 items as I would have to pay all the shipping, overseas fees, etc. I wrote them back telling them I would accept their terms for the shipped/received items but I wanted full price for the 5th item since it had not been processed. I did get a refund BUT they discounted the 5th unshipped item also and gave me a credit on my credit card that is about $15 less than I am owed. I am cheap enough that I sent them back an immediate reply this morning; will see how that goes.

Guess I am whining because I would never, ever have bought from them if they did not take paypal and the refund was to my credit card; I do not know if paypal did the crediting or if this company has my credit card information. I am going to call and see what I can find out. Wish I had checked here 1st"

    Received via email.
