Is Siodhe a Scam or an Untrustworthy Store?

Siodhe located at siodhe.com is an untrustworthy online store claiming to sell smart robots, toys and other products. Online users are advised to stay away from the untrustworthy website because those who shop from it run the risk of receiving counterfeit goods or nothing at all. Unsatisfied online users who have shopped on the untrustworthy website are asked to contact their bank or financial institution to have their transactions canceled and money refunded. They should also have their banks help them prevent the cybercriminals who are operating the website from continuously charging their credit cards.

Ordered smart robot Lawrence almost 2 months ago and I received nothing. Why not take scammers off from advertising so innocent people, and hardworking people like me won't be out of hard earned money. I am a Hurricane Michael survivor who does not deserve to be scammed.

I ordered Lawrence robot on 25 December and it arrived 11th Jan but it is not Lawrence but a completely different model which I could have got much cheaper and with free postage from e-bay so I recommend you avoid this company completely

I purchased smart robot Lawrence on December 3, 2019! I never received it. I tried to contact the to no avail. I spent 89.00 on this robot and they have my money. Went to the bank to have them check this company out and they determined it is a SCAM!

I am a victim also. Ordered 3 robots, got them few days ago and 1 was broke in opened box. None looked like the ones pictured and none responded to any actions. Was supposed to be Christmas present also. The contact email never responded. My hubby took over then. He got a phone number and called it. He was told to return them at our cost and when they received them they would be inspected to determine if we will get a refund. I believe we have been senior citizens scammed also. Our only grandchild didn’t get a Robot for Christmas.

I bought 2 of these Lawrence robots they came but do not do what the adds say they do. I do not think there is any way to get my monie back as there is no place to send these back to, I do want a Lawrence, but only if he does what the adds say. the 2 I got are small and are very limited as to what they do. Buyer beware!

I ordered 2 of these robots for Christmas on December 12, hoping to have them by Christmas, I emailed them to see if I would have them by that time and they emailed me back to say yes! I have not received them yet and it’s January 3. They sent me a tracking number that not traceable in the US, everything is written in Chinese. I told them I want my money back a week ago, they just responded, they told me that I couldn’t get a refund because my order had been shipped to me. I love my bank so much that I will make a believer out of them. They are NOT keeping my money. A bunch of SLUGS 🐌 slowly stealing from all of us...

I did the same thing and ordered 4 with expedited shipping . Nothing has been delivered. Fortunately I used Paypal to pay for them which protects you from scams and fraudulent transactions. Moral of this story? Use Paypal.

I ordered 2 robots: pink for my niece & blue for my nephew over 2 weeks ago and still haven't them. I am so angry.

Spent over $90 for the larger versions and extra money to expedite it for Christmas.

I didn't order through Facebook, but through Word Chums.

I'll contact my bank, but I think it will be to no avail.

Where's the BBB when we need them.

The FBI needs to get involved also.

The site I used for my grandsons Christmas gift was Siodhe. I fear I have been scammed as well. I’m very disappointed. I will do all I can to bring them down for this.

  • December 21, 2019 at 7:37 PM by an anonymous user from: Washington, District of Columbia, United States

Well I guess I was scammed. I ordered a "Robby robot" and a transformer light for my grandson for Christmas. What an evil thing to do. Karma is gonna catch up with them. Considering the amount of money that they have cheated people out of. They should have to do some serious time or something to that effect. I hope those pieces of sh**t pay dearly. My grandson will still have an awesome Christmas!

I will do my best to help bring these phoney sites down!

    Merry Christmas to all🎄...💜

Even if you receive the robot, it’s going to be a piece of junk. The ad promises a lot, but the details just don’t support the claims. It is a complete scam and by the time FB removes the ad a lot of people will have lost their money.

  • December 17, 2019 at 9:51 AM by an anonymous user from: Irondequoit, New York, United States

Once they take your money, the bank can't refund you! Same here it was advertisement on facebook and I purchased on friday, 3 buisness days ago and no email as they said to confirm its been sent out . When emailing them, I get generalized automated email saying, they are so busy with holiday orders, they will reply when they can grrrrrrrrr

  • December 17, 2019 at 1:51 AM by an anonymous user from: Nashville, Tennessee, United States

What makes you think this is a scam? I am/was going to order the robots.

    • December 21, 2019 at 7:06 AM by an anonymous user from: Burlington, Wisconsin, United States

This robot is simply not possible to make and do what it claims for less than $2,000. The web page is vague and allows you to assume that the product is more sophisticated than it is. Assuming you ever receive the product it’ll be a poorly made piece of plastic little better than a wind up toy from the 70’s

    • December 18, 2019 at 11:37 AM by an anonymous user from: Chicago, Illinois, United States

My mother ordered the robots and never received or heard anything back. Cannot get in touch with anyone.

  • December 15, 2019 at 4:54 PM by an anonymous user from: St Louis, Missouri, United States

I better get what I ordered. If these sites are letting people order things that are not real then it's on them. And we should get together and sue them. Obviously they new about it long before now. That makes it there fault. They should have taken it down and reported it. What is wrong with you people?

  • December 14, 2019 at 1:24 PM by an anonymous user from: Clovis, New Mexico, United States
