Is Youthislikefire a Scam or an Untrustworthy Online Shop?

Youthislikefire located at youthislikefire.com is an untrustworthy online store claiming to sell the Lawrence Smart Robot and other products. Online users are advised to stay away from the untrustworthy website because those who shop from it run the risk of receiving counterfeit goods or nothing at all. Unsatisfied online users who have shopped on the untrustworthy website are asked to contact their bank or financial institution to have their transactions canceled and money refunded.

I ordered 2 Smart Lawrence Robots in early Dec from an ad on Facebook-Jan 4 I received 2 robots that were not Smart l
Lawrence but Warrior Robots-immediately contacted the company-and don't use the customer service email on the "Thank you" card you get-it is invalid(in addition to multiple spelling errors noted)-but I had contacted them previously and had another email-after several days back and forth and pictures sent of the incorrect item they offered to refund me $15-wow.
Have found there are several companies like this that advertise on Facebook during the holidays with the same scenario-offer these cute new products at a lower cost, free shipping and after you buy them you find out they are located in China-takes 6wks plus to get, if you are lucky, with poor customer service.
I have sent a message to Facebook that they should not allow companies like to to advertise on their site and they should screen a little more carefully-also from now on I will not order anything from an ad without doing investigation of the company-I would rather pay more and have a US company that you can easily communicate with, actually get the product on time than deal with a company like this-product will still be made in China can't change that
So beware consumers -any of these companies with wieird names like this one and the offer seems too good to be true-you are about to get screwed!

Were is my Order that’s I ordered on December 4 2019.
The order # 15126 and said confirmed.
It was Smart Lawrence Special Deal with free shipping. The color was Red.
Pay 49.98 and shipping 7.99 total was 57.97.
I want the merchandise or my 57.97 back.
