Online users are advised to stay away from the untrustworthy website because those who shop from it run the risk of receiving counterfeit goods or nothing at all. Unsatisfied online users who have shopped on the untrustworthy website are asked to contact their bank or financial institution to have their transactions canceled and money refunded. They should also have their banks help them prevent the cybercriminals who are operating the website from continuously charging their credit cards.

I purchased from this site over two months ago. I tried both tracking URLs and both would not connect. I never received the product. I will contact my bank. Fraudulent.

I placed an order at the end of January. I have emailed several times and initially they responded and said it would take 6-8 weeks for delivery. When that time passed I asked for a refund and they said that the product had been shipped and could not be refunded. I still haven't received what I ordered and now I get no response when I email.
Avoid this company, it is a scam!

I ordered LunaVac robot (2). I received two knockoffs of Chinese made c**p. Also, they charged my credit card for over a hundred dollars more than the advertised price. Hotproductsales.com is a rip-off.

I ordered a pair of therapeutic insoles from them 3/2/20, on Facebook. Now they have charged my credit card, but I never received the product. I will contact my credit credit card bank. Facebook should screen their advertisers.
