    Forevertou.com is bogus

    on these robots.

  • November 27, 2020 at 8:11 AM by an anonymous user from: Monroe, Rochester, New York, United States

I purchased two of these robots from "dealgreate.com" and I received two cheap robots that are sold on Amazon for $29.95. Apparently this Chinese company who has many website stores is selling the imposters and using RobotLab,Inc's images and videos from their website. They are the manufacturers of the real robot in the videos. That robot in the videos sells for $16,900. Yes, I said $16 Thousand dollars. You can see them on RobotLab.com. They have factories in California and Delaware. I'm going to try and go after PayPal for backing the Chinese companies'credit card processing. The main reason I bought them at dealgreate was that they were showing a New Jersey address and the PayPal payment processing. I live in New York state. They have since changed their address to China since I have sent threatening emails to them.

BFFL Shop & Keruike Shop are the same company. Both are bait & switch scammers that took forever (1 month) to ship and when it finally arrived was a cheap toy knockoff version of the item advertised in the online ad I ordered from! Their phone numbers are fake (disconnected) and email address comes back as undeliverable (server not found).

AVOID THESE SCAMMERS AT ALL COST!

I ordered the Smart Lawrence Robot on December 10, 2019 for a Christmas gift. Did not get it until January 2020. It was not the smart Lawrence but a cheap robot that wouldn't even charge. I have contacted them numerous times. Today I had an email from them saying if I would return the robot to them they would refund my money. I have to return it before they will refund my money. I do not trust them. They were operating under the name HighTech and their contact address is support@24service. What do you suggest I do?

First purchase from CMOLO CO., amount $79.96 Dec 17 2 12" robots (Not Lawrence as advertised) This one hit my bank account.

Second purchase from Christine Bill (as listed in my PayPal account) amount $64.98 Dec 24 I only ordered 1 but have since received another set of two of the 12" ones. This one hit my credit card.

I'm not sure if there is another one coming but only these two have shown up in my PayPal account. I'm currently trying to find out where to return them as I have no use for two more. If anyone has any ideas, I'm all ears.

I bought one from Newpopstyle, which advertised it for Christmas. I finally received it on 1/4 but it was not the Smart Lawrence they advertised, I got a similar looking robot. Did not work with an app for the phone, but used a remote with limited things it could do as the original does.

  • January 3, 2020 at 11:35 PM by an anonymous user from: Berwick, Pennsylvania, United States

    Vendor: DeYuChenMaoYi

    Purchased: Nov 27,2019

    Still not received 12/28/2019

    Purchased via PayPal

They are now involved and it has been escalated to a claim.

I emailed the vendor per PayPal instructions and my email was returned undeliverable due to mailbox being full. (shocker!)

Hoping PayPal refunds the money... and checks the businesses they interact with better in the future.

Ordered one 0n 11/13/19 for my grandson for Christmas. I still haven’t received anything. I purchased from slaystyles but I’m guessing they’re all the same crooks. Glad I didn’t tell my grandson about it so he won’t be disappointed. Not happy about getting ripped off for 40 bucks tho.

  • December 26, 2019 at 5:24 PM by Jamillahz from: Bedminster, New Jersey, United States

I ordered 2 robots on Dec 16 with an expedited date for delivery by December 24 for an extra $9. Altogether, I spent more than $100. Never received an email for confirmation.

Now I know after reading other complaints that I've been scammed. I found the robots while playing a word game: Word Chums.

I'm quite sure they were aware of the scam, but left the site up anyhow.

I will try getting my money back from my bank.

I will contact the BBB as well as the FBI.

    I am furious right now.

    I want them behind bars.

Have ordered mine from discovererone.com - gave me a tracking number and when I run said tracking number - it's no where to be found even though they told me it has shipped. Anyone had any dealings with this company?

    • January 7, 2020 at 9:54 PM by an anonymous user from: Chicago, Illinois, United States

I also ordered from them. They confirmed my order in Dec with a January delivery date ( originally before Christmas). It arrived today 1/7 and it is a Robocop. It looks nothing like the advertised Lawrence robot. I just emailed them so I haven't heard back yet.

My son's grandparent purchased this robot from slaystyles.com and I noticed it's shipping from China. We received a tracking number and it was listed at a similar price to what Amazon has it listed as. However, I'm still thinking it's not a legit website. Please share if you have any experience with this site.

    • January 14, 2020 at 1:49 AM by an anonymous user from: Columbia, South Carolina, United States

    • December 25, 2019 at 4:58 AM by an anonymous user from: New Iberia, Louisiana, United States

I researched this robot and the real name of the robot is called Zora and he costs 18000.00 or so. They are experimenting with him at healthcare facilities in France with elderly patients. He is real but they are using their demo videos to sell this cheap version if you get anything at all. I went through my bank so I already got a refund and my guess is that’s why they only want paypal payments because they are much harder to fight and harder to trace. I sent a Facebook message to the real robot company explaining how they are using this demo video of the zora bot to scam people into buying this cheap version. The company is based out of Belgium.

I am also a victim of lasonshop, they have renamed their online site and they can now be found as: funwd.store.

These cybercriminals are well organized and send you a false tracking number apparently using China post with a shipping carrier that supposedly can be tracked using this homepage: https://www.17track.net/

Nevertheless, anytime you enter the sent tracking number from your order, there a faulty message explaining that your ware cannot be found.

After long time, still no tracking info from FedEx, other than label created, I read it can take significant time shipping; this merchant with U.K. address ships the product from Singapore. I have a recent FedEx update, they have my parcel and will deliver by 12-21. Ordered 12-5.

I purchased Smart Larwence Robot from Flowershave through a Facebook ad. Have had no contact from seller since December 4. Also got a receipt and invoice number from paypal. So far, they cannot verify this order. Trying to get money refunded.

    • December 17, 2019 at 6:52 PM by an anonymous user from: Atlanta, Georgia, United States

I also purchased a set of these through flowershave on November 30. I received an email saying my order was shipped on December 7 through FedX. Gave me a tracking number on December 10. It has not been updated since then. Only shows that a label had been sent to FedX on December 10th. They had 2 links for customer support and one ended .vip and was inactive. The other support@24servicehelp.com responds with a generic email. I’ve contacted my credit card company to dispute the charge. Very disappointing since I had ordered for my grandsons. I have shared my experience on the ads on Facebook.

My order for the Smart Robot for my Autistic son was also placed through Facebook ads but to Romanticshe on 12/7/19.

  • December 15, 2019 at 4:30 PM by an anonymous user from: Knoxville, Tennessee, United States

I also bought this Smart Robot Lawrence and a Race Car for my son for Christmas gift and I have not had any follow-up news on this purchase, supposedly they would send me an email letting me know the lock number and nothing, and they also use the logo of Paypal but it is not and supposedly they have a support@24servicehelp.com for any question, but it is also not true, they are scammers. The website I'm talking about is: Youthislikefire.com

And it was found on Facebook that we should all complain on Facebook too, because how is it possible that they can use Facebook to make promotions and then be a fake company, that is not something safe, so I do not trust Facebook either. I just say goodbye to online shopping. Luck!

I didn’t pay shipping and cost was $50 so I figured it was to good to be true because I had seen the original on the Graham Norton show for $18000! Thought I’d give it a shot. The exact same one is on amazon for 30-40 depending on supplier. Not sure it is with my effort to return.

I attempted a couple times to purchase from what I now know to be a fake ad. I entered my credit card info but transactions didn’t go through. Should I be concerned about the credit card and contact discover?

    • December 10, 2019 at 12:00 PM by info

Keep checking your credit card statements and report any fraudulent transactions to your bank. Or, if you are extremely worried, cancel your card and get a new one, after the bank refunds your money if the card was charged.

Romanticshe.com . I purchased the robot for about 40 dollars and 20 dollars for express shipping, because I want it for a christmas gift . The payment was via PayPal, but the tracking number the vendor gave me was invalid . I have already report the event at pay pal .

Where can I get this Lawrence the robot?

  • December 7, 2019 at 9:30 AM by an anonymous user from: Irlam, England, United Kingdom

    Facebook ad dressin.store

    Email:servicedressin@gmail.com

    phone number:12055764206(USA)

Looks fishy to me, see these dodgy stores advertised on Facebook regularly. Using an @gmail address is a big clue.

so what is the website to buy the "real" smart Lawerence robot?

  • December 7, 2019 at 12:16 AM by an anonymous user from: Newark, New Jersey, United States

oops! am I a fool? I do not see the company listed that I purchased the Smart Robot Lawrence items from. Yet, I now wonder if I was lured into a scam.

I was playing words with friends 2 and saw the Smart Robot Lawrence listed in a pop up ad several times over a two or three day period. Thinking this might be an acceptable option in the education of young minds I decided to purchase. It is from flowershave.store. I paid for the purchase thru a pay pal account and received a confirmation number. My credit card indicates HighLife. The shipping information indicated would take between 7-15 days or something like that so I knew it would be cutting it close to receive in time for Christmas gift giving.

I went back and attempted to review Highlife and or flowershave.store and only found an email address for Flowershave-

Email: support@24selfservicehelp.com to get the return address. The link indicated Powered by Shopify and used the Paypal logo.

Hello Paul, I am a customer and been fallowing and researching Nap robot and Pepper Robots considering them for my foster children. The robots Nao and pepper are created by a Frenchman a company called SoftBank Robotics. you can go to their website or find them in FB, Twitter and even Youtube. You can request more information right from the SoftBank Robotics website and is probably your safest bet.

Best Regards:(Nao) Softbank Robotics fan Cole

HI, can someone please tell me where to find information about Sart robot Lawrence. I can't even find the manufacturer. I have questions about its capabilities like is it self learning, can you download programs, pre selected programs etc.

The only thing I find when I search is companies selling this item. Price ranges are 54.00 to 89.00.

Any information to point me in the right direction will help.

    Thanks

    Paul S.

If you cannot find information about it, that is the first possible it may be a scam.

Where can I purchase Lawrence the Smart Robot Safely?

    • January 2, 2020 at 8:15 AM by an anonymous user from: Baltimore, Maryland, United States

The robot show in the promo video is a very, very expensive bot. You cannot purchase a robot with those capabilities without a large investment. The lawrence robot is a cheap toy, which is fine but nothing like what is shown. Bait and switch.

I only trust Amazon, Alibaba or other megastores.
