I ordered 3 sets of luggage and a mattress topper from woemart.com's sister website called bestzr.com. I have been emailing them since the beginning of December 2018 and they keep saying it was delivered to my job on a Saturday 12/29/18, but there wasn’t anyone there to sign for the boxes. This company does shady stuff and I sure hope that this has happened to someone else!

Four months ago I have placed an order a toy Jeep car. Now it’s almost six moths but still I didn’t receive my order. I was trying to contact you guys but couldn’t because there’s no any phone no or anything to contact you directly.Actually I have already paid $32.79. It costs quite a lot. How can we trust you? I think this is a fake online shopping store. Such a poor thing you have done and poor people. Don’t do this blady bugger f***ng things to your customers.
I ordered a smartphone 4Gb 64Gb for long time and till now no good delivered or my money returned. I have several times tried to get in contact with you but no respond to my trials. What is happening, because I have tried the tracking number sent to me, the post have to tell me that no existence of such number.I will be happy if you send back my money,the amount of 44,99$. I will like to know what really happens may be it will not pay to buy your goods again, this is my first trial to buy item from your shop, but to my surprise I am disappointed.
Open a dispute with your bank to have your money refunded.
Ordered a phone off this company,waited 6 weeks,nothing,complained and was told it was lost in post,they said they would send another, new tracking number didn't work for 3 weeks and then said it had left China and would be in England soon,4 more weeks, nothing, complained again and told it had been delivered, not to me it wasn't, reported to eBay and they sided with woamart, no refund no phone,woamart sent eBay the same tracking rubbish they sent me and eBay fell for it, so be warned
Scam, scam, scam! Don't buy from them. I ordered a cellphone together with a wireless speaker and they shipped just a hat which is not even worth US$3! This is illegal... They are stealing from people. Fortunately, PayPal refunded the full amounts.
Woemart is a fraudulent scam site; they send you a cheap useless item to justify a tracking point, so PayPal, for example, will not refund as woemart sends this info to PayPal keep away from this site.
Smartphone ordered but only received headphones for smartphone. Report to the police for fraud.

My husband ordered a cell phone, but received a GuccI beanie cap instead. The "Contact Us" leads you round and round. We just want the phone we ordered!
I ordered a king size doona cover. They sent me a dodgy ugly beanie. Said it was a computer error. Said I could keep the beanie and pay for it! Still waiting for full refund. Will NEVER order from them again. SCAM
I order a phone from woemart.com. I received no phone but instead a cheap power cord. Got in touch with them and said it was a logistics problem. And I had 2 options. Both were buying something else. Stay away from these scum buckets.
