A lot of online users have claimed they have been scammed by fake online stores and when they attempt to contact the stores, they get responses from email addresses at email-consultation.com. The online users claim they were refused refunds or exchange.

    HI my name is Geraldine and I ordered a lace front wig back in April 27-27,2020 it took the end of July to receive my order and not only that it wasn't what was displayed that wig was so horrible I couldn't believe my eyes so now I am afraid to order any thing of that sort anymore they should be ashamed of what they are doing to people!     The two wigs ordered looks nothing like what I received in the mail. They are made of very poor quality synthetic and looks terrible. I learned a valuable lesson.

    I bought the wig off a Facebook ad. I waited about 2 months to receive and was very disappointed in color and quality. Soupose to be real hair. The wigs don’t even fit my head. They also look like something you would buy for Halloween store. Suppose to be real hair but look really fake. Very disappointed and won’t order anything of Facebook again! I guess I can use for Halloween.😩

    Just received my wig after waiting for almost three months and sending two emails about the product that I ordered for $40.00 including taxes today ( May 13, 2020.

    Imagine my surprise when I saw this piece of sh**t that didn't look like the wig I picked out. It looked like something some nappy a*s dog hair from a dam puddle who never gets groomed. I am so f***king p****d the h**l off with this sh**t hear. I don't know who is running this sh**tty a$$ business but you really need to shut them down before someone find your location ..       I don't think you will get your money back by returning the item. Try opening a dispute with your bank to have your money refunded instead.

    I ordered two wigs from this company- E-MAIL: online 003@email-consultation.com back in December 2019. They sent me the wrong colors and I requested their mailing address so I can send them back the two incorrect wigs and for a refund. The company gives me the run-around. First, they said they can't download my pictures. Then, they need me to send them an email in a different format...I am getting very frustrated with their lousy customer service. Please be aware of this company!

    I ordered wigs, buy 1 get 1 free and I rec'd them but they were not the ones I ordered. I email to the email address online003@email-consultation.com and it bounced back as undeliverable. I don't even want a refund just want to get the wigs I ordered. I ordered these online via facebook (it was an add that popped up) on Jan. 2020 I rec'd them around Jan. 15, 2020.
