A lot of online users have claimed they have been scammed by fake online stores and when they attempt to contact the stores, they get responses from email addresses at email-consultation.com. The online users claim they were refused refunds or exchange.

They sent me a week that didn’t fit didn’t look anything like the one that our audit all I want is my refund back I will mail them their product back to them just send me my money back because if there’s a scam I would never order anything else online again
I bought hair from a website Stating that it is Glueless Wigs and that was a lie. I want to Know how I get my money back? why are they allowed to false advertise?

I just received my order, and very disappointed. Not what I ordered at all. I do want a refund. Please don't be another scam artist. God forbid, this happens to anyone else. Shame on you...
