    I bought the wig off a Facebook ad. I waited about 2 months to receive and was very disappointed in color and quality. Soupose to be real hair. The wigs don’t even fit my head. They also look like something you would buy for Halloween store. Suppose to be real hair but look really fake. Very disappointed and won’t order anything of Facebook again!     Just received my wig after waiting for almost three months and sending two emails about the product that I ordered for $40.00 including taxes today ( May 13, 2020.

    Imagine my surprise when I saw this piece of sh**t that didn't look like the wig I picked out. It looked like something some nappy a*s dog hair from a dam puddle who never gets groomed.       I don't think you will get your money back by returning the item. Try opening a dispute with your bank to have your money refunded instead.

    I ordered two wigs from this company- E-MAIL: online back in December 2019. They sent me the wrong colors and I requested their mailing address so I can send them back the two incorrect wigs and for a refund. The company gives me the run-around. First, they said they can't download my pictures. Then, they need me to send them an email in a different format...I am getting very frustrated with their lousy customer service. Please be aware of this company!
