Bantayan, Dumaguete City, Philippines 6200’. I did this straight away, first class, at great expense. I have since written to Anna at support-stuffvip.com on 30/9/18, 20/10/18, 24/10/18, 8/11/18, 29/5/19 and 22/1/20) and never had a single response. I then used your online chat service to speak with Rachel Cruz on 28 January 2020, at which time she asked for screenshots of my original purchase, which I sent 28 Jan 2020 and again 3 April 2020.Still no refund.
