    I placed an order (99914555) on 19 June 2018 for a ‘MicroTrim Hair Trimmer’ for 30 euros. I wrote to complain about its quality on 16 July 2018 and was instructed by Anna Michelson (support@stuffvip.com) on the 17 July to return the item to ‘Mary - One Life Inc, Door 3 Summerville Homes, Hibbard Ave Ext. Bantayan, Dumaguete City, Philippines 6200’. I did this straight away, first class, at great expense. I have since written to Anna at support@stuffvip.com on 30/9/18, 20/10/18, 24/10/18, 8/11/18, 29/5/19 and 22/1/20) and never had a single response.

    I then used your online chat service to speak with Rachel Cruz on 28 January 2020, at which time she asked for screenshots of my original purchase, which I sent 28 Jan 2020 and again 3 April 2020.

    Still no refund. No response to any messages.

    Do not use this company. The 24/7/365 help does not exist. I have phoned, left messages they never return the call, I emailed on the web site with absolutely no response. Disgraceful business. I returned my goods to the address given 5 weeks ago with a letter and still no refund. DONT USE THEM

      I had the same experience. I returned my goods to the Philippines and I didn't receive a refund despite multiple calls and emails, most of which are ignored.

    I ordered and received a product that was defective and have emailed and called the company several times. They have 24/7/365 customer support staff that has not responded to either emails or phone messages. I really feel that I was ripped off by this company.

    I ordered and PayPal USD$73.00 for the Pro Gel Nail Kit and only received the 1 little tube of Pro Gel and nothing else.

    No receipt to email or PayPal describing items ordered. No response to their contact email which I sent twice.
