    STAY AWAY.STAY FAR AWAY. I ordered a gown which stated it came with beading and rhinestones. The dress came with the most gaudy sequins. Upon informing them of the misrepresentation, their response was the sequins was to decorate the dress. They would not allow a return or refund. The dress was shipped from China, although their website states the company is in Malta and goes by various other names, including Fashion Online. So dishonest and misleading.

    I would not suggest ordering from BridesFamily. I wanted to love the dress I ordered. But THE SKIRT WAS MADE WAY TOO TIGHTLY, AND BRIDESFAMILY REFUSED A RETURN/REFUND.

    I measured and ordered the correct size according to the sizing chart. But when the dress arrived, the skirt was so tight it couldn't be zipped up - obviously made incorrectly. It fit more tightly than a trumpet/mermaid skirt, even though it is described on the website as a sheath/column skirt. (see photo) It pushed my knees so closely together that I could hardly walk, much less dance at my daughter's upcoming wedding reception. I am tall and in good shape, average size - I do not have hips that are hard to fit. It took 3 emails, over the period of a week, for the company to respond to my request for a refund. They asked for photographs showing I had measured correctly and that the dress didn't fit. I provided all these, as well as the requested description of why I'd like a refund. After several emails back and forth, they still refused to allow me to return the dress. They said they'd never had problems with this dress before, so it couldn't be made incorrectly, regardless of what the photographs showed! I have now spent about $170 for a dress that I cannot use, and thanks to a dishonest company that does not stand behind its promises, I have no hope of recouping that money.
