3. DATE OF COMMENCEMENT
We will schedule your start date with EXXONMOBIL immediately after obtaining your work visa.
Your contract with the EXXONMOBIL will last for 5years after we will consider extension.
4. VISA PROCUREMENT
EXXONMOBIL Company will stand for you and appoint the United States Citizenship and
Immigration Services (USCIS) to assist you in process all your work visa documents and also to
contact the U.S. Embassy/Consulate for issuance of your work visa.
EXXONMOBIL Company will provide your air ticket to relocate to Houston Texas United States
of America, and also provide you accommodation immediately you arrived. Then any expenses
you made during your visa process will be refunded back to you immediately after you arrived
here in United States of America, approved by the EXXONMOBIL board of directors.

5. WORKING HOURS
The Company’s working hours are Monday to Friday, from 8am to 4pm. With one hour break
time every day. You may be required to work beyond the normal working hours to discharge
your duties at the sole discretion of the Company. The Company reserves the right, at its sole
discretion, to revise, amend or extend the working hours should the need arise.
6. ANNUAL LEAVE
Beside the gazette public holidays, you are entitled to twenty eight (28) days paid annual leave."
