Is southenddisco.co.uk an Untrustworthy Online Store?

Please please stay away from this website. I ordered in a hurry, with little thought to the fact it wasn’t safe. I first realised when I never got a confirmation email.. The website has no contact details, policy, nothing. I cancelled my card then two weeks later noticed two mails of my order having gone through but in spam. No money had been removed from my account at this point either. I had hope... and sent a few emails to enquire to the bikes where abouts... they sent me a tracking code... another ray of hope. Then we noticed 15 pounds more had been taken from my account than indicated on the spam reciept. The bike wasn’t coming... I wrote to cancel the order - two months after my order as it was my daughters birthday. They wrote to ask my patience at which point a strange Package arrived from china. A scarf and a necklace.... it turned out the delivery tracking said it had been delivered and I figured it out. SCAM.... No bike, more money than expected out of my account and a huge amount of time wasted. I learnt the hard way.
