Is frtyusgf.com an Untrustworthy Online Store?

I ordered an electric power washer for 109.97 from weifnverw on July 15th 2019 and still have not received it and have absolutely no way to contact them. It's been a month and a half and no delivery as of this day. How do I get my money refunded back on my credit card?

Open a dispute with your bank to have your money refunded. Then, cancel the credit card you used on the website and get a new one to stop further unwanted charges.

I ordered a murphy bed mid-June. I paid door the expedited service. As if Aug 26, no bed. I started emailing them about a month ago. They responded back saying there were some issues but it will come. I emailed again a couple of weeks later saying please refund my $15 I paid for faster service.

He ignored that but assured me they are not a scam...then I received a package from China and it is a plastic phone stand...says the value is $5.44. I emailed them again threatening to repeat their scam. I asked for my $15 by the end of the week. Again an I’m sorry, we are legit. The last email I received said they will send my money back and sorry for the issues. I have nothing as of yet so I am reporting them a scam to my bank. I wish there was a way to alert FB so they pull their ads.

Never received the grill we ordered. Could someone please help us.

we ordered the Murphey Bed. They sent us 3 plastic toys. Cant reach anyone now. Disputed with credit card company. Total Scam.

I had the same experience as the user above. Ordered the Murphy bed and paid for expedited service. More than two weeks later I still have nothing. I was sent a text with an update that it was on it’s way after day 2 but when clicking the link I get the error code 402 I believe and “page no longer exists”. I will contact the mail tomorrow. I’m so disappointed. I agree that FB should screen their advertisers more closely.

We ordered a murphy bed, paid for expeditd delivery and waited, and waited. In tbe mean time my neighbor ordered the craft cabinet. I received nothing and she received an envelope with 3 little pieces of plastic. There is no way to contact them, the info on FB is bogus. I thought FB did a better job of screening their advertisers. Now we have to cancel our credit card just in case they try to get more money.

I ordered a cabinet to organize crafts. I should have known too good to be true. Now I cannot get the website to open

I purchased 2 "Natural Hair Wig Toppers" with the guarantee that I had 30 days to see if they would work for me! They DO NOT, they look VERY fake and do NOT look at ALL natural! It has been FAR LESS than 30 days so I am asking that you send me a PRE-PAID Return label so I can return these & get my refund!! Thank you, in advance, for your prompt attention to this issue!!

As the previous comments state. THIS WEB SITE/ON LINE COMPANY IS BULLSH**T! I did the same as the previous people who made comments. Ordered the grill. The next day opened my receipt (emailed receipt) to check on status or order and there web site is down. Its not down due to maintenance, its down because this place is a scam.

Angry at myself for not investigating prior to ordering. I would cherish the opportunity to get 5 minutes alone with these scammers and introduce them to my anger management issues with a bat!

I purchased the grill also. Could kick myself for not checking into the company before buying. No PayPal--Use only Pay-Pal in the future!

Once you place your order and they send you a confirmation of the order, you are unable to contact anyone about the site and they have already got your money. If you have ordered anything from the adds on FB contact your bank and have it cancelled.

Buyer beware!
I was scammed by these people. I ordered the craft storage cabinet and paid my money. Stupid me. I should have known it was too good to be true. 2 days after I ordered, I clicked on the confirmation email to check the status of my order. Won't ya know that the web site was GONE. Thankfully my bank refunded my money.
I should have checked into this company further. I tried to reach out to them and they never even read my email.
Learn from my mistake and stay far away from this company. They have a new web site every few days and then post on FB with the items for sale.

Me too! But I'm mad cuz I want that cabinet & that grill for those prices! There should be a way to enforce them to provide the good as advertised!
